Delicious food super friendly, enthusiastic staff. I loved the cream cheese wontons and the sweet and sour chicken! Can’t wait to come back thank you Leslie & Jesus & everyone at Wacky Wok!

The pork vermicelli tasted salty and pork pieces not fresh. The whole food tasted salty. It was not really Chinese food. The portion was small and it cost so much compared to my Thai delivery yesterday it was not worth the price.

Absolutely horrible experience. Forced us to drive 40 minutes round trip to the restaurant after the driver delivered the wrong order. Without telling us, gave us food that had been sitting there for an hour and a half, when we called back to complain he told us to microwave it. Refused to refund our money unless we drove another 40 minutes to return it. No concept of customer service. Never again. The food was incredibly expensive and not even that good. Would give zero stars if I could. Update: About 30 minutes after I posted this review, the restaurant manager called back and agreed to refund our money. He continued to blame the problem on the driver, on us, on anyone but himself, but he did refund the money. To note, anyone posting here about the ambiance inside the restaurant isn't posting about the right business. This place is basically a storage unit with a locked gate. The man opens the gate and gives the food, you can't go inside, meaning HE gave the driver the wrong food. Despite the refund, unfortunately, I can't change the rating. The food was very close to inedible. I ate a small portion of mine and ended up throwing the rest away. It tasted pretty bad and looked worse. My husband ate his, but only because he was starving after waiting 3 hours to get this issue sorted out. He paid $30 for a pork chop that looked like a pile of dog vomit.

I have been a long time customer and my work used to go here all the time on our lunch break. They have messed up our orders a countless number of times so we stopped going there. Today I decided to give it another try, but wow, what a mistake. They got our orders wrong and when we explained to them that no one ordered there dry chicken and no one ordered rice they lady screamed at me for asking her to correct my order. My “spicy beef” tasted like fish, and I barely got any of it when it is supposed to be half. I DO NOT recommend going here. I will never come again.

I had high expectations but unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. While the concept is great—hand-pulled noodles made fresh—the execution left a lot to be desired. We ordered four of the beef Szechuan noodles. The sauce was one-dimensional, with an overwhelming amount of oil but little depth of flavor. Instead of a rich, complex spice, all we got was heat with no balance. The dumplings were a major disappointment. Instead of a balanced, flavorful bite, they were completely overpowered by an overwhelming amount of red wine vinegar. The acidity drowned out any potential depth in the filling, making it nearly impossible to taste anything else. Rather than enhancing the dish, the vinegar turned what should have been a delicate, savory experience into a one-note, overly sour mess.

Okay, so I really wanted to love this place because I'm a huge fan of hand-pulled noodles. However, as a Chinese person who's had a lot of hand-pulled noodles in her life, maybe my expectations are too high for a place like Culver City. Don't get me wrong. I think overall for people who have never had Chinese hand-pulled noodles before, this is a GREAT introduction to it. I highly recommend still trying these out. However, I got the Dry Spicy Cumin Beef and I do have some critiques for the dish. First of all, I felt like there could have been more flavor to the dish. Second of all, the texture of the noodles felt a little too soft and they kind of stuck together. Dare I say... it's not as bouncy as the other hand-pulled noodles I tried? Finally, for the price of $18, I expected a bigger portion size I was expecting more noodles in that bowl. I think comparatively speaking if anyone has ever had Very Fresh Noodles at Chelsea Market in New York, I think Very Fresh Noodles by far has better texture and portion size. Don't let this review deter you though! I do think TikTok tends to overhype certain restaurants. I just want to set the right expectations. I would still highly recommend trying out this place for yourself if you are curious about hand-pulled noodles.

Ridiculous long wait at the cash register. The line for ordering food was fast but the girl at the cash register was painfully slow. The counter got backed up with food orders while the cash register girl was taking forever. When it was finally my turn to pay, my daughter’s order had been given to the customer before us. They gave my daughter another order but the portion size was significantly smaller. Do better!

I’ve been a regular customer at this location with generally decent experiences, but today’s visit was incredibly disappointing due to the poor attitude of an employee named Jose. When I arrived to pick up my order, I waited until it was clear to approach the counter. A young employee initially seemed like he was going to help but didn’t, and then Jose, an older, heavier-set employee, asked for my name. I gave it to him, but he couldn’t find my order. I pointed out that he had just looked at it twice, and he claimed the name was different. I showed him my order confirmation in two forms, both of which clearly matched my order. Despite confirming this multiple times, he smiled and still asked, “But what’s the name?” At that point, it was clear to me that Jose was not interested in resolving the situation in a respectful or efficient manner. Even though he knew the order was mine, he continued to treat me dismissively. He asked, and i showed him again my text conformation with my name and also my online receipt. I told him that my order could be under my first or middle name, but instead of helping me, he insisted on making the situation more difficult than it needed to be. His rude demeanor and unprofessional behavior made me feel like I was being mistreated for no reason. In the end, he ended up handing me my order without even confirming my name and that was the reason for the hold up, even after I had provided all the necessary information. As a first responder, I’m used to dealing with high-pressure situations, but this kind of treatment during a simple lunch pick-up was completely unnecessary. I expect professionalism and respect when I’m paying for a service, and today, I received neither. Jose’s attitude was disappointing, and it left me questioning the level of customer service that Panda Express is allowing. I hope management addresses this behavior, as I don’t think it’s too much to ask for basic courtesy when picking up an order.

Food was nice and spicy Spicy good 😏 No issues with service past 2x times that I have visited

So I have a sensitive stomach to spice. I asked for mild but the woman in front of me asked for spicy. The guy cooking didn't come close to keeping our orders apart and I ended up with one helluva hot meal. To make matters worse. I asked if I could get a little teri sauce added at the end, since they no longer have squeeze bottles out on the counter. The cook said to ask the cashier and the cashier said "NO". REALLY! Was it too much to ask for? Unreal!!!!!

I love their slight remodelled interior and it's always been a pleasure coming here! The Panda Express has always been my occasional go to and their employees are very kind, often tired from working so hard! They do a great job tho, I don't know how they manage to pull through some tough shifts around heat lamps all day! I do recommend coming here for a tray of tasty noodles, rice, and a good assortment of entree options like their classic orange chicken or broccoli beef or something like that! Wonderful restaurant!

Came 1 hour before closing and they have nothing! Almost No entries at all. No orange chicken, no beef, no shrimps, no chow mein , etc. When I asked when orange chicken will be ready I was told “Soon!”. Very “Nice” fast food business. The staff was rude. PS. They made orange chicken 10 minutes later after I complained, so you can see it on picture, cause I came back later to take pictures.

UPDATE: found hair in my food. UPDATE2: wasn’t even a message in my fortune cookie Got overcharged on my order; I didn’t grab anything from the premium menu and got charged 5$ more than what the menu says, even with tax. This is also the only panda express I know that uses paper straws, so drink is ruined too. Almost nothing in stock and I wasn’t even given a bag for take out at first unlike other locations. Service was also pretty slow

Quick bite when hungry? Panda express is the answer. Tons of selections served fast. The staffs are generally nice and helpful.

Food was decent, pad thai is better than the Singapore street noodles (pictured) - 1 star for serving my food on a chipped plate (usually wouldn’t mind, but if I’m spending $20+ per plate, it better not be damaged). - 1 more star for having to wait 5+ min for my wife to get her food after mine arrived. Servers were nice and atmosphere is good. I’m indifferent on the 20% service charge, but they at least have a sign at the front so you know before you decide to eat there.

The only proper decent restaurant in the entire terminal. Service impeccable. Food huge portions. Ingredients are fresh. Love the fried prawn balls, crispy and succulent and big. Closes at ten but allowed to sit around to finish the wine.

Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the server was polite and the amount of food was good but the taste of the actual food and how it looked is a no go for me, tried it once and only time now. the orange chicken was terrible honestly, I couldn't finish it, the bbq pork was dryer than the desert, bit into un-chewable pieces, even the steamed rice was dry.

The was good I love that rice in orange chicken

Oh boy, did this taste amazing! A whole bunch of tasty ingredients mixed in a bowl of pure joy at a super fair price. Thank you, Chef Hung, for this top-tier culinary experience at LAX 😍

The best place to eat if you are at LAX international Airport it’s so pocket friendly the bowl is mere 12$.50 and the quantity is so filling and it tastes so great and healthy at the same time they have variety of protein options in the bowls and the African American lady at the counter was very polite and professional I wish I had her name to mention here now comes the trickiest part reaching here from domestic airport is a big task you can only reach by taking a shuttle or a walk of 15 minutes since we missed our flight so we were stuck at the domestic airport and you can barely get anything to eat at the domestic LAX airport which was very frustrating but after googling it we found the way to reach there by the free shuttle service all in all a great place to eat super scrumptious bowls with sides of sauces a must try

This was my first time here and I wasn't disappointed. I got the trio combo with steak, chicken and shrimp. It came with vegetables and I also opted for half fried rice and half garlic noodles. The rice and noodles were AMAZING. The portion was HUGE and the pieces of meat were big and cooked perfectly to order. I hardly put a dent in my plate and I still have enough for at least two servings, maybe even three. No complaints. Good food and I'll definitely find my way back to try the lobster at some point.

I got chicken plate and it comes with some veggies, some chicken, lots of rice, and two choices of sauce. The chicken was too dry for me. The vegetables and rice were soggy. Overall taste was average, the dine-in place had no AC, table and chair were a bit greasy...
