DO NOT ORDER SHRIMP! This incident will be reported to the Department of Health. The shrimp was not cleaned and arrived with a FISHY smell. When I called to inquire I was told all of their shrimp smell that way and are cleaned in the same manner. This neither answered my question regarding the shrimp not being cleaned, nor the smell. They did not issue a refund. DO NOT ORDER!

The restaurant was very clean and the cashier took my order with ease. I often order the teriyaki chicken on a stick, which is always tender, hot and well seasoned. I live with two Chinese restaurants that is much closer to my house, but I would definitely rather drive the distance knowing that I'm going to get exactly what I want from this restaurant. Thank you for having good authentic Chinese food. The cook, staff, and owner are amazing!

Not authentic. I'm confused by the reviews. This place is NOT clean. Food looked good, but.....If I was paying I would of left. My sis brought us for lunch, so I didn't want to be rude. The pepper steak & onion is the same meat as the beef & broccoli. (Which my husband ordered) Unfortunately, the meat was all rubbery, fatty and tasteless except for the sauce. I didn't eat not one piece. My husband ate 2 pieces. 🫑 & 🧅 We're good. Great lunch😒 pork fr. Rice is generic. Glad I had duc sauce at home. My dog had a good treat. Boneless ribs ok. Kinda over cooked.

Staff is polite and professional. This is a takeout restaurant. It is not set up for dining in. It is small inside. Only a few people can fit. First time eating here and I like the food.

Egg rolls were crunchy and fresh. Would've liked more pork & onion in the pork fried rice. The pepper steak was tasty, best I've had here in Jacksonville.

I ordered the bbq rib combination plate and it was sorry. The ribs were chewy and covered in a really heavy sweet sauce and the fried rice was tasteless. I wondered if I had gotten Chinese, as the food was devoid of standard asian flavors. The pork fried rice had very little pork and tasted like wet instant grains. This is the worst Chinese food I've had in Jacksonville, and I will never darken their door again. Awful!

We ordered a lot of the menu to try. The fried garlic chicken bites were really tasty. The steamed rice with spam was okay. The cheese burger shumai tasted like cheese burger but was a bit dry and tough. I do recommend trying for a different flair of dim sum.

Another case of driving past a place for 15 years and not knowing that it was there. A few days ago a neighbor told us about Panda House...we said "what?" Had to try it. Located on Gate Parkway in a small strip mall that's way to easy to pass are several small stores. The Mall contains a Cleaner, postal drop, Panda and few other stores. There is a street business sign but again it's to easy to drive by it. As you enter the parking can be limited but it's worth the effort to find a space. We called in our order and 15 minutes later entered and found a most pleasant place and owner who has been in this location for 18 years. We ordered Egg Drop soup, Hot and Sour both were extremely good and 5 ⭐ offerings. We then ordered the Pork Fried Rice... very nice and delicious 5 ⭐. I ordered the Shrimp and Scallops over veggies. Beyond being good and fresh it was also loaded with mushrooms which I enjoyed so 5 ⭐. Bill ordered the Roast Pork Egg Foo Yong. They were slightly dry and the gravy was different than the normal Brown Beef Gravy served at other places so overall that gets 4 ⭐. We look forward to our next visit and will try other selections which I am sure will be at least as good or better.

I had a fantastic experience at Panda House Chinese Restaurant. The food was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The service was friendly and attentive, and the cozy vibe made it even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality meal!

Everything was very clean, service was friendly, and the food was great! Sweet and sour shrimp… everything was fresh, nothing was fried. Vegetables and pineapple were fresh. Actually sweet and sour instead of only sweet! Honey Walnut Shrimp, everything also fresh and not overcooked or undercooked. Beef Brisket soup, Hot and Sour Soup. My family and I have each tried some of these and all were good or great!

I very rarely give an establishment a five star rating because I believe there's always room for improvement but this place was great. Nikki, our waitress, was helpful and patient with us as we tried to decide from an extensive menu. Appetizer: garlic shrimp egg rolls (my partner loved them), and egg drop soup (which I loved). I ordered general chicken with rice and he ordered chicken, pork and mushrooms with rice. They have specials on weekends (egg custard pastry or pineapple rolls). We tried the egg custard pastry and it was delicious with the perfect amount of sweetness! The wait staff worked together to make sure our table's service was seamless. I appreciate the effort and attention given. Edit: We went on Saturday and couldn't stop thinking about that egg drop soup so we went back on Monday. Jenny, our waitress, was pleasant. This time we knew more of what we wanted. Now, if I could only figure out how to order from here when I go back home 😁

I ordered the chicken broccoli with garlic sauce and my dad got the chicken and vegetables Singapore noodles. It was so good!!!! And FRESH! THE best I've had in Jacksonville FL. Will go back tomorrow lol. UPDATE: Went back again today! Lol got the chicken broccoli with garlic sauce, black pepper chicken, egg rolls and dad got the chicken broccoli garlic combo meal!! Everything is so good !!!

We ordered take out with delivery. Food was fantastic. Arrived in the time stated and was very hot and delicious. Delivery man was extremely nice. If we are in the area again we will definitely eat here.

The food looked okay but somehow had zero flavor. Don't know how that is even accomplished. Happy Family had imitation crab meat legs and very few shrimp. Dragon and Phoenix was heavy on breaded, fried chicken pieces, few shrimp, and also zero flavor or spice. Super odd. Egg rolls were okay and the only thing having any flavor. My wife and I were visiting and picked up some takeout. Will not be back.

After a long day of Dr’s appointment, going to visit St. Augustine and coming back to the hotel, we ordered here. The food was good, vegetables were delicious, shrimp egg rolls were very yummy. I wasn’t too crazy about the Egg drop soup, maybe because it wasn’t hot enough by the time we got to the hotel but we were hungry and ate it like that. Overall it was really good. The Fried cream cheese wontons were ordered by mistake but we were really pleased with it. It’s the first time I’ve tried them and I would order from them again.

Nice and quaint little restaurant, we ordered in. Prices are good and owners are very nice. Food was great, had the wonton soup and honey chicken combo and my friend had the hot and sour soup and the generals Tso combo. Go to spot for when we visit the beach, always a great experience

Cannot overstate how delicious their food is. Feels like home cooking, their eggs rolls are the BEST I've ever had. Their Honey Chicken is so crispy but still tender. My go to order is the teriyaki chicken sticks with white rice. Highly highly recommend

If you enjoy the good American version of Chinese food this is the place! I order online and it’s quick, and easy. My food is always hot when I pick it up. The estimated time to be ready has been exact each time. I enjoy their hunan dishes bc they are spicy but not too much to make it uncomfortable to enjoy. I love their rice and you get the option to for veggies or not which it great for me and my picky eater child. Portions are good for 2 ppl that eat in serving sizes or one person who eats a lot. Food tastes fresh. The place appears to be clean. They offer a couple premade dessert options as well. I don’t think you can dine in but it’s a small space so I wouldn’t try. It’s in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking. It is not right by the door parking but accessible for wheelchairs and others mobility needs. I would recommend over all the places near it in my area bc I’ve tried most of them.

Don't let the inside decor fool you or the surrounding neighborhood. This place is 100% on point!! I've never had a better Chinese lunch anywhere. Decent price and the food was HOTT and the portion was insane. So worth it, so fresh, just amazing. Had the L20. Highly recommend this place. This is now my go too!!

went 1 time for my lunch break. found actual metal shavings in my house lo mein. i started chewing on this piece of metal until i spit it out and was disgusted to eat anymore. dont want to know the type of cuts this metal would have done to my insides.

I LOVE THIS PLACE AND EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE!!!!!! Not only have I have ordered from here but so have all my coworkers and friends. This restaurant is hands down THE BEST from SERVICE to their AMAZING FOOD. It's always cooked to order. Hot and fresh. Always ready. They even know who you are when you call if you order more than 2 or 3 times

Best Chinese takeout I've had in town. I personally recommend the lo mein & wonton soup.
