Ordering on the phone to when the food is ready when I get there is very quick. The food was still piping hot when I got home that I had to wait like ten minutes for it to cool down or risk third degree burns lol. Fast Wok’s prices is slightly higher than other chinese establishments in the area and service is meh, but it satisfies the Chinese food craving.

This is one of the best Chinese-food spots on the westside. The food is always really good, fresh and hot. One of the few places where the food tastes just as good as the pictures look. I got the honey chicken recently and wonton soup.

The owners of this establishment have customer last business ethics. Customer satisfaction is definitely not their priority. Was given white rice when I was supposed to get fried rice and it was more important to them to argue & prove me wrong rather than switching out rice and losing a customer. But, looks like that isnt all theyre losing being the Health Dept has forced them to CLOSE. Rather it be temporary or not? I dont know but due to SERIOUS HEALTH VIOLATIONS.

Lunchtime visit, ordered from the menu (didn’t order a lunch special). There were maybe 3 tables in the order area, but primarily this is a takeout restaurant. Good food but prices are much higher than what you’d expect at a takeout restaurant. 2 people with wonton soup, an entree & bottled beverage was $43 + tip. Service was great!

Best Chinese I've personally had. I always get the General Chicken with white rice! It's always so good! It's hot but perfect to eat right away. Very friendly staff 😊

Really good. I got the bean curd happy family and wasn't disappointed. Everything was fresh and just as I asked. The brown sauce was perfect with the right amount of spice. Would recommend and eat again 👌 6/19/21 I usually don't go back and change the review but I went back today and it wasn't nearly as good. The tofu was soggy and gross and kind of blended in texture wise with the veggies after I asked for extra crispy tofu. I don't know if different people are cooking but this time you can tell it wasn't made with love ..even though the egg roll was hot you could tell it was old by the way it tasted. Expected better..

Used to be good quality back in the day but order house fried rve today that was all rice and slivers of meat. Will not be back. Good riddance for 15 dollar rice

All food was overcooked. Chicken was chewy and hard, spring rolls burt and so was the crab Rangoon. Never again.

Absolutely love this place, have been going for 2 years here and it's delicious every time!! Vegetarian and vegan options available make this place a gem of Jax! We asked for a vegetarian volcano roll, substituted the meats for the vegan chicken. Love this small business and will continue to support you guys! Boba/fruit teas, waffle ice creams, poke bowls or wraps, even few sushi options. Thank you for small family business❤️

I think 5* is very underrated for this place! This has become one of my newest obsessions and my absolute new favorite place to go to! I mean everything on their menu (The Triforce is my favorite!) is fresh, tasteful, great quality and much more! The whole staff are just as amazing and they all deserve so much praise for everything they provide for the customers! I’m always recommending them to everyone and everything!

Went through the drive thru. So it wasn't dish it out and have ready at the window. They actually prepared my Pork Egg Foo Young, nice and b hot, I actually drove it back home to Foley,Al. Yumm, nice fat patties, gravy and rice, plus an egg roll. So good!!

I've been comin here for years and it has always had some of the best Chinese food in my opinion. Everything I've ever gotten has been delicious. Big plus it has a drive thru, keep in mind, it is not fast food so you may have to wait a few minutes.

I phoned ahead and it was ready just as I arrived.The food was fantastic, with good sized portions. My picky 9yr old even loved it. The service was great, the restaurant was cleanz2 and tidy as well. I've struggled to find a great Chinese place since I moved to Jacksonville but I believe I have finally found one!

Wish I could give zero stars this is unreal. I spent damn near $50 for some food. I got the honey chicken and it wasn’t even honey chicken. It was sweet-and-sour chicken. Apparently they can’t read on top of that. I got bourbon chicken, which tasted like it was burnt dry and was just thrown in sauce no flavor at all the only things I can say that was good was the cream cheese Wontons

I recently visited PF Chang's, and wow, I was absolutely blown away! They’ve revamped their menu, and it's incredible. I started with the vegetable egg rolls, and let me just say they were AMAZING. Crispy on the outside, perfectly filled on the inside, and full of flavor. They were the perfect appetizer to kick off the meal. To wash it down, I tried the pomegranate lemonade, and it did not disappoint. It was refreshing with the right balance of tart and sweet absolutely delicious! What really stood out was the new Chef's Feast menu. Starting at just $19.99 per person, it offers three-course meals and is designed to be shared with groups of two or more. It’s a great way to experience a variety of P.F. Chang’s signature dishes, and everything I tasted was full of rich, authentic flavors. If you haven’t visited in a while, I highly recommend checking out the revamped menu! The place has painted walls and seating. The food that we received for take out was opened up as soon as we arrived home. My house is about 7 minutes from Fongs. The center of the boneless ribs was ice cold- as if it was frozen and they tried to warm it up before closing. The beef and broccoli was more broccoli and you had to look for the beef. The egg roll was refried. This was the second time we visited this establishment. The first time the food was decent. This time, not at all. Someone was smoking crack outside of the restaurant and then he was digging through the garbage. I definitely think there has to be a better Chinese take out in the area.

Food is delicious, cheap, and they give you enough for 3 people. Family owned just a mom and dad with their son. Son works the front and is extremely polite and double checks all orders to ensure no mistakes. I can’t recommend this place enough this is the type of the place you tip big because the food is so cheap but good and the service is A+.

Hubby wanted sweet and sour chicken with the "red" sauce. Found this place, delicious. I love that the sauce was on the side so the food wasn't soggy once home. The lady was nice and quick. I could hear them making it fresh which was awesome.

My husband and I are repeat guests. Our food is always delicious and they are very gracious when accommodating modifications. Absolutely have truly enjoyed everything I have had here so far. They are a very friendly and welcoming family. My favorite part is the young girl's art decorating the walls. Definitely a hidden gem if you enjoy this cuisine! I recommend giving it a try at least once but you will probably find yourself returning :)

I can't emphasize enough how excited I was when I got this home. I love Chinese food, but a lot of places can be pitiful. The meat in the fried rice is real and delicious, the vegetables are great, the portions are perfect. I've only had one dish so far, so don't take my word as gospel, but I look forward to trying out more of their menu.

This food was HORRIBLE and will NEVER eat from them again🤦🤦i don't know if you can see it but the meat was old and the rice was dry. I want my money back😠

Got Sesame Chicken and it tasted old. Nothing about the meat I had was fresh. It tasted like old reheated or refried chicken. The texture of the chicken was old and spongy, ruined my appetite.

This is the first i have been back since the new owners. I have to say it is even better, cleaner and spot on tasty. Fried rice is full of flavor and all the good stuff! No peas and carrots!!! Awesome food!! Singapore noodles 🤪Will keep going!!
