New to the area and tried this place as it’s close to my house. I loved it. I had chicken fried rice and spring rolls. The fried rice had a ton of chicken in it and I asked for extra egg. It was fabulous. It was not overly salty like most places. The man at the front was super nice, and it was ready pretty quick. I ate the spring rolls there because I like them hot. The rest I took home. I really enjoyed both. I will be back for sure!!

Lake Nona, FL. Cheap eats (although a sign says actual prices will be 10c to $1 higher than the menu). Small pieces of sweet and sour chicken and one piece wasn’t breaded so it was deep fried and tough. No pineapple or bell pepper in the sauce although it was okay flavor- wise (it didn’t taste like aspartame). Shrimp in the fried rice was okay but not super fresh like we’re used to elsewhere. Older dingier surrounds. About 5 tables. Sweet teen working the register and letting patrons know when their orders were up. A steady stream of patrons flowed in; this was Friday around 7:00 pm, 7/28. One man complained his wife sent him back because they forgot to pack the sauce. It’s good enough if everywhere else is crowded.

The food was amazing, Excellent chinese style 😋 highly recommend

A customer at Jing's Kitchen asked me to share his experience, and I feel like I need to stand up and let others know how awful this place really is. The man had been waiting for 50 minutes for what should've been a quick order, and when he politely asked about the delay, the female server's response was shocking. She told him if he said anything more, she would make him wait another 20 minutes! I couldn't believe what I was hearing. This kind of behavior from the staff is completely unacceptable. After witnessing this, I won’t be coming back, and I would recommend everyone stay away from this place.

It was the end of the night and everything was looking a little rough. Understandably so. The VERY nice man at the counter pointed out to me what had been cooked last. He recommended the Orange Chicken because it had just come out 10 minutes ago. So I took his advice and it was delicious! 😋 The staff was very friendly, and the food was very good! A little pricey, but... it is Fashion Island (the high rent district!), and what isn't pricey these days! Ugh! Everything is! Anyway... if you're at Fashion Island and want a quick bite... go to Panda Express! They've got lots of yummy choices! Enjoy!

1-time refill is offered here. Superb orange chicken too and pepper steak. The fried rice can do a bit better.

I love this Panda. The servings are very well portioned, the staff is very efficient, and despite often having a line, the wait is usually quite short. The food almost always taste great, and the rice is hardly ever undercooked. There's a staff member named Emily who is extremely efficient, and really sweet! My partner and I always rave about the quality of service she provides :)

When Dodgers win and i can use code "DODGERSWIN" for a $5 plate with 2 entrees via their app, I order pickup. Staff always seemed professional, establishment clean and food taste as good as I would expect. Easy parking.

I been going here for more than 10 years, best days to go is weekends!! During the week food is cold and stale! Spicy chicken had bad odor and fried rice as well! I Told the one in charged but didnt understand me and didnt care. Waitresses dont pay attention to you and wont give you refills and if you ask they get mad, seems all they care about is about tips. Overall like i said weekends are best to go!!

TLDR: I have been here for 10 years. This is like the McDonald's of buffets. If you're looking for good food and cleanliness, go somewhere else. If you're looking for a good deal for a bunch of edible food and you don't care about anything else, I still wouldn't suggest this place, but maybe it'll suit your tastes. PRICE: $15 per person, but can be cheaper for elderly and kids below a certain age SERVICE: They are all very sweet people. Polite and endearing to me. The only thing I will say that was questionable is that they once gave me a lollipop some time ago and, once in the car, found out that it had already expired. CLEANLINESS: Some tables have mold. You can see it growing and festering there for months. Oh, and the food countertops had a dead baby cockroach just laying there. I tried to discreetly take pictures of them. Either way, I don't think many people care about that here, considering how cheap the food is. Some 'clean' plates are dirty and blatantly, so (it will be obvious), so just check the plate before you take it. FOOD (POSITIVES): I mean, I enjoyed it, especially for the price. Very limited options, though. I recommend: fried green beans, siracha chicken, dumplings (tastes like the ones from Walmart frozen aisle but properly melted), clams, and broccoli stir fry. FOOD (NEGATIVES): First off, don't eat the sushi here. You'll get a stomach ache. Fruits can be mushy some days, others not. Fried rice is just rice mixed with melted frozen veggie bits, and chow mein is just lukewarm, boiled noodles with some bits of boiled cabbage. The white fish they serve is just a baked fish, and the other fried fish they serve is okay, just pan-fried but salty with little fish meat and more bone. Deserts taste dry, like battered cake powder. Everything else is either soggy, contaminated with some dead bug, ridiculously salty, really oily, or all of the above. OVERALL: I admittedly am biased for this place because of its sentimental value. If you're looking for a good meal, not a good place here. But if you're just looking to stuff yourself with more food at a cheap price and you don't mind the sometimes less than subpar food and dead bugs and mold littering the nooks and crannies (or even in plain sight), then go for it.

The portion sizes at this location is ridiculous. They give you a small amount for the expensive price we pay. I can go to a Chinese restaurant and get more food than this. I ordered 4 plates and they all had the small portion sizes. I paid over $50 and my family and I were still hungry after.

There’s this lady, her name is Surhent or Surent. This is the 2nd time I come and she gives me a bad attitude. There was a mistake in my order and when I told her, she rolled her eyes and gave attitude, she also sighed and rudley placed my plate almost as throwing. The first time was another day, she tried yelling at me because I asked to get chowmein and rice when she already only placed chowmein which I told earlier before that I wanted chowmein and rice. I wasn’t even being rude. I have never had a problem with the other employees. When we left I saw her through the windows still arguing about the situation with the manager.

Very dissapointed with this plate. The Beef was not cooked all the way as you can see it is pink. The chicken curry was also undercooked. Did not eat much since all my chowmein was under the undercooked entrees and the plate was drowning in curry and Beef juice. Lastly the fried rice was super cold. This is my first time and last that I will be ordering from here.

I was doing some grocery shopping and wanna try’s out this Wok to see. Honestly the worker very nice but the food it’s very blahhhhh. I got broccoli beef (stay away very salty extremely hard to eat) The sesame chicken was okay! Not sure why but most of the food was salty….. I rather go Panda Express since food qualities bit better.

This was hit and big miss. Pepper chicken was good but the broccoli beef barely had any beef. I think 5 or 6 tiny pieces.

Not bad, for a Panda Express. There food has most certainly taken a cheaper factory made feel to it over the last couple of years. It’s sad to see when a company lowers its standards and increases its pricing. Not the way to go. The chicken for the teriyaki choice is a bit fatty and doesn’t have much flavor on its own. The fried rice seems to have taken a back seat on the ride to flavorville as well. The Orange chicken should be called Orange breading as it is 65% breading and 35% what I hope to be, chicken. Kung Pao wasn’t bad, had a bit of kick to it from the peppers, so it was decent. The Honey Sesame Chicken was very similar to the Orange chicken as I believe it to be the exact nugget form with different sauce. The Chow Mein was not bad, a tad oily, but not to bad. Service was good and the place was clean. Over all, 4 stars seems very fair for overpriced OK “Chinese” food.

I stopped by Panda Express in Tustin around 9 PM and I have to say this location sets the bar high! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and the service was top-notch. One of the staff members, Luis, truly stood out. He wasn’t just friendly, he was incredibly considerate, especially when it came to food portions. It’s a small gesture but it speaks volumes about the care and attention they put into their service. It’s experiences like this that make me want to keep coming back! Every location should follow this example of excellent customer service..

WORST Service EVER. Asked for Shrimp n steak n the bowl was all shrimp n Veggie one 1 piece of steak. Girl tells me she can only give me 3 Shrimp REALLY Only 3 Shrimp 🍤 why is she Not Taking that Big Spoon n Scooping up as much as she can like they do with every other item ??? Would she do that with the other Shrimp dishes ? 🤔 NO. See all the Chicken I got I should get Just As Much Shrimp. See my Teriyaki Chicken No Teriyaki Sauce None. Why ? Why don't they give sauce or pour it on Geez Worst Experience Ever...

Been here a couple of times over the last 12 months and unfortunately this will be the last. The food portions were minimal compared to what you are paying. There are other options in the food court that offer more for the same price or less.

There really aren't many options in this food court, But the truth is we thought that this food would be the best option but WE WERE WRONG! If you have the opportunity, please do not go to this place, the food looks dry, tasteless and the attention of those who work is the worst. Everyone looks at you very badly, when you try to tell them something about the food They pretend they don't hear you or understand you :c. The truth is I've always worked in customer service and I know what it's like when there's a rush or a lot of people, but that's no reason to be rude. When they charged me I didn't complain about the price or anything, I was very kind and understanding but what did make me angry is that I politely asked for an empty glass because I have to take medicine. And the girl who was there gave it to me but with poor attention and as soon as she finished she turned around to talk to her partner, they said something in their language and laughed seeing me :/. I don't know if they said something about me for just ask for a cup. But the whole service was so rude :c A lot ice in my dad drinks . A little bit of food . If you want ask something they ignore you . 0/10 😕sorry guys

Orlando, FL. Well, at least you can get veggies instead of starches as your side option. I got the veggies (stir fried broccoli, carrots, and cabbage with minced garlic) and bourbon chicken. The veggies were a bit mushy. The bourbon chicken sauce was watery. I’m trying to limit my sugar u take so I won’t get bourbon chicken again here. Prices were average for this food court and portion size was good enough.

Chinatown is located in the second floor at the Mall at Millenia food-court. It’s a great stop for quick Chinese staples, lunch specials and family dinners. I enjoyed my food selection but it seems that the server wasn’t having a good day. Overall, I got what I wanted and liked the food.
