I will say this Taco bell franchise should be proud of their employees tonight besides one . Lloyd and Megan wow they went above and beyond I had to come all the way back to get the rest of my food because the staff didn't make sure that I was all set with my order B4 handing it to me. They were so respectful and treated me very well by remaking my entire order fresh . Thanks guys

If I could give the service zero stars I would. Every time I come here I wait at least ten minutes. Last time I went (today) I waited at the speaker for 1( minutes!!!! That is unacceptable especially for a fast food restaurant. And seeing that I ordered online it is especially unacceptable. Worst Taco Bell EVER!!!!

People are nice, prices are way to high, when i call them for a general tso chicken lunch/dinner order and it comes up to 14 bucks VS going to another chinese spot where the same meal is 11 bucks. Sorry id rather pay 3 bucks less.

Don’t listen to any other reviews - Tasty is the best Chinese take out in West Hartford. Food is fast and fresh. Very friendly people.

Ok, so as the other reviews state, they do overcharge from what the specials say that are posted inside and on the windows. I’m sure prices change and they need to do a better job informing people of that. My Wings, Fries and Soda came to 17.07 and should have been 16.00 or so. But ehh, they gave me Blue Cheese and a lot of places up charge. But yes, I see people’s points. Anyway, it was hotter than hell inside and I decided to dine in for the full experience. When they handed me my bag it felt like a good five pounds and the wings are really good size. And surprisingly, they were cooked well. They have an excellent, simple Buffalo sauce. Just the right mix of red hot and butter. Fries were nothing great, but the wings were very good. I’m actually full from the wings and couldn’t eat the fries. I’m going to give this place a go and try some other items. Staff were very friendly and courteous. The area is not the greatest, but I give it a 3/10 on my shankability scale. You probably won’t get stabbed in the parking lot, but maybe you there is a chance .

The owner is very nice but they always forget something and this one guy there promises you it next time and writes down your address and then when you come he claims to not remember. I've been going there for years but i'm about to find a different pizza place to order from because the service is otherwise terrible.

Got the pupu platter and it was disappointing compared to other same value ones I've had. The jumbo shrimp was not jumbo, just regular shrimp. Then the beef stick and spare ribs were dry and had no flavor at all, I expected that slightly sweet glaze on them. Everything else was okay.

The best Chinese food in town. Every time I order, the person who picks up the phone is always helpful and patient. The food is always fresh and tasty. The price is also very reasonable and the food is always ready quick.

The food is DISGUSTINGLY TERRIBLE!!! First off they advertise lobster fried rice and lobster lo mein but it’s actually crawfish!!! The noodles had no taste but a fishy flavor and slimy…. The soup was like gelatin and no flavor… the bbq tips were dry and old again no flavor no sauce…. The egg rolls were dark brown inside and tasted like old grease…. NOTHING ABOUT MY ORDER WAS EDIBLE!!!

THEY ARE RUDE TO CUSTOMERS SOMETIMES. I WENT TO ORDER SWEET CHICKEN, I ORDERED IT AND IMMEDIATELY AFTER ASKED WHAT KIND OF TEA THEY WERE SELLING. THE GIRL IN CHARGE OF SERVING THE CUSTOMERS (A LADY) KICKED ME OUT SAYING: WHAT KIND OF QUESTION WAS THAT? (SHE WAS OBVIOUSLY UPSET BY MY QUESTION) AND I TOLD HER THAT I JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHAT KIND OF TEA IT WAS, SINCE THERE ARE MANY KINDS OF TEA, AND SHE TOLD ME: WELL I DON’T KNOW WHAT KIND OF TEA IT IS, IT’S JUST TEA AND THAT’S IT. AND I TOLD HER: OK I’M SORRY, YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE BOTHERED, I JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHAT I’M GOING TO DRINK, I DON’T LIKE ANY KIND OF TEA. IT WAS JUST ONE QUESTION AND SHE TURNED IT INTO A MOMENT TO BULLY JUST BECAUSE SHE THOUGHT IT WAS A DUMB QUESTION. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE SERVED CUSTOMERS IN A DISRESPECTFUL MANNER.

It’s really good hibachi / Chinese food! We got crab rangoon, chicken and steak hibachi express bowls, and the boneless ribs with chicken wing combo plate. Everything was delicious and fresh. The broccoli and mushroom veggies weren’t over cooked, the steak was cooked medium well as requested, and they gave us more yum yum sauce than we paid for. Great portion sizes especially for the price. Only thing that could have been better would be more filling in the rangoons, it was a little skimpy and more wonton than anything but my husband still ate them all. Yummy dinner with plenty of leftovers.

Food is alright delivery driver is a pervert and tries to take a tip not offered. Why would I tip you for sitting in a car delivering my food to the sidewalk and you don’t even get out the car. I’m not tipping you anything

These people will tell you your total DELIVER THE FOOD THEN IF YOU DONT GIVE THEM A TIP THEY STILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR THE TIP !! I DIDNT GIVE THEM A TIP BECAUSE THEY TOOK TOO LONG DELIVING MY FOOD ! UNPROFESSIONAL!

This place is horrible and very unprofessional. The lady hung up on my face and was claiming that she had had no time when I was trying figure how much a bowl of rice would me large or small but their store doesn’t close till 1030 and then told me to wait for a 10 minutes this place has horrible customer service and very unprofessional

I order the spare ribs combo that comes with pork fried rice and fries on the side. They sent me a whole platter full of fries and spare ribs no fried rice. The Almond cookie were small and looks like it came out of a package you can buy at any grocery store 1/4 tub full of unknown sauce with label and I didn't ask for. To top it all off The Uber delivery person left my food outside and didn't call or notified me. After I left specific instructions on the app.

Hard to beat 20+ pieces of sesame chicken, rice, broccoli and an egg roll for $11. Food was ready for pickup in 10 minutes as well.

This is the second time I ordered from here only because I believe in second chances. When I ordered, I specified NO VEGETABLES in my rice and NO VEGETABLES in my chicken….clearly somewhere along the line someone thought I needed these veggies which btw I’m allergic to Mushrooms. So someone’s mistake (or if they did it on purpose) just ruined my dinner. Then I called at 10:20 and no one answers smh.

This place is a waist of time don’t come here!! Place is not clean.i just seen a lady take my money for my order went to the freezer and grab a fish and handed off to the employee. To top it off I got the boneless spare ribs worst ever burnt taste also the pot stickers the pork was raw!! shrimp fried rice extra shrimp and there shrimp is not cleaned at all !! Never again worst 20 dollars I spent so far

The shrimp egg foo young here was the worst I ever had. They boiled the ingredients first then made the omelette…who does that? Boiled all of the flavor and taste out. The egg foo young patties weren’t crispy. Everything tasted watery…$15 wasted 😡

First time trying this place, against my better judgement since the outside and inside are dirty. The rice is overcooked to much and the food has a greasy taste like overused oil and the food does not taste fresh.

I have a long list of allergies so I was apprehensive about trying a new Chinese restaurant but I decided to take the risk.I came across Lok Hing and went in. To my surprise they do not use any of the allergens on my list so for the first time in a long time I could order anything on the menu. I got the general tso combination and it was delicious. I am thrilled that I have found a Chinese restaurant I can order from without fear of cross contamination. This restaurant is a hidden gem on Albany Avenue in Hartford.

The chicken wings was pretty good no hair on them at all, they were a lil small but delicious. The rice was extra greasy Spanish type of rice with vegetables and pork not good at all my kids wasted it. The Lo mein was over cooked and under flavored we will not be going back there anytime soon!

I've been eating here since they were in the Richardson food court when I worked downtown in the late 90s. I didn't realize they had a new location and recently came back. The food is great. Today I ordered an item off the lunch menu which wasn't available on the steam table and they made it fresh for me. I'm not gonna lie, it was definitely better. This is great food I would recommend to anybody. The egg roll was great today. I'm not sure why everybody is having problems with the cashier, she has always been polite to me without me being overly friendly, and I've been in the store when other people are there and I've never observed anything bad from her.
