Pick Up Stix Fresh Asian Flavors
The staff is polite and friendly, the food was cooked swiftly and to perfection. The food great for its price and its a must try for anyone looking for a great dinner. Their custom chocolate dipped fortune cookies are a quite appealing desert to enjoy after your meal.
Not too busy, service was good, clean & friendly staffs. Ordered fire cracker chicken and beef broccoli. Menu price was reasonable. Good eating place for stopover.
One Bite Dumpling一口香饺子坊
Passing through SGV and stopped at this unassuming, quick-service dim sum restaurant. The menu, ordering, and pay is done through the website which makes service more efficient. overall food was delicious. The dumplings and bao had a nice consistent flavor. The walnut shrimp was not the standard butterfly shrimp but still had a decent flavor to it. Would stop by again if in the area. Not for large parties.
What a delicious lunch we had! Craving for dumplings, we tried a spot we haven't tried before with One Bite Dumpling, and it definitely hits the spot. One Bite Dumpling certainly won't feel out of place if it was in the middle. Of San Gabriel Valley, with its authentic dumplings like Pork Xiao Long Bao. We ordered those as well as BBQ Pork Buns, Pan Friend Pork Buns, Sautéed String Beans with Garlic, and Singapore style Vermicelli. Starting with the Xiao Long Bao, this quintessential soup dumpling comes with piping hot soup and savory pork that is delicious and pairs well with chili oil. You get 8 bite-size deliciousness. The Pan-fried Pork is definitely my favorite out of what we ordered. There is that great blend of crispness, slight char, and delicious savory filling. And I can't get enough of the chili oil for this, too! The sautéed string beans compliment the dumplings very well and if you're not getting rice or noodles, it's perfect. The Singapore style vermicelli is probably the one that least excite us, as it is fairly one note. It is still good, but not compared to the rest of the order. The staff are friendly and jeeps a goodneyebin taking care of us. Ordering is quick and easy through their online order, too. Love the decor of the paintings on the wall depicting the various Hong Kong and Chinese cuisine.
Mandarin Wong Chinese Restaurant
So, I went in with my family to have an evening dinner. I've been here before, and the food is always great. My experience this time was less than welcoming. One server, and she was the just all over the place. Taking our orders took a while. We had our 11 month old with us and as HOT plates came in she thought it be great to set them now near or around the baby I had to personally grab some from her and place them more to the center of our table. Trying to even get her attention was a chore, and I even got up myself to grab some napkins and utensils. The food was great, but I can't lie there, but service needs help. Almost felt I should've stepped in and started serving other patrons that started coming in. Other than that, next time, we will order Togo. FYI order a head of time they do take a min.
Today, Sunday August 11th we decided to try this restaurant out (it has been a couple years since we came) And seriously the service is a joke! But let's start off with the food, the food was decent. Can't complain, but the waitress there was horrible. I don't know if she was new or what but in our party of four we had a baby (10 months old), she spilled water and we did not get extra napkins and the waitress did not offer assistance, (mind you the restaurant was not busy) , secondly, she would stand there with the plates and either hand them to my partner or place them (HOT) right in front of the baby, we had to constantly try many times to get her attention and she would walk off , do something else, and finally come to us. We had to get up and find napkins because this female was of no assistance, definitley needs better service but other than that the food is good. I would leave it to your discretion to eat here.
Grand Panda
If you like Panda Express, this is the restaurant that started it all. Food is much better here, and there is a much larger selection than Express. Friendly staff, and great portions. You will not leave hungry. From the wontons and paper chicken, to the orange chicken and Mongolian beef. We usually go with at least 5 of us, and 3 plates feeds us all. With a couple of apps, of course. If you've never been, give them a try.
Extremely disappointing. This place has a 4 Star rating and I must say we were pretty much displeased by this food. Most people must not know what “good Chinese food” tastes like. Granted first time trying any Chinese food in Santa Clarita area, but wow this is bad. We ordered 3 items… The House Egg Foo Young was the worst I've ever had (Gravy and combo meats) with the Egg Foo Young was tasty. Mongolian Beef wasn’t good and the Tempura Shrimp wasn’t light and airy. It was heavily breaded.. I will say the service was great, quick and kind. I wish the food was as good. However, we will not return to this place. 😔🙏🏽
Temple Valley Chinese Restaurant
My go to for smoothies, they use real fruits. I love their Taro smoothie must try! and the Strawberry/Mango smoothie is ono. I haven't tried much of their food because they run out but I like their stuffed Eggplant and oyster chicken is good. Rice cake and coconut/red bean sesame ball is a good treat too.
Small authentic family-owned Chinese food. Friendly service with a great price. I will come back.
Panda Express
They didn’t give me what I asked for and still made me pay the same amount. I had to go straight home so I couldn’t check it they got everything right until I was so hungry and I had to make myself more food I am livid do not come to this Panda Express!
Good food and friendly staff make this Pandas one of our favorites!
New Mui Kwai Chop Suey
Great service. Food arrived fast and was ono! Portions are good too. We had: “Dry” Chop Suey with char su (preferred no gravy) Black Bean Clams Honey Walnut Prawns/Shrimp Sautéed Garlic On Choy
Good food that is reasonably priced with large portions! The menu has a ton of things on it and we only tried three things (crab rangoon, asparagus with shrimp, and honey orange chicken). I would definitely get the asparagus with shrimp again, it was so good! The honey orange chicken lacked much of the orange flavor, but it was decent. We will come back for sure, probably with a bigger group to share lots of things.
Kin Wah Chop Suey
I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. This was the first Chinese restaurant I’ve visited where the food quality was notably poor. The chicken and broccoli with brown sauce tasted old and unappealing, and the Kung Pao chicken was not only poorly prepared but also bore little resemblance to a traditional Kung Pao dish. The honey garlic chicken was below average, and the fried rice was equally underwhelming. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience. FYI, the photo below is supposed to be kung pao chicken, never have I seen Kung Pao Chicken look like this..
One of the last few remaining strongholds of 70s/80s Hawaii vibes local restaurants. Prices still good even in 2025, food as solid and consistent as always. This is a type of Chinese food specific to local Hawaii that I don't think you can get anywhere else in the world. The dishes are available elsewhere but would be slightly different in a hard to describe way. This is food that should be known not necessarily for its quality, but for its place in Hawaii's local cuisine culture which is changing, and we soon won't have any places like this left.
Kin Sun
Down home Chinese fast food. I’m no expert on what qualifies as “authentic Chinese” but this certainly did not feel like Americanized Chinese food. We ate Jai, egg fooyun, with white rice. Very tasty. The server was energetic and entertaining while making helpful recommendations.
Pretty good food! I recommend the eggplant, deliciously flavored. They had a variety of dishes that you can pick from. Char siu pork, duck, turkey tail, chow fun, etc.. no bathroom, plenty of parking, CASH ONLY, they are also open during Thanksgiving. Support local! Edit: they now accept all types of payment.
Kaneohe Dim Sum Station
Pretty solid place that I’ve been to a few times. I’ve enjoyed much of their dim sum and salt and pepper pork. All very good.
Went here with a group of friends. The staff were friendly. That was the only good experience we had. We all ordered different meals and none of it was good. It was our first time here and will not be back. I am not sure how it got so many great reviews. Don't waste your time or money.
Panda Express
Pre-lunch ordering left some to be desired. Multiple items were not ready or out to include the teriyaki chicken. Low main noodles were dry and sticky a bit on the lacking side for taste. Size of servings were plentiful almost too much so, but good overall.
I love panda and it's dishes, but this time the noodles where dry, tasteless, and slippery from so much oil. The chicken was mushy I'm guessing from the time it was just sitting there and the honey walnut shrimp too. I feel like they shouldn't make so much food to where it's just left out to get soggy and not good but that's just me. It's ok to get the craving out of the way. Oh but amazing customer service and super clean store!
New Mui Kwai Chop Suey
My party was the only one there... they still brought me the wrong dish. Then they bright out our dish late... cold... and we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for a dish of vegetables and tofu...tofu tasted spoiled. If I coughs give negative stars I would.
Came by for some roast pork at dinner time. Staff was efficient even on a busy night and people were being helped quickly. Roast pork had good flavor but wasn't quite as crispy as I like, I think they get a pass for being so helpful on such a busy day. Looking forward to coming back to try more of the menu.
