My new fave Chinese restaurant! My order was ready for pick up on time and it was fresh and still hot. My order was also exactly as I asked for it! Not too expensive and the cashier was very nice. Food was great!! No complaints!

No tofu in my food at all!! I ordered veggies and tofu! Not sure how they got it wrong

Been coming here for years but this time it was terrible. Been noticing the changes over the last year, smaller portions, higher prices and more inconsistencies with the flavor/quality. Today I ordered at least $40+ worth of food but had to return to the restaurant to get my food replaced. The mixed vegetables in brown sauce and the garlic sauce were tasteless. I called once i noticed and they offered to replace them. Got the replacement and had the same issue, after inspecting the food I noticed there was no flavor because the sauce was now being cut with excessive amounts of oil. To the point where when the box was tilted you could see the clear distinction between brown sauce and oil. Even the sides of the box were drenched in oil( not brown sauce). Upsetting to have your favorite Chinese restaurants cut corners or slack on such a simple dish. Hope this wont continue to be a regular occurrence.

I order a dinner w a beef egg roll. The egg roll was good. I then fixed my plate of food and right b4 I could dig in, I saw a piece of hair on the chicken. Lost my entire appetite. They took it back and gave me a refund minus the egg roll. I thought it was petty to charge me for it b/c of my extra time and gas spent coming back. I'm never going back!

This is disgusting. 1st and last time here. I ordered general tso chicken, along with another dinner, and it’s just a frozen dinner sold at a restaurant. Nothing is made fresh. I don’t know how long ago it was made but it was dried up and hard. It’s supposed to be spicy. Nothing spicy about this dish. At least some spice would give it a taste! This is going straight in the trash.

My job LOVES their food. We cater our events with them and our order is ALWAYS ready ON TIME and it’s accurate. Friendly and helpful staff. Will continue ordering from here. Thank you so much

The restaurant is clean and charming, with friendly and efficient service. Prices are reasonable, making it an accessible option. However, the food was just okay. We ordered the chicken and broccoli, but the chicken was bland, and the sauce had an unusual jelly like consistency.

My experiences w/this restaurant have been hit-miss. Sometimes, the food is spot on, good, well-prepared. (Different chefs?) Although often, it’s greasy. Thus, I only go as a last result meal grab. Unfortunately, that was the case yesterday & this is what I received: Shrimp Egg Foo Young (2x prior I ordered during lunch & it was spot on!) drowning in grease & over-cooked. (Paper towels used to soak out some of the grease. & yes, that’s grease, not gravy, in the container underneath the patty, Ikr).

A ROACH BODY WAS IN MY FOOD!!! This was my second time ordering from this establishment, the first time i ordered from wok n roll the food was delivered cold and 2 hours late, today my children wanted Chinese food so me and my wife decided to give Wok-n-roll another try. When we opened the white rice we found a headless roach body inside of the rice. On top of that the beverages we ordered were never delivered. When we called to complain to the manager he was completely rude and non compliant, he hung up in my face and said there was nothing he was willing to do about it, also refusing to deliver our drinks that we also paid for. I can get over that but BUGS?!? No! The FDA needs to investigate this place.. if you prefer to eat clean food this is not the place for you. I am thoroughly disgusted. 0 stars

Be advice, don’t order the Broccoli Beef, most broccoli and about one tablespoon of some kind of beef. Today I picked up a family meal and other items. It included one Broccoli Beef. This is not the first time this happens. I was hoping it was a mistake last time but I realized now it’s how they serve it. It’s mainly broccoli with a “hint” of tiny pieces of meet! Not worth it! Everything else is ok for a fast food joint.

Very nice inside. My receipt says my server was Nadjeda. She was very pleasant. Got a bowl with veggies and teriyaki chicken and it was delicious.

Came to pick up 2 UberEats orders. Upon approaching the counter, I tried to say "hello, I'm here to pick up-" & before I could even finish my sentence, the lady at the counter goes "it'll be a few minutes" & walks away. That's fine, but she at least could have let me tell her the names of the orders. She walks by again & when she comes back by the counter, I try to tell her which orders I'm there for, so I say "excuse me, I'm picking up 2-" and AGAIN she cuts me off & goes "yeah yeah I know, we're busy." I completely understand being busy, that's fine, but her attitude was REPULSIVE. I will not eat here nor pick up orders from here again. They also had their pens up front for customers in a cup filled with BLUE MOLDY RICE!!! 🤮🤮🤮 I work in a restaurant too, and I am disgusted by this place & their lack of hygiene, health code violations & customer service. 0/10. Don't go here.

Service was fine but some of the WORST Chinese food I’ve ever had. The boneless spare ribs are hard, almost crunchy and have a bitter flavor. The egg roll also was not very good. It all tastes old/stale.

Long time regular. I usually go for lunch 5 to 6 days a week through their drive thru without any problems until I came across Corina. Third time of dealing with her rudeness was the final straw for me. I reported her to what I guess was the manager Eliza. She apologized and said she would let the GM know. I doubt that will do anything though. It's a shame because all the other drive thru employees are very professional and polite but I refuse to give my business to a restaurant that lets this rudeness go on. Again, this was my third time dealing with Corina. I blame management for this. I guess this Bartram location has so many customers they could care less about losing a 5 to 6 day regular. Maybe your management needs to go back and explain what customer service is seeing its us customers who pay their salary. Too many restaurants in this area to put up with rudeness and disrespect. Needless to say I will not be back.

I ordered two medium-sized boxes, but they sent one medium and one small instead. It was too far to return and fix their mistake, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, I lost money since the price difference is significant. This was a terrible experience—deceiving customers is unacceptable!

It was a takeout order so I can give it as a one star for the ambiance atmosphere was something in the background like TV was way too loud. They couldn't understand me. Took three people to understand that they were charging me approximately $88 for two meals. I paid online when the order was placed. They said it wasn't although they could see on the receipt of $5 tip was paid so I told him take the $5 tip off. I paid with a second card. Now I have to try to get my $44 back on another means avoid this place. They don't know what they're doing. The food is okay, just par everything that ends with wok is just par. They're all the same so go to the one that treats you correctly

This Chinese restaurant is the Best place that I have ever ordered from. The customer service is Beautiful. The food is always always always AMAZINGLY FRESH and DELICIOUS. This Chinese restaurant is always clean, neat,fresh and organized. Very clean and you will never be disappointed when you choose to eat here. A very happy and friendly place to dine in or grab and go. Either way you are in the right place.

Went to charge the car and stopped to get food here. Got a 3 item combo with bourbon chicken, Kung pao chicken and Mongolian steak. Everything was hot, tasted pretty good and the portions were pretty big. The employees were really nice also.

One of the good Chinese food places in town, located in the Avenues mall food court. The food is always fresh, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and very affordable prices. The service is very fast.

Got it fresh from the place, it was amazing. People usually complain its cold if they order it but it's honestly better to go there in person. Great people, great food, would always come back again.

It was Tuesday, my usual place, No. 1 China was closed and I only had cash. I used to order from here all the time from 2012-2018 but they seriously have fallen off. I agree with the multiple other sentiments that the food is TOO bland and delivered lukewarm. Honestly, they did call and confirmed I wanted Chinese Donuts because I didn’t see it on the website. The eggroll was mushy inside as if it had freezer burn? I ordered the Bourbon Chicken, hoping to get some sort of sauce and flavor, but no. Out of my entire order, I had to make do with the donuts, the eggroll, and the steamed dumplings as my meal. I might be able to rescue the chicken and have it for lunch but the rice is an absolute waste. I had to provide my own utensils and napkins as well, which is a petty complaint, but still valid nonetheless. I didn’t see the reviews before I ordered and I’m seriously kicking myself for not waiting…

Tried New China for the first time. The food was pretty good nothing amazing, but it hit the spot. Portions were decent, and everything was hot and fresh. The best part was they gave us a free two-liter with our order, which was a nice surprise! Overall, not bad if you’re craving Chinese takeout.

Food was good but I got shrimp mixed with chicken lo-mein. Not an issue with me but imagine a person. Allergic to shrimp. If I didn't like shrimp I would rate this 0 stars out of principle. Tasty food though....
