Every item was available and fresh!! Staff was attentive and patient! I have kids that know what they want till we get to the counter!! Great place for me and my family to have family time!!

Always after 10 at night they make bad food. I do not recommend going to eat after 10 PM. The cooks make very bad food. I do not recommend it. If they cannot do something well, they should do it before that time. This has happened to me more than 5 times. I am fed up with always bad food, poor quality

Ordered the grilled salmon entrée and was shocked by how small the portion was compared to the menu photo. The taste was good, but it felt more like a side than a meal. Called the restaurant, and they agreed to refund me, which I appreciate. Just a heads-up if you’re expecting a full-sized portion!

Go somewhere else unless you value stomach aches and diarrhea. I would not even accept a gift card to come back if they offered. We ate 3 bites and then bagged up the the rest. Even a homeless dude in the parking lot turned it down, as did my dog when i got home. Putting it out back in the mulch pile. Let's see if the ants have a desire for it.

This is my favorite Panda Express even though I have to drive thru traffic to get there. But it's worth it. Great speedy service and they are fair with the amount of food they serve. Great customer service.

I had a terrible experience at Panda Express recently, and I feel it needs to be addressed. I ordered a bowl with Super Greens and Angus Steak, which was supposed to cost $8.80. I added an extra portion and was informed it would be an additional $1.50 for the premium item, which was fine. However, when I got to checkout, my total came out to $15—nearly double what I was expecting! To make matters worse, the employee at the counter (a heavier-set man) clearly didn’t know what he was doing. He was disorganized, confused, and unable to explain why the price was so high. Instead of resolving the issue, I was left feeling frustrated and cheated. This level of incompetence and lack of clarity is unacceptable. Panda Express needs to train their staff better and ensure pricing transparency. After this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering ever returning to this location.

The food here was really bland. It seems like all the flavor in the different items is the same... grease. The lady serving said there is no orange sauce for the orange chicken & no bbq pork sauce so the whole meal was on the dry side. Walk 2 doors down at get yourself some BBQ instead.

I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken. They should have called it overcooked chicken with zucchini. There were almost no other vegetables and no peanuts. No rice is included and the sauce was more like soup. Maybe this place has fallen on hard times. Don’t they realize people will leave reviews? I also ordered hot and sour soup. The taste and consistency was not like hot and sour soup. It was watery and not spicy at all. Just awful. I had to throw it out. Giving this place even 2 stars was me being kind.

I love this Panda Express so much it is the best one! Every time I go to a different one it isn’t as good. The food here is delicious and always fresh! The staff is always so attentive when I have an online order and there is quick service. Writing this while I’m eating because it’s so good and always meets my expectations!

(NOT a sponsored post!!!) This Panda Express location in Simi Valley has completely ruined all other Panda locations for me—in the best way possible! Their orange chicken is consistently perfect crispy, flavorful, and just the right balance of sweet and tangy. I don’t know what kind of magic their kitchen team is working with, but they nail it every single time. I travel for work and all the pandas in other cities and even other states, end up leaving me disappointed because no other location gets it quite like this one. Everywhere else, it’s either soggy or bland, but not here!!! This place has officially spoiled me! If you’re an orange chicken lover, this is the gold standard. Let me know if you want to add anything about the staff or service too!

Best Chinese food I've ever had. Not a lot of oil like panda express and the seasoning is delicious. I strongly recommend. My only complaint is there's a fee for using card.

This place is legitimately awesome! Food is great and staff is friendly. Establishment is very clean and restroom is for customers only. Portions are huge and two combos will feed a family of four. The egg drop soup and egg rolls are also delicious.

I do not recommend the food here. It was not good at all. The chicken was hard to chew. The noodles had a rancid taste. Also, very expensive $14.50 for a plate

Great service and the people working there are so nice, they make my meals just the way I ask for and the owner is a wonderful person she go beyond to make sure the food is exactly the way you order it and the prices are fantastic with one plate me and my husband get full they serve lots of food for so little price I recommend everyone to try them you won’t regret it absolutely love coming to eat here

I went to this Panda and I was wearing my Dodgers jersey. As soon as I walk into the door the whole staff was saying "Go Dodgers!". They were really awesome and very fast with my food. If you're a dodger fan go support these employees! It doesn't hurt that when the Dodgers win we get a good discount on a plate! The manager is also very nice so I left a nice tip

I gave the Rose location a second chance . I was hoping for a different outcome. On this visit, we arrived at 9:30 and had 5 entrees to select from. The pickings were slim at that. Still had a 7min or so cook time. Not to mention that 6 people came right after us. Not friendly at all.

I'm writing this review because I think the current 3.6 star rating is too low. Ordered the combination chow mein special. Their chow mein has that classic wok cooked stir-fry taste I love. Not sure what the bad reviews are about. The price is reasonable, and the service was good and fast.

This was honestly some of the worst food I’ve ever had. I ordered the orange chicken and almond chicken, and both were absolutely disgusting. The almond chicken tasted like straight piss—like someone had actually peed in the food. It was beyond gross. As for the orange chicken, I’m not even sure it was chicken. There was no meat, just a weird sauce. If I could give zero stars, I would. Save your money and go somewhere else!

To my surprise, she slowly picked it up and continued troubleshooting her register, seemingly distracted, before she bagged the egg roll that had fallen. Since I had already been waiting for a while and didn’t want to cause a scene, I didn’t say anything at the time. However, I ended up throwing the egg roll in the trash. I expect better hygiene practices, and this experience left me disappointed. Hopefully, this was just a one-off incident, but it’s something that needs to be addressed.
