My favorite Chinese food in Dover Delaware. I have eaten food from here several times and it has always been good. The workers there are very friendly. ❤❤❤❤ Jan 17 went again my husband got the Happy Family platter. It was delicious 😋

Usually not bad. Today not much chicken. Under the chicken was piles or rice. Not a lot of favor. Very disappointed. Not worth $7.50. Maybe half that.

First time going to a Panda Express. I have to admit, I was very impressed. The food was delicious and the portions were huge. You get a lot for your money. There is a good variety of meats, ranging from chickens and shrimp. You can choose from rice or noodles. Highly recommend getting the “Bigger Plate” since it’s just a couple dollars more and you get a lot more food. The restaurant was clean and organized and the service was great. The woman, Krystal, who served us was very friendly. She allowed us to sample some food beforehand and she even came to our table while we were eating to see how everything was. I will definitely be coming back, and highly recommend coming here if you like Chinese or Asian food.

This is the most nasty shrimp egg foo young I have ever tasted. The gravy looks like Turkey gravy the egg Pattie’s were burnt!!!!! First & last time I will ever buy anything from this place yuck the health department needs to check into this place with that nasty food!!!! Look at the pictures!!! Yellow gravy???? Yuck!!!!

I ordered a large sweet and sour chicken and I can confidently say I will not eat here again. The chicken was overcooked, it was dark brown and SO crispy it wasn’t even enjoyable to eat. The flavor was off. The sauce amount is definitely smaller than other restaurants. The white rice might be the only saving grace of this entire meal. I stopped eating the chicken halfway through and had to just eat the rice for lunch, I was going to save half for dinner but the chicken was practically inedible. A waste of nearly 14 dollars. Also, there was no fortune cookie. Im not sure if this restaurant does not do that, but it seems to come pretty standard with Chinese food so I was surprised when I didn’t receive one. The long wait for just this one, unsatisfactory meal was not worth it. Overall, just a waste of money and time.

If you order delivery and pay cash, they will pretend to be going to the car for change and drive off. My last time ordering from them was my LAST time ordering from them! I called and told the lady he drove off with my $15 change, she said she'd call him to send him back and that was a LIE. I better not ever see that little red car out and about.

This is the worst Chinese food in Delaware. Chicken is refried, not made daily and dry. You must request for the broccoli to be cooked or they will serve you raw broccoli and warm gravy. The Fried rice is just steamed yellow rice. Also they advertise one price then charge you another. Do not waste your time here. Go to any other restaurant.

This is my third time visiting the food chain in Delaware welcome center. Food quality was super bad. Portion was so little that doesn't worth to buy from this place. Manager Oriana R was rude when I was complaining about the quality and portion. Also manager refused when I asked is the reference number because they give us broken receipt. Panda should hire a trained manager in this highly competitive place.

Worst food! Orange chicken has no orange taste but is spicy. Everything is overcooked! The crew is disorganized and difficult to communicate with. Should have looked at reviews before ordering. Will never come back!

My grandson ordered 1/2 chow Keon 1/2 fried rice with honey sesame chicken and orange chicken to share with his sister. We got home and chow mein his sister doesn’t eat rice . We live 35 minutes away so he was disappointed I fix oodles noodles for her chicken side. The store didn’t answer the phone

Th guy at the front counter working the evening of 12/20/24 facilitiated such a wonderful experience for me. After a day of traffic and battling crazy holiday shopping, it was game-changing to be met with a genuinely kind smile and warm respect. Thank you so much!! Keep it up! My food was perfect and everything was still warm when I took my takeout order home 15 min away. I watch my carbohydrate intake, and I appreciate the many options I have at Panda. The super greens are my go to! We order panda once about every 2-3 months as a special treat for my family of eight. We will definitely be back!

moved to the area summer of 2023 and am JUST now discovering this place unfortunately! best chinese food i’ve had in the area. 4 stars only because the fried rice could use a little work but all in all super yummy

If I could give NO stars that would be deserving. The rice was burned the wings looked like they were Cornish hen wings, they served the ribs in a dirty bag and they are over priced, they quoted me one price on the phone then over charge me for the garbage food. Do yourself a favor and do NOT buy from this establishment!!!

The best Cuisine in the city of Wilmington. I love their food hot and fresh every time. I've been eating there since a child 80s or 90s.

Can you guys please wear gloves when you’re cooking the Chinese food? I watched the gentleman stick his hands in the onions and throw them in my dish egg fo young bare hands I was horrified.. Then he wiped his face.. your food is usually good. I just couldn’t stand that. I also ordered fried chicken that was fried very hard. Could not eat it. Please have some pride in your Food follow health regulations..

I am so upset I got the food a earlier but I didn’t really start to finish it later I look down and it’s a fly in my food they will be hearing from me right when they open .

Food quality is good. They don’t write the menu explicitly like pine apple fried rice comes with shrimp and chicken. I was ok with shrimp but chicken, I think it was noodle first but with thicker pieces I happened to call to ask and learned it’s chicken. Please update your menus with accurate information of ingredients!

I love ordering chinese food and then eating the leftovers all day like a feral hog nomnomnom. Life hack, if you order a portion of lo mein and a portion of fried rice you really have 3 meals. But if you order for your girl you're back to just 2 meals. There's no dining-in due to the Biosecurity level 4.
