Food and drink was perfect and tasteful. Nothing like a previous comment that I saw where said the food was sour or off. I comoleted my order online at 6:22 p.m., delivery time was supposed to be 6:52 p.m. to 7:07 p.m. They showed up at my door at 6:40 p.m. to not only do they deliver great food, they were extremely fast and I am very well pleased.... I had my four dogs who would not get away from the door, so I asked the delivery driver to just drop it off and he actually brought it up to my hands so I will not have to open the door all the way. I was very appreciative. I will be ordering again from this establishment.

This place made me love Chinese take-out. I crave their pork dumplings every day of my life and the rest of the food I've tried is amazing. ❤️

Ordering on the phone to when the food is ready when I get there is very quick. The food was still piping hot when I got home that I had to wait like ten minutes for it to cool down or risk third degree burns lol. Fast Wok’s prices is slightly higher than other chinese establishments in the area and service is meh, but it satisfies the Chinese food craving.

This is one of the best Chinese-food spots on the westside. The food is always really good, fresh and hot. One of the few places where the food tastes just as good as the pictures look. I got the honey chicken recently and wonton soup.

We decided to give it a try since it's so close to our house. Surprised at how good it was. I hate large pieces of chicken and they make sure to cut them up into smaller pieces, which is a huge plus for me. The lo mein was different than any other one I've 5 I thought it had a great flavor. Same with my sesame chicken, tasted great! This will be part of our normal take out list. The prices were reasonable as well.

The food is actually pretty good. The service is absolutely atrocious. They advertise different than they provide. They have clearly made a mistake and when I called to find out why I was Missing items from my order the lady answered the phone yelled at me and had the audacity to hang up. When I called back again she didn't respond. They have.Clearly posted that you are to receive the buy one, get 1 free and a choice of soda or soup. When they did not add the soup I called, I have a picture that shows proof and they did not honor it. Nor did they give me a chance to even explain. I do not recommend spending your money here. As the food is just as good as the average Chinese food place. But the service makes them a negative 10 on my scale as a business owner, when you make an error you own up to it and fix the problem so it doesn't happen in the future.

This is i think the only yings i know around jacksonville. We used to have a couple locations but they sadly closed over the years. This place used to be opened inside but after covid they refuse to open it back up.. The food is Good and quality is 8/10! i order most of the time Boneless Spare Rib Tips, with White Rice or Chicken n Broccolli With White Rice and it comes out good!! Wait time 5 - 10 mins and fast too!! Inexpensive and its best to go in my opinion on Saturdays :) Definately worth going again and again!!! 10000000 Star Rating!!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Ying's truly a place stuck in time in many ways. The food - Food is pretty good from what I've had there so far, it's the classic Chinese food we all know and love, nothing special but nothing bad either but the portions are quite large. Service - Absolutely phenomenal, in a day and age where good service and kind people are unfortunately increasingly rare Ying's manages to go above and beyond, the staff are very nice and take time outta their day to not just provide excellent service but to be human and provide decency and kindness above all. Atmosphere - This one is rated low because outside the exterior of Ying's there's no atmosphere as it's drive through only. Price - This is probably one of the best parts, decent food, and great service all for a relatively low price, most fast food places these days cost more than Ying's and give you half the amount of food. All in all Ying's gets a solid 4/5

Great atmosphere, drinks are very good, food was delicious, and the service was great. This was our first time at Blue Bamboo and we were very impressed and will be back!

Their saying on the menu is "Chinese Food you eat with a fork and knife," this fits perfectly. I tried the Chow Fun with beef and my bf had the ribs. The flavors were authentic and everything was super juicy and fresh. I really enjoyed the food, the price point was a little higher than expected, but the atmosphere and the service definitely has that fine dining feel.

A very pleasant surprise. I went reluctantly because I have had many bad experiences with these small Chinese restaurants, but the food really amazed me. Their house fried rice was great full of shrimps, pork and chicken 😋. My favorite was "happy family" crispy vegetables in brown sauce with sea food, pork, beef and chicken. The peanut chicken was fabulous. The service was great, it is a to-go place so expect accordingly a good traffic of customers ands delivery people while you eat is you decide to eat there, there are only 3 tables. This is my new favorite Chinese fast food place (because it was fast). I will recommend it 100%. I will be back very soon to try more things. 😀

Consistently good food. Our go-to for chinese food the last few years... Fresh vegetables, fresh meats, well prepared, well packaged for the drive home. Portion sizes are also still substantial, unlike others who have gone the shrinkflation route, cheating their customers... definitely give them a try... you won't be disappointed...

I always order through here on DoorDash, and it's so good. It's taken a while to find a good Chinese takeout restaurant. I like to switch up my order, but I usually keep it simple. I tried their hibachi items for the first time, and they were okay. It's not my favorite, but I like the noodles. I switch between the fried and steamed dumplings; fried is my favorite.Their crab Rangoons are pretty good, too. I also always have to get an egg roll and their wonton soup.

Big fan of their hot and sour soup, good wok hei on the lo mein!

I order from this place all the time in DoorDash but yesterday was my first visit in person. It was pretty dead when I showed up, no one behind the counter and no one in store. After 2-3 mins a lady came from the back and took my order. while she cooked it up, more people started to come in the store. So it looks like I beat the lunch rush! The food is always hot and good, the quality of the meat could be better but the teriyaki sauce and fried rice really hit differently so the chicken meat is tolerable. I had to fill up the space so I could get credit for the detailed review, in a nutshell the place is like a hole in the wall, the staff doesn’t wanna talk to you, the food is decent af and pretty cheap. Not something I would recommend to my friends but I love it

Cons: Menu descriptions and names are inconsistent while food is served in a styrofoam container (if you know, you know.) Drink prices are also kinda steep. Pros: Food taste and textures are fantastic while prices are also fair, what you see in the pictures is what you get. Establishment interior is clean and sleek as is the bathrooms.

Front desk friendly. Food made to order. We ordered soup. It was fresh. The shrimp egg roll received shrimp in every bite. Small dining area. The best thing to do is call it in and pick it up.

Absolutely incredible Chinese takeout! The flavors were spot-on, with every dish tasting fresh, authentic, and perfectly seasoned. We ordered the General Tso’s chicken, pork fried rice, chicken with broccoli, and wonton soup, and each one was a hit. The egg rolls that came with our meals were particularly delicious. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the service was fast and friendly. You can tell they put care into every order. It’s rare to find takeout that feels as high-quality as this. We’ll definitely be making this our go-to spot. Highly recommend!

I was looking for top rated Chinese food near me. This place was close by and had good ratings. The prices and portions are very good. There were a few people dining in and a few people working. Seems like a mom and pop place/ family business. Just after walking in two separate people had greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I told them I was there to look at the menu and make a to-go order. They did a great job continuing to serve guests, put together to-go orders, answer phones, and help me. It maybe took my food about 10 or 12 minutes to be ready. I ordered one of their dinner combos and added the soup and an egg roll. It will probably be three or four full meals for me. I will definitely be going there again.

The esthetic leaves a ton to be desired. The service was extremely slow and it was just us and one other group in the place at that time. The food was its saving grace. We weren’t to sure with how it looked and the service we had received up to the point of the food coming out. We had some dim sum and a couple of appetizers. The fried rice was good. Loaded with pork and not a ton of vegetables. The crab ragoon was crispy with the crab and filling creamy and tasty. The pork pot stickers were crispy and what I am guessing was oyster sauce was a great pairing.

Food was to go and fast. However when we got it home and I opened it up, I started seeing all my sesame seed chicken was tiny bits of more flour than chicken. They sauce as New Yorker was off to light and sweet. By far there is another place I'll go to over this. It's farther and pricey but way better. If your looking for NY sesame sees chicken this place ain't it. My fiance got the orange chicken and his pieces were bigger but still the flavor was way to light. Just ehh. I saw on Google someone else mentioned little bits of chicken so I was hoping it was a 1 time thing, it was not. In the photo I used my finger for reference on how little they are. It was $37 for tiny pieces!! What a waste if I wasn't so tired from work I would have just taken it back!

Pros: Food is fast and it appeals to my taste buds. I like it. I mostly take fried rice, spring rolls. So I can’t vouch for other dishes. I love their hot oil. Cons: 1) No respect for customers as if they are doing you a favor . 2) No customer service at all. 3) You will be waiting outside the restaurant if food is not ready. With Florida heat, it could be a challenge. This is the only place in Jax that still holds on to era of Pandemic
