Located on the River Street side of the shopping plaza, it's great place to grab a coffee or a refreshment when exploring the chinatown neighborhood. The lilikoi lemonade was excellent and I would recommend adding fruit if offered.

Friendly beyond word. Food and drink so authentic yet very reasonable price. We are so glad that it came back!

Two co-workers and I walked up to the Chinese Cultural Plaza on Beretania and River Street to try a new Taiwanese restaurant. Alas, it was packed so we walked around looking for an alternative. On the River Street side, we stumbled onto Hong Kong Noodle House. We used to come here for duck noodle every now and then a long time ago. Our server brought us water in paper cups (??) and menus. It was an extensive menu for a small restaurant; two of us ordered the tossed noodles ($15) with beef tendon while the third member of our group asked for the tossed noodles with beef tendon and pig’s feet ($18). Our food came out quickly, on paper plates. The soup that accompanies tossed noodles came in a shallow plastic container, like you would get when you buy a quarter pound of poke. We wondered why paper plates and cups; that must increase their costs. The only thing I could think of was staffing. It seemed to be a two-person operation. I tried the noodles first … they were salty. My tablemate suggested dipping the noodles into the soup. I thought that wouldn’t work because the soup was also salty. However, that did work, but it made the noodles softer. My tablemates thought the noodles were overcooked; mine were okay until I dipped them to “rinse off the salt”. Conversely, the tendon was fine as was the pigs feet. Our tab was $50, we left $60 and walked out feeling unsatisfied. My co-workers ended up buying a croissant at Ocean Side Bakery on the way back to our office. We can safely drop Hong Kong Noodle House off our list of places to eat.

I love how it is hole in the wall. And it's quite hard to find and hidden. As well parking is terrible lol. . Parking basically street parking. I found parking across the street with a handicap spot. The parking is terrible and have to make a few circles to find one. . How to order? Basically order anything you see on the menu. If they have it they can mix and match to your liking. The problem is I wanted beef tendon, mom wanted the pig feet, and we both want noodles skinny kind and won ton. But we don't want to order too much as we are doing back to back food experiences. Mind you not we already went to 3 back to back foodie spots lol. At this point we just trying out a new spot. . So we got a plate of skinny noodle tossed with beef tendon and pig feet. Also a plain won ton soup. . Won ton - just a dozen of won ton and plain broth. The Won ton has a bouncy texture to the meat. The shrimp was bouncy too. The flavor was authentic with the dry fish powder in it. . Beef tendon and pigs feet is nothing special with flavor more just for the texture. . Noodles - as soon my chop sticks end touches it I knew it didn't pass my authentic bougie chinese texture for bouncy. The noodle was clumped together and was not bouncy slippery texture. It wasn't bad or good just meh like still missing the texture. The love and sweat is put into making it tho. I really appreciate that. The Chef did a great job just my personal preference. . Hot chili oil is amazing tho. It has a nice kick and was spicy. It went well with everything. I loved it and it was memorable. I love the condiments on the table with the hot muster and white peppers and chili paste and etc. . Overall I had a wonderful experience. It was great to take mama to her own food when she grew up in hkg. I know the authentic of hkg won ton noodles and when I mentioned the dry fish powder in the won ton, the owner knew I know how to eat and no further questions asked lol. It was funny to everyone that a ABC knows his won ton seriously. Thanks for reading and hope this helps. Have a yelptastic day.

Our go-to dim sum place. Great service and prices. They're constantly circling the floor with the carts, but be sure to ask for the dim sum menu because they only have the most popular items on them. Great dinner menu also! Quick service and huge family style portions.

The staff welcomed us very well and asked us what we wanted the most. The food was tasty and we felt that they were trying to make it taste good. The price was reasonable for the quality of the food.

The best place for dimsum in Oahu in my personal opinion. Wait was long, but the food came out quick (once you got a table) and the variety was good. And the key here is that they have vegetables! Soup dumplings were delicious. I love that they have all the regular dishes. I rate their egg tarts to be excellent as well. Well worth the wait. Parking is also easy once you get into the local garages.

Knocked down 1 star because the seats and linen were so dirty. The service was excellent. The food was great and tasted right. However, I wish the portions were a bit larger. I guess it's a Hawaiin thing that they come in 3s. The chicken feet came with only 4pc. When I asked for a takeout box, the staff packed it for me and tied it up in a plastic bag. The first wasn't right in the middle so she untied to to tie it again so that it doesn't tip. Wonderful service with every staff we encounter. They speak English, Cantonese, and mandarin. Pay at the front counter (not at your seat).

Delicious Minute Chicken Cake Noodle, Crispy Gau Gee and Beef Oyster Sauce Look Funn. Reasonable prices. Hot fresh and made to order within 20 minutes of my phone call. Very minimal seating. Take out recommended. Parking is very limited street parking only... Best is to call ahead to order and bring someone to get out of the car to pick up.

Where to start 🤣🤣 first the pictures on this site are all lies ,they must have good filters and zoom lense because the plates are smaller and the lemon chicken tasted nothing near to lemon at all, everything was mushy as if it was warmed up in the oven. When ordering online dont bother the live update on your order because they don't update it at all. I should of went to panda express 😒 never again will I come here or send anyone

There were 5 women expertly and efficiently running the entire restaurant. 2-3 would take orders and then one would do cashier while two in the back were cooking food. After the rush they were cleaning the beverage and dining area. Fast and efficient service. Would definitely return! A little sad that this location doesn’t offer military discount but it seems to be a lot of locations on Oahu.

I’m a Panda freak! So much good food and usually in stores that are nice and clean. This one did not disappoint. It was tucked away in Doral. The employees were nice, the store clean, and food delicious.

Look I love Panda Express as much as the next guy, but every time and I mean everytime I go, I always order white rice and chow mein in my plate and I can count on one hand how many times they got that right. It’s either fried rice and chow mein, chow mein only, white rice only (what I just received which is why I’m writing this now) and yeah it’s my fault that I’m not checking my plate but I shouldn’t have to do that. It’s not hard to read the receipt and put it on the plate. And like a dad, “im not mad, im just disappointed.”

For me and probably for many others as well, Panda Express is the place to go for relatively cheap but decently made Chinese food. The Kapolei location has been my favorite location since it's pretty new with good service, and the quality of the food. Today, however, I noticed that they stopped providing a separate small box for the third item on a Bigger Plate unlike they used to do in the past. The result is that it is not visually appealing and the flavors from each item got all mixed up. Not sure why such a decision was made. But I'm thinking that while they may reduce some costs by serving everything in one plate, it could turn away some customers who care about how their food is served.

Ordered their roast pork and char sui. It is the best! They do run out so it is best to call before heading out in the afternoon; especially on the weekend. (Learned the hardway...picked up after lunch and decided to get more. It was about 3pm - ran out! Maybe had a big take out order?) There can be a long line and only one person who chops the meat up.

Local Chinese restaurant - take outs only. I always pick up roasted duck from here. After covid, they shrank the menus just like many other restaurants.

I’m actually in Panda Express Mililani & wanted to share my experience before I forget. I came in tonight at a very slow time there was not a whole lot of each food left as it was after the dinner rush. I ordered two plates & a bowl some of my order had to be cooked which is fine I’ve been coming here for a while. But what stood out to me was the worker one in particular Gil he was very welcoming & pleasant. As I was waiting he asked if I wanted some water while I waited. All while keeping me updated on the status of my food. He was such a bright spot in the night. Keep up the great work Gil I appreciate your kindness & professionalism!

One of the most popular fast food restaurants across island, but still worth its price for a meal, because it's not just fast food, it's actual food with vegetables, meat, soups, etc. Pre-cooked before you come inside ready to put on a plate and go. And perfect for when you're hungry after work and don't want other fast foods like burgers and fries because it is satisfyingly fulfilling. They are now dine in again as long as you show your covid vaccination card. And thank you to the employee who asked if we wanted refills on our drinks before she got to cleaning up for the night. ♡

I forgot to take photos of the ceiling but the decor is beautiful inside. The staff is friendly. We watched the train once we looked over this huge menu of yummy food. We also purchased some drinking cups that we loved from the shelf. 🤙 thank you

First time here. Small restaurant but looks like it gets busy. One server and she was kept on her toes so I gave Nana a good tip. Food was really worth it, all had flavor and good portions. Tried the lunch plate and the 2 choice. Would definitely recommend this plate. You can dine in, take out or order ahead.

Since this pandemic blocked our chance to visit this place, today was the first time to enjoy their dim sum! They are exactly same as I remember, YUM! I highly recommend dim sum here, servers walk through tables with dishes on the steam cart. Taste is good, price is very reasonable, and very aithentic!

Must try Dim Sum! BEST CHAR SIU BUNS EVER!!! The shu Mai and shrimp and chive dumplings were absolutely incredible as well! All the ingredients taste so fresh and and were perfectly assembled with such AMAZING flavors. I cannot wait to go back! Definitely try the desserts too! I would gain 5lbs a week if I lived closer.

TL;DR: This is a hidden gem in Chinatown! Authentic, old fashioned massive portion of Cheung fun for an amazing price! You won't be disappointed if you check it out! We stumbled on this place while checking out Chinatown in Oahu. This is not a restaurant, this is a Cheung fun factory, they make the fresh rice rolls wholesale for other restaurants! We made soup noodles out of their plain noodles (look fun) it was incredibly fresh and delicious. The noodles held their shape, they are made in the very old fashioned Cantonese way! We really appreciate the attention to authenticity, much better than all of the Chinatowns in other parts of the world that we have visited! We loved our first visit so much, we returned to buy 2 char siu and 1 ha mi Cheung fun! They are massive and for the price, it's an insane deal! They're tasty, they're fresh , they have the perfect bouncy texture! They did have small packets of soy sauce to eat with it as well! It's just like the old fashioned, dim sum restaurant in Asia. I don't think you can find this anywhere else! This is a hidden gem, and we hope they will continue to be here for a long time!

Walking and exploring around Chinatown Sunday morning, and I decided to get in and see what they were selling here...Wow they are very busy it should be good I thought, I must try something! They were noodles!! They were SO fresh and really really good, cheap and most of them were sold out early morning. I tried the Look Fun one, the only one available, no sauce to dip in like soy sauce or something, but I love it! I had to stop eating them...I was on my way to eat Chinese Dim Sum at Golden Palace.
