I ordered here once and got the 22 boneless wing combo for me and a friend, the wings were amazing but there was one wing that was slightly and I can't stress this enough slightly undercooked (30sec more at most). So today I gave them a second chance because other than the one bad wing the flavor was amazing. On the second order I got the 22 boneless wings again,and I got the lemon pepper (the best/most flavorful seasoning), the jalapeno cilantro one and the fried Oreos and they were amazing. So glad i have this place another chance. They give amazing food at amazing prices. Overall I give it a 8 1/2 out of 10

After getting bored with the same restaurants, I decided to try something new. I was in the mood for wings and ordered from here through Uber Eats. After seeing the reviews and the fact that it wasn't it's own establishment, I started to get worried. The food was ready in 20 minutes and I went to go pick it up. I had ordered the 16 wings BONE IN combo. I opened it at home (my mistake) to find that half were boneless buffalo and the other half were bone-in mango habanero. The sauces were just splattered after the food was placed in the tray and not properly mixed in a bowl as to marinate it. Not to mention all of it was cold, the boneless were warm but that was it. The boneless and bone-in were cooked thoroughly but way too veiny for the bone-in. I'm an avid wings lover but that was just too much. The curly fries were literal crumbs and bits. Basically gave me the bottom of the barrel.. The sauces were great but the food itself has a long way to go. I should know a thing or two as I worked a few restaurants when I was younger.

Sesame chicken is just orange chicken with sesame seeds sprinkled on top, and the chicken itself was very hard. Crab rangoons were stale. It’s more worth it to take the drive to Torrington or Great Barrington.

Super fresh and always well cooked. The food here is never Super sticky and covered in sauce but instead is made to order Super hot and fresh with lots of fresh veggies. The staff is super pleasant and they are always quick and efficient. This is a cash only operation but there are lots of nearby ATM places.

The help gets an award for worst service on the planet, practically yelling her non welcome. CASH ONLY. ONLY TWO PEOPLE IN TABLES!!!. I have not received my breakfast yet. No food could overcome her demeanor. I just want to leave. A place I will leave zero tip and let hr know. I'm a local but feel she is rude. If she is the owner, she needs to change or lose in very competitive fast food biz. Avoid at all costs!!! Food not good either.

The second myself and two of my friends entered we felt like we were being dominated, with the owner/cook/waitress scolding us with a list of rules/advisories of the restaurant. The coffee was atrocious; she added milk herself, with no other option. The food was alright, but pricey. The real problem was the atmosphere created by this woman. It felt intensely awkward, and there was this almost distaste for our presence simply because we were younger than the target demographic. I practically whispered “I’m gonna go wash my hands” and from way behind the counter she starts rattling off a list of guidelines for how the bathroom properly. There were signs everywhere telling you what to and what not to do. As she placed down the plate when the food came out, my friend reached for it to help, but she aggressively said “SIR, let me put it down for you.” It seems like she has good intentions, but it comes off as scary and OCD. Overall entertaining for all the wrong reasons, and reading other reviews this is pretty common.

I had a nice visit here. Food was hot, fresh and yummy. Service was great, cashier ever 2 thumbs up me.

I bought a classic chicken meal and there was mold on the bread. Didn't realize until I had already taken a bite. Hard to see in the pictures, but the employee sure saw it and didn't question my refund.

Delicious food! The owner is very friendly, the prices are great, and the portions are very generous! I come here regularly and I love it, always hits the spot when I’m craving Chinese 🤤

I ordered wings and pork fried rice for my first time trying and also a snapple. the rice tasted hard and like it was days old, the chicken was mushy and covered in grease, and my snapple was 4 months expired, i had to throw out the whole meal everything was old and reheated. I requested a refund and they told me to bring back the meal, mind you it was the next day. Never would recommend to anyone the place is dirty, everything left out on the floor and the fridge for the sodas and drinks is covered in white stuff. definetly needs to get shut down.

It was nice restaurant food was good with good quantity i tried their lamb kebab it was nice n Chinese no msg was also reasonable only chicken 65 chicken was tasting like frozen smell rest all was good

Wow, this place is 10 star reataurant. Im an OTR trucker. I been to all the states and cities. Tried 100s of halal places. This one blew them all. I ordered the food on the picture and loved it. Highly recommend this combo to anyone. Lamb sheesh, naan, chick biryani, lassi. Definitely coming back over and over again.

Ok, let's do it. The service mediocre the waitress wasn't to estatic she didn't recommend anything. The food was nothing to write home about it came out luke warm. The bathroom was dirty. The menu is a big pamphlet. I guess it's a local favorite. They can have it..

Beware of the 8.00 charge on 4 eggs. My friend and I went for breakfast and both got 2 eggs with home fries and toast with coffees. Nothing in the menus had said eggs were a up charge. The server did let me know about the sourdough up charge. We got the bill it was it 45.00. We asked about the 8.00 up charge and the server said there was a sign at the front. We paid the bill. As I was walking out there was the smallest note pinned up about the egg up charge. I get it but 8.00 is a bit much. You should also make a bigger sign or better yet let your customers know that. I never leave reviews. I work at the restaurant and personally I’d let my people know. Not cool.

Looking for a place to eat today, i drive and see this place. So i stopped in. Place is very clean,and the service was great. Ordered boneless rib lunch special and a shrimp eggroll. The price was very reasonable for the amount of food i got. Rice was delicious with great flavor. The bonless ribs were not dry at all. Im definitly going back agin if im nearby and trting something else.

I’ve ordered takeout via Uber Eats. Food was greasy and awful. I’ve ordered lobster chow mein, not a piece of said lobster, there was few shrimp though, just enjoying a grease bath. Teriyaki chicken was good enough to make soles for my boots. Fired dumplings were cooked to eternity and beyond … if Jesus was around he wouldn’t be able to bring to life whatever meat was placed in those dumplings … and I’ve paid extra 1.50 for brown rice, didn’t get it… just white rice. But delivery was fast!

Crab Rangoon had missing filling wasn’t willing to do anything about it already small pieces no wondering everybody stop going there

My friends and I ordered food from here last night. And the food tasted better than the previous name of the restaurant. But today we all woke up with awful stomach aches and having to use the bathroom all morning. So something did not sit well with either of us from their food.

A little worried at first because the prior place, went down hill over the last couple of years. But must be new owners, the food was fresh, hot and delicious! So happy to finally have a good Chinese restaurant that delivers again!!

I just was on the phone about an hour and an half ago and requested that my food be packed into plastic containers and not styrofoam because the food melts the styrofoam. The guy on the phone says he understood told someone else there and I was ensured that they would. I still received the foam containers. At least take the consideration to line the containers (for all of your customers) so the hot food isn’t touching the containers directly and customers having to consume the chemicals from the melted container. I had to throw out the portions of food that melted the container because now it’s unsafe to eat. I guess it doesn’t matter because you’re getting paid right?

The fried chicken was perfect, but I don’t know what it is about up north Chinese restaurants but they do not fry their rice .. which is crazy

Ordered sausage and mushrooms. Got a kielbasa sliced pizza with mushrooms. Yuck! Crust good but so disappointed. Gyro was not what was expected either. Very different and more like a small wrap. The lettuce was mush and the meat was cubed. After reading other reviews and realizing there is new ownership which is “HALAL”. Makes sense why the sausage was not what you would normally expect because pork is not an ingredient they can use. The new ownership should change the name of the restaurant and stop misleading customers. Also need to describe ingredients and let customers know this is an Indian based pizza joint. I like Indian food but when I order pizza I want what I expect. I believe if the ownership changes the name and correctly markets their food as Halal they get the clientele looking for this type of food. They even. Get customers who embrace the change and not be misled that this is the Sorrento food they knew and expect.

Worst Pizza I’ve ever had. Meatballs and chicken parm were frozen and reheated. Stay away!
