Paid for extra chicken but no extra chicken here because they didn't want to make a new batch to give me extra also they split it with the next person.. in Jacksonville,FL extra chicken means it's do stuffed you can't close the lid.

Food is not good, customer service is worse and the price is horrible. I paid $20.20 just for me.

A great little place with a consistent experience and food. Very nice people. Decent prices. Have visited more than once. We enjoyed the egg rolls.

I honestly have never been served on both paper and Styrofoam plates at a dine in restaurant. The food was absolutely disgusting. Literally a gelatin substance one the "chicken" .. my advice, Florida.... eat a homeless person before eating here

I ordered beef with scallion. It wasn’t listed as spicy but mine was full of red spicy peppers

Ordered for the first time today and had it delivered. Ordered fried dumplings and they were extremely burnt! I can't believe they had the audacity to send them like that! Spent a little over $70.00 and got 1 lousy fortune cookie! Are times that tough? First and last time ordering from this place! Sauce on the general tso chicken was nasty! Food wasn't even good enough to feed my dog!

The 2 star rating is for the quality of the food. Dim Sum dishes were below average even for a take out place. The texture of the flour used for the steamed dishes was chewy instead of fluffy. The roast duck was lacking of any roasted flavor and the meat had so much fat to the point of being gross. The roast pork belly had a good flavor but was very salty. The salted chicken had an unpleasant smell like it was a day old. As stated, the quality of the food here is not acceptable. This review was based on 4 different visits.

Service is okay, I don't get mistreated just because I don't speak the language. Roast Pork is pretty good compared to Lien Hoa, Will try their soy chicken and duck next time. At least something decent to find HK BBQ around Garden Grove area. Dim sum is just so so, average TO GO level dim sum, not bad but nothing special. Probably won't order again. Should drive to Lunasia at Cerritos for the closest A tier dimsum. Maybe they can try to sell cantonese porridge or claypot rice.

To be fair, I can’t rely comment on atmosphere once this place is located in a food court. Be advised there are two food operators here but under the same name of Mao-Shiho - one is the Chinese restaurant and the other is Japanese selling their tonkatsu. I happened to order from both sides and it appears that they work from the same kitchen so that meant while one side was cranking out food, the other side waited. Ordered he jajang myeon from the Chinese side and the King Donkatsu from the other. The jajang myeon looked good and was tasteless. My friend also ordered it and thought the same so I wasn’t alone! The King Donkatsu is impressive in size alone but size doesn’t help taste! The meat was overwhelmed by the outer batter and wasn’t very tasty. The presentation on a skillet was the most memorable part of the meal because the katsu was the size of the entire skillet! The meal was pretty underwhelming and 3 stars is on the generous side since it’s not a place we’ll return to. I also included a photo of the regular size donkatsu for scale.

The food was just ok but lady was super rude. She did not even know what she is selling. I asked spicy level (kiosk had less spicy, 1, 2, 3). She did not know what is medium. She was definitely bothered when I asked. She asked to just select anything or less spicy. ???? Basic communication cannot be done with this lady.

Quite possibly the worst food I have had in my life and is truly a 0/5 stars. The only tastes were sweet and bland. There was almost no meat in the entrees and the sweet and sour pork and orange chicken were mostly batter (some pieces were only batter others had a small amount of gray meat in them). The sauces just tasted sweet with no flavor (tasted exactly the same?) and the lo mein had no taste. This was bad even by mall or airport food standards. If it weren’t for being in an airport, this place would be out of business. The people were also very rude.

The sauce is too salty, the chicken is 70% crust only, and lastly the rice is dry. The food looks good , but it doesn’t. The service wasn’t good either.
