I am a Thai and I find this little Thai place is pretty good, I ordered a basil ground chicken with fried egg! I just happened to be in the area, the food is extremely reasonable price I was surprised considering that this place is near Park Ridge and Niles! In Chicago you wouldn’t find anywhere at this price; not to mention it’s tasty!

Shrinkflation has hit this restaurant hard. Rice containers are delivered only 75% full. I spent $12 for 12 bites of Orange Chicken (photo included). Portions have gotten so small, it's not worth the money. Looking for a new Thai carry out now.

We are from Cali and wanted some PF Changs! We had phenomenal service Mr. Veto was such a gentleman and helped us order. The food was so delicious! Thanks Veto for giving us an amazing experience eating and enjoying our evening in Chicago! We hope to see you again next trip to Chicago.

This isn’t a traditional dine in restaurant. The rice taste par boiled, chicken and veggies are good. We had Ginger, Terriyaki, Honey chicken. Veggie Errol’s. My daughter had the won ton, didn’t like , to fishy.

We ate here for the first time on Saturday! Everything tasted so amazing. My favorite was the emerald gyoza and Rama noodles but the crab rangoons was another table favorite. The vibes were good and our waiter was especially friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember his name! I cannot wait to go back and try more things, and some cocktails, they looked so fun. Also - I absentmindedly left my phone on the table and they called my sister (who made the reservation) immediately and got it back right away. Truly made my life so much easier and I really appreciate how they went above and beyond!

Excellent dinner and happy hour spot! We enjoyed the happy hour specials, while everything was very good, the chicken wings were spectacular and worth coming back for alone. The white sangria ($7 during happy hour) was light and refreshing. The brisket chow mein was delicious and a generous portion. Service was quick and attentive. Will return!

So today we went in and we saw that there was no orange chicken, so we asked how long it would take for more orange chicken. The girl that was talking to us rolled her eyes and mumbled how much longer it would take. Her name is Bella and I think she might be the manager. We then got our food and brought it back and it’s filled around half way instead of to the top. I’m really disappointed because i’ve been here a few times and it’s been fine but today we got Bella and she was super rude.

Food is not great. Any local Chinese restaurant serves much better food, tastes and portions. Their only advantage is they have readily available food for quick serving, which other restaurant will may take 10 minutes. Spending $13 per person, you can get much better food elsewhere.

A Warm and Delicious Escape in the Heart of Chicago This Chinese restaurant near Millennium Park is a true gem, especially on a chilly day. We stopped in to warm up and were blown away by the incredible flavors and comforting atmosphere. The soup was an absolute highlight—rich, flavorful, and exactly what we needed to shake off the cold. Every spoonful felt like a warm hug on a winter day. The rolls were equally impressive—fresh, beautifully prepared, and bursting with flavor. The location is perfect for a meal after exploring Millennium Park, and the service was quick and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a spot to enjoy delicious Chinese cuisine in downtown Chicago, this place is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back!

Great food! The food was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was good. The service was great. The food came Out pretty quickly even when the restaurant seemed pretty busy. Would recommend.

Overall, Panda Express has a pretty good track record of good food and good customer service. This is pretty much the same standard that you would get at any other location, which is a good thing compared to some other businesses. Well done for staying consistent!

The food was great, I ordered 2 entree and I got one for free just for doing a online survey, love it

As a Chinese, I approve the decency of the food here. The service is nice, you can navigate with both English and Chinese. A lot of menus to choose from. Not too overpriced, so I take it as a go to place for me. The dish comes with big portion and really nice for sharing.

Overall 3.8 stars. They were pretty spacious on a weekend night. Got seated immediately, but the food was okay. It’s not bad at all but not so authentic. We ordered pork intestines, mapo tofu and garlic stir fry veggies. Pork intestines were deep fried so I can’t have much since the oiliness. Other two dishes were fine if you just wanted a Chinese food vibe.

Stay away....crooks. I ordered take out to pick up through delivery.com. After ordering and on my way to pick up, I realized the prices were 35-40% higher than on their site and other 3rd party sites. I brought to their attention and their initial response was to blame me. After telling them I would never eat there again and surely will put up a bad review, they offered to pay back the difference. Three days later, they never did refund me so here I am. I would stay away from both these business' since they are all about screwing their clients. Also, the food is just average. I will never order again from them which is a shame since we live very close by.

Ordered take-out. Food was actually delicious, but we found a piece of metal in the eggplant dish we ordered--large and sharp enough to be dangerous if accidentally swallowed (see photo, placed next to quarter for scale). When I called the restaurant to inform someone, the response I received was "I'm not sure what we can do about that. We'll try to be more careful next time." Not a good look

Authentic. Chinese. Street. Food!!! Here you can indulge in the flavors of food from ChenDu, which is the capital of Sichuan, in China! The spices and flavors in the dishes are so tasty. Here’s what I tried: Tempting Bon Bon Chicken Fiery Spicy Fries Delights Hot & Sour Fern Root Noodles Wholesome Wonton Chicken Soup Single Choice Hot Pot w/imitation crab meat Three Cannons ChengDu Osmanthus Cake Mango Soda Drink 芒果少女心 The Bon Bon Chicken was my favorite! It was so many flavors at once with the chili oil, soy sauce, slight sweetness and sesame oil. The Wonton chicken soup is so warm and comforting and the dumplings are made in house. I love how airy and modern the space is; there is room for big groups - which I really like. Put them on your list to visit and tell em that Bri from Planes and Plates sent you!

We were disappointed in the food. Not only are most dishes very spicy, but you barely get any meat (chicken or beef) in dishes with meat in the name. And, the beef in beef with vegetables was nearly all fatty tissue. Not appealing. Also there are very few chicken dish offerings. The restaurant seems clean and new which is nice but the food was not for us.

The first dish I’ve uploaded is lamb. I forgot the name but it was the tastiest lamb I’ve had. Love the ambiance and foood. Will definitely go back🫶

A handful of years ago, in college, I was sick and wanted a delicious, light, acidic soup. I ordered the fish fillet with chili and preserved vegetables not knowing that I would come back for this bowl of soup for many years onwards. In the dead cold of winter, and once my nose starts running, I crave the comfort of this soup. I have nothing to compare to regarding its quality or authenticity, but I just know it’s consistently good. This, and the dry chili chicken and the dry chili tofu, I highly recommend. Small businesses like ML Kitchen are gems in a neighborhood.

Owner recommended I try their egg rolls and they were delicious! The sesame chicken was one of the best I have had in Chicago - definitely going back soon. Great spot for dine in or takeout/delivery.

Dine-in is OPEN!!! And Lane is giving it his best. Food was just as I remember it from 1993-2020: savory, delectably spicy, and delicious. Service was fantastic. There is no Chinese food like here. If Lane listens to constructive feedback and makes those legitimate tweaks that respectful low-star eaters have made, Mon Lung will be THE BEST CHINESE CUISINE RESTAURANT IN CHICAGO. They are very, very busy, so cut them some slack. They are only human like you and me. Don’t walk in here with an attitude and demanding. Running a business like he is, is tough. Imagine having to put on a smile for 300 people in and out every day. Have some compassion, but also do yourself a favor and give them another chance. You won’t be disappointed.
