This is one of the best Panda Express restaurants I’ve been to. The food was fresh and delicious. Service was great. We sat outside where there’s a couple of tables and enjoyed the fresh air.

Been to this location several times never had an issue when the lady in the front asked me if I would like to donate the rest of my change I decided not to this time. After that, she had an attitude. Not to mention, the food was almost lukewarm to cold. I get better food and service in the Phoenix locations. And that’s saying a lot.

I'm a huge fan of Panda Express! Their Orange Chicken is absolute perfection - crispy, savory, and bursting with flavor. The service is always quick and friendly, making it a great option for a fast and delicious meal. I also appreciate the variety of options, from classic Beijing Beef to veggie-packed dishes like the Steamed Vegetables. The food is consistently hot and fresh, and the prices are super reasonable. Whether I'm grabbing lunch on-the-go or dinner with family, Panda Express never disappoints!

I remember maybe about a year or two ago the food here was not as good it lack flavor so I stopped coming for a while. Recently I started coming again a few months ago i noticed the food had improved a lot, it now has more flavor and it’s actually more tasty . I was surprised and happy as this is a very close location to me and convenient to eat after I shop ! Will definitely continue to eat here as also I always feel welcome with how nice and friendly the employees are.

So normally my dining experience here is the usual good food however last nights dinner was anything but. I got the hot honey chicken I ordered through the app it said it was tossed with some habaneros and didn't have very spicy next to it so i decided to try it and added extra protein. My husband who loves spice got the drunken noodles and added spicy to his. I get my food and the spice level was insane like I like spicy foods but I wasn't expecting to bite into chunks of habaneros I could barely eat it before my tongue was in extreme pain it's still in the fridge. My husbands food was hotter than usual too and he eats male spice than i ever would and he could barely finish his i dont know what happend but the food last night who ever was doing the spices were heavy handed idk but I still don't feel well.

If you want great tasting affordable food, I recommend this place. Order is always right, fresh and very tasty.

Worst Panda Express ever. They pretty much tried to rob us a $100 order. We ordered pick up for 5:15 and when we got there they said they gave it to a DoorDash driver. We never ordered through door dash and we showed them our confirmation. They refused to remake our order and refused to give us a refund. Never go there. The employees were extremely rude and not trying to understand. Especially Steven. He was accusing me that I had a friend come pick up the meal and I was trying to get another meal for free. So disrespectful and rude.

I normally love Panda Express and was happy to see one nearby what I happen to be in Scottsdale yesterday. However, the food that I got from this location was disgusting. I literally had to throw it away. The broccoli with beef I literally spit it out of my mouth and I could not stand the Chow mein. I do not know what they did to their food yesterday, but it was truly disgusting. I advise avoiding this location. It's probably just something with the way they're cooking or storing food because that tasted nasty.

It's inside the mall and gets very busy. The staff were super nice and trying g to help us get discounts and build out meals to be cheaper. Due to volume, the food is fresh, but it also runs out quickly of common items. Kids love eating here.

I ordered small honey walnut shrimp that cost almost $8 and the portion was disappointing. I was shocked to see how many shrimps came in this order. Please change your portion size to a more reasonable amount. I will never order this again.

We are eating here tonight. The place was mess. Every table in here was dirty. I cleaned mine as well as another customer. I told one of the girls she looked around and said I know and did nothing. We won't be eating here for a while. We have literally been coming here since they're opened and it's never been this bad. It's not even busy.

Walked in and was so surprised with Lena at the front desk with a bright smile and great personality. The place was very clean as she was quick to pick up and drop off food and also clean tables. Great seating area with an outdoor vibe that is nice when the weather is good. The food was the best out of any Pei Wei I have been to, hats off to the chef 👍🏼

I am an Uber and Lyft driver who drive around Phoenix metro. I always go to Rice garden when I am in Scottsdale. The food is very good and the customer service is excellent. The food price is reasonable too. I will recommend them.

We really wanted to like this, this place is so close to me. Unfortunately the egg drop soup smelled and tasted like dirty dish water, the chicken chow mein and orange chicken tasted like old burned oil. The food did not leave us feeling good. Not good.

The food was acceptable; however, the staff seemed quite unenthusiastic and gave off a vibe of not wanting to be there, which was disappointing. The firecracker shrimp lacked freshness, and while the orange chicken was reminiscent of standard fare similar to Panda Express, the chow mein was just average.

Good location. I don't like the manager. I seen him treat am employees very bad during the pandemic. I called corporate and complained. But who knows if he got fired or not. He should have been. The food is great tho. The employees you can see are very nice and polite and clean.

Hot freshly made food, good friendly customer service. Was a great and quick experience will definitely be trying their apple pie egg rolls next time!

I got plate from here and last time i check its two entrees and looks like i only got one entree the chow mein was covering the empty space thought the meat was underneath but i guess not disappointing 🥱

Established 1976, Autumn Moon may indeed be the original Chinese buffet in the Valley. The recipes, the architecture, and signage all smack of the hopeful simplicity of its day. The rice and chow mein, pale with the age before Yellow 5 became the stock standard... at least 3 of the chicken dishes are based on the fried and battered example seen here, which is fine considering how good it and the accompanying sauces are. Nothing there disappointed. The atmosphere, the other patrons, even the soda water had a certain charm. By the end, I was satisfied with the knowledge that I had consumed recipes likely unchanged in 48 long years. Another feature on the floor of the Valley... worn by dust and time, yet undiminished.

This is literally a hole-in-the-wall kinda place with hands down the very best Chinese Food in the entire PHX Valley!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All they need to do is just spend some money to renovate the entire building and get it all newly refurbished. But the “food quality” itself is extraordinary!!!! They also definitely need to bring an Autumn Moon to Kingman, Arizona ASAP…….we desperately NEED this kind of food up here in northwestern AZ!

I ordered General Tso chicken and get plain fried chicken with a side of Tao sauce in a foam Dixie cup. I order orange chicken and it's the same... The "fried rice" is just white rice with soy sauce. It took over an hour for delivery when it was supposed to take 45 minutes. The food was sub par and cold when we got it. The only good thing from this order was the delivery drive was nice and apologized for taking so long. So glad I spent 60$ on this junk. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Everytime we’ve gone to this store from restaurant we are always greeted and the folks have always been friendly. We dine in usually but they do have take out. I’m actually craving their sesame chicken right now. It’s SOOOO good! The prices are average but the food is very good and always comes out piping hot and fresh. The atmosphere is less desirable but it doesn’t matter if you have your family there for good conversation. Enjoy yourself and savor the food.

Love this location, employees greeted me with a smile and bid me a farewell. I knew that I would be using Apple Pay, so I made sure to remove the pop socket from my phone so that I didn’t put the employee into an uncomfortable position where they would be compelled to remind me about what a nerd I am for using a pop socket in 2025. Recommend 3 portions of chow mein

Been waiting 16 minutes for a small order and got cold food… spent 32$ on the worst meal I’ve had in a long time. This needs to be fixed. Not okay
