Delicious! Love the concept, all the ingredients were fresh and there was a ton of variety, and the final cooked soup was great! And it's reasonably priced (if you don't go too crazy). I got the green peppercorn broth with lamb, lotus, cabbage, and lots of mushrooms. Will definitely come back here to try all the other varieties.

a genuine gem in the sunset! Opens late (til 10pm), perfect for chilly nights that yearn for a hot bowl of soup. Price is by weight! It’s $14.99/lb, but you can definitely do less than a lb and have plenty. So, if you’re only craving a small bite - this spot is great. Notable favs: - Wide vermicelli glass noodle - Decent sauce bar (garlic, sesame paste, black vinegar, green onion) - free iced oolong tea - the beef rolls, cow throat, pork tendon I love hotpot, and to have a huge bowl of tomato broth with all of my favorite things for $12? A plate of duck wings for $3? in SF that’s unheard of, but QingShu’s got you.

For friends who can’t eat spicy food, the Rizhao Tomato Fish is really just right for my taste. The staff at the restaurant were also super friendly. The salted crispy chicken was very tender!”

i really like the soup base of peppercorn fish, quite light and no msg! the portion is also very generous for one person. i did not like the white rice, tasted very dry, but it was also completely okay to have the fish without the rice. overall a good experience!

I ordered three things, chicken Pad Thai, the noodles were tasty but the chicken tasted like cardboard, it was so hard you could tell the chicken was old. Also you could tell it was reheated. The pop stickers were good. The Thai tea was expired, it tasted so gross and I told the waitress and she didn’t believe me. If I come back I’ll order only dumplings.

These dumplings are so good. And the Taro buns are to die for. We tried several types and the nuanced flavors and rich Thai iced tea were astounding. I highly recommend giving them a try! The service was moderate but we got all our food in a timely fashion.

The food here was great. We had a five different items and debated what was the best: hot & sour soup, chubby noodles, crispy, sesame chicken, fried chicken wings. All were great. Chicken was nice and tender. The service here is a bit different. No table service but you order at the counter and they bring the food to you. Simple staff but everything worked great and they are very pleasant. I loved the soup bowls and the bamboo tableware. The space was half empty with plenty of seating and fairly quiet.

Really tasty food! Tried the pan fried pork buns, eggplant with beef, and chubby chow mein with tofu. Wish the prices were a little cheaper and they offered lunch specials.

I’ve lived in SF for 10 years and this is now my favorite Chinese restaurant in the entire city. Very authentic. Will be coming back many more times. The basil beef and orange chicken were so well cooked and the quality of ingredients is very apparent. So Delicious!! The service and owners are so sweet too.

We enjoy eating at family business while on vacation. What a hidden gem. It’s worth the drive and you won’t be disappointed. Family members run this with passion. Food was excellent and rich in flavor. Highly recommend.

You know what makes a great city like San Francisco work? It's the thousands upon thousands of ordinary folks who work diligently everyday to make a living and provide food and services for everyone else. And those are found in the neighborhoods, the small pockets of business zones among residential homes scattered all over the city. This small hole-in-the-wall joint is a testament to the organic nature of small businesses that makes a great city. Sweet Delight is a consistent food place that serves up hot meals, from pre-made Chinese food, dim sums and pastries day in and day out with much reliability and with sincerity. The staff is cordial enough and do their best to be hospitable, the prices are reasonable that you get your money's worth and the food turns over often enough that it is consistently fresh. Support your neighborhood places to keep the community healthy and vibrant.

Great variety of dim sum here. Food here is delicious and prices are reasonable. Only downfall about this place is that it’s small so very little room to eat and slow service can have lines packed out the door.

We were actually going somewhere else that ended up closing for the day after we drove to that side of town, and looked in Google for an alternative and came across this gem. The dumplings were spectacular, the pea shoots, also great and we got hot and sour soup which was yummy and very peppery, which was a bit different, but great none the less. The waiter (possibly owner) was delightful, the portions large and the food, everything, 5 stars. Hole in the wall atmosphere, which to me added, not subtracted, from the charm, and very clean.

Super fast service and so friendly. You order from the QR code at your table and I liked the convenience of that for checkout time too. All the food was consistently delicious, nothing was lacking in flavor or dimension! All of the meats in each dish were seasoned well and had wonderful texture. The shop is small and quiet with a mom and pop shop vibe. I personally think it added to the experience by highlighting the food and not distracting with anything flashy. Highly recommend if you're in the mood for something comforting, delicious, and really cheap for the excellent quality of the experience.

Family style and so many options! We definitely ordered too much food, but we're happy to take some home with us.

Thursday night dinner with the fam. It was my first time here and was surprised by the third floor dining area. The second floor was packed, so we ended up on the third. Didn't expect that much space from what I saw on the outside. Flavors were good and quantity for the price was excellent. Update: We've gone back for dinner a few more times. The in-laws keep complaining about the quality, but keep coming back anyway. I'm perfectly happy with the food.

The food is good. But not the best, and they don't have much of the noodle options. The price is a little too high for the food quality. Our table server is not friendly at all.

We don't go to the Glen Park area very much but we decided to try this place after walking at the Glen Canyon Trail. We were pleasantly surprised with this neighborhood Chinese restaurant. It wasn't very busy for lunch. The server was very attentive and friendly. We ordered fried tofu, Mongolian beef, and salt & pepper meatless chicken We really liked the meatless chicken! I'm only giving it 4.5 stars because it's a bit hard to find parking in the area but the restaurant itself is worth it!

I read about United Dumplings and they did not disappoint. The dumplings were huge and meaty, the Chinese broccoli cooked to perfection as was the fried mushrooms. I will definitely be back!

Had threse three dishes: happy family cucumber, pork soup dumplings, and mapo tofu. All very good. We went for lunch so the place was not busy.

Terrible food, oily mess and terrible quality with horrible taste! I regret ordering from here! Worst chinese place I have ever tried. Fried rice so freaking oily that oil was dripping while I had my first bite. The salt and pepper fish was a joke it was just deep fried oily messy dough with no fish inside. So oily I had to trow out the whole thing. I saw bad reviews and I was like how bad it could be. Trust me it's so bad! Chow mein had weird smell and meat smelled bad as well def not fresh. Terrible food I will never ever order from this place. They made me hate chinese food! Don't be fooled by get one free scam. You are paying for junk not food.

First time eating here and the food was good and delicious🤤

Henry's Hunan Restaurant 0

Henry’s Hunan is a SF institution that used to have locations across the city. COME GET DIANA’s SPECIAL!!! An invention of the founder and named after his wife. It is my favorite dish in the world and Henry’s is the only place you can get it. Everything is fabulous, from their homemade dumplings, to string beans w meat sauce, to chicken salad, to other entrees like Henry’s shredded pork. You can choose your spice levels, from mild to kick your butt spicy. I cannot recommend this piece of SF history enough.

So delicious! We ordered the sweet and sour chicken and the Mongolian beef and it was amazing. The food is high quality and the menu is extensive with many appealing options. Already can’t wait to come back!
