Wong's Kitchen
Really nobody was in there. Ladies were nice. Menu has no substitutions for certain items. Eggroll was burned. Pork fried rice had no fried eggs in it also few small very small pork. Also the pork chow mein was greasy where was the pork. No spicy oil. Also not real hot sauce. Then got up too use the bathroom and then I huge cockroach was crawling next too the floor. Just wondering where the other are at maybe the kitchen. I was charged full price for everything. Awful, awful for $38. Dollars.
I have been going to wongs since I was a little girl. The food is great an d they give good portion at decent prices. I love the salt and pepper shrimp it's my go to dish!
Panda Express
I stopped by this Panda Express this morning to take advantage of my Tmobile Tuesday coupon for their orange chicken bowl. I used the Panda Express app to put in my order and asked for more chicken than rice in the message. I also pick a later pickup time for my order. I found parking easily in the front but the plaza this place is in can get very busy. When I walked inside, they only had 1 customer there. I was able to take a quick look at what they had out before a worker asked me if I was picking up. I give her the last 4 of my cell number and she give me my order. There wasn't much interaction with her but she was polite with me. The store looked cleaned and organized but they been just open for an hour. I didn't get much orange chicken but got a lot of rice like yesterday so I think it depend on the worker preparing your food.
Been here a few times now and have got the pleasure to have Andrea assist in my order. She has great customer service and made the experience worth coming back for
Flaming Wonk Chinese Food
The plate It's more than enough for two, and the service is super fast. The prices are fair.
I drive by this place often and from the street, it doesn’t look like much, I decided to try this place out, place was nicer and cleaner than I expected, but it was takeout only, no dining table, the food was good and the portion was huge! The container barely closes, and the prices was cheaper than other Chinese places, this place was always packed with customers, the service was friendly and professional.
Chow Express
Been seeing this place each time I pass by recently and tried it out today. Friendly lady who served and food was good. My mom thought it was a bit salty but I didn't , so depends on your taste buds. But overall decent and will come by again and try other things next time. Posted pics and we already digged in.
I do really recommend the food it’s fresh and delicious and the lady is very friendly
Golden Panpan Express
Great food, good service. Usually very fast service, with a lot of food options that are provided. Moderate price. Their food is fresh and is made at the moment. The place is always clean.
The most tastefully food in USA. Very affordable for tourists. This is not one of many junk food, this is actually healthy asian food.chicken in orange sauce, chow mein-perfect choice!
Pacoima Chinese Fast Food
Very delicious food... the fried shrimp is on fire with their spicy sauce... I will always eat here whenever i come to paicoma... good food for small money with very welcoming staff
This Chinese fast food restaurant is amazing and definite recommended to anybody in the area so good
Sam Woo Village BBQ
I recently dined at this authentic Cantonese restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. Their roasted duck and BBQ pork were absolute standouts - perfectly prepared with traditional flavors! Every dish we ordered was exceptional. The pan-fried noodles with seafood had that perfect crispy-yet-soft texture and generous seafood portions. The bok choy was fresh and cooked to perfection - still vibrant and crisp. The honey walnut shrimp deserves special mention - plump shrimp in a delicate sweet sauce with perfectly candied walnuts. The service matched the quality of the food. All the waiters were attentive and friendly, and we were amazed by how quickly our dishes arrived at the table despite the restaurant being busy. If you're looking for genuine Cantonese cuisine executed at a high level, this place is a must-visit. From the barbecued meats to the seafood specialties, every bite was a delight. I'm already planning my next visit!
The fried rice here was awesome. The smokiness and wok flavor from every meal here was worth all the money spent here. I did not quite like the chow mein because of the texture but it was still tasty. The barbeque pork and duck was very delicious and quite cheap compared to the cost spent if I were to make one myself. Service was okay but the waiters were quite busy to attend to us a lot of times. Place was nice and clean but quite cramped and smells overwhelmingly of the barbeque.
Dan’s Kitchen
Ordered the Beef Broccoli lunch special and it was soo good! 11.42 for a solid portion, white rice, and even a fortune cookie! Will be back to try other lunch special items.
Don’t know who Dan is but he has never been anywhere near good Chinese food. This food was inedible. As you can see what was described a lightly breaded was heavy with batter and flour. Everything was dull beige and tasteless. The salt and pepper shrimp was supposed to be crispy and spicy. It was mushy with no flavor at all. The tangerine chicken was tough with so much much batter that I threw it in the garbage. The three flavors delight was horrible. As you can see, there is no telling what is beef, shrimp or chicken because it it all looks like a brown mess. Worst was with delivery and all the fees this mess cost me $92! Save your money. Chung King in a can is better.
California Wok - Encino
Terrible food at a high price. Would not recommend at all. I wanted to like this place, as it is down the street from my house, but the food and service are reprehensible. With so many other options in the area, you would be much, much better off going elsewhere. Additionally, the place is falling apart, which shows to me that the owners are cutting corners. I won't be visiting them again.
This is a place where it's not very crowded and the service is quite fast. I love the Garlic Eggplant. Mongolian Beef, Sweet & Sour Chicken and Pork. They are friendly.
Chick & Rice Café
If you haven't tried the Hainanese chicken rice dish, try it. It is only available on Tuesday. The hosts are nice and the service is great.
I have no idea how to order from here. It says open on tuesday but not once has anyone picked up my call
Ping Pong Chinese Cuisine
My husband and I stopped by lunch. He ordered hot garlic chicken and comes with rice, either white or brown rice. and I had the mixed seafood soup. And, mixed dumplings. The food was really good! The place is nice, clean, and neat. The only thing I didn't agree with was the server. For some reason, she was so unfriendly. Not smile, not personable, and inpatient.
Had a delicious Christmas lunch with the family! Peking duck, Kung pao, ginger fish, sweet & sour pork, combination rice, all to die for! Will become a regular!
Lucky China
My wife and I use to go here all the time and it was excellent. For this reason, I recommended we go there and dine. I went the other evening with my son and his girlfriend and it was terrible. We were the only ones in the establishment, that should have told us something. The food was served in takeout trays which means it didn't stay hot. Part of the meal was cold when we received it and the taste just wasn't there. We will not be going back. It was such a shame this because we always thought and recommended this pace to our friends.
Used to be regulars here and the food is good but this is an example of a business that does not really want your business. Closed on Wed and Saturday, Sunday is take out only, and random days are take out as well, due to their inconsistent hours I can't justify the drive to take a chance on them actually deciding to serve food on any given day. There are just too many good restaurants where the owners care about business to patronize Lucky China anymore.
