Panda Express
So lazy! This is the 3rd time! Drinks destroyed from packaging & order 16 sauces to get 2. Delivery: I've worked in the food service industry for 13 years. Think ahead how the customer is going to receive it. It doesn't take rocket science to realize that the larger drinks need double stacked drink holders (or 3). And if I order 10 hot mustards I get 0. So I order 16 and get 2. That's why I order 16. Dining in: when I dine in the people that work here are lovely at lunch. Food: I remember now why I never order the cheese rangoons. They're always soggy. Orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp and chow mein are good as usual.
Went after work to get dinner and got home after showering to eat and boom a whole hair on my shrimp did not even take a bite , drove back to only be given smirks and rude comments in Spanish by the manager because of there mess up I was very calm about it I have no hair I noticed going back in the females hair was not properly put up this was at 8:50-9:00 pm we all spend are hard earned money and should not have to deal with rude behavior
Panda Express
I ordered through the app, I pull up in the drive-through and they asked for the phone number associated with the account, I explained that I didn’t enter a phone number when I made the account. Then they asked for an order number, and I explained that I never have to verify that, just my name. Them I had to explain what was in my order. Then they proceeded to verify again if that’s my name when I get up to the window. An overcomplicated, convoluted process that I have never dealt with in previous experiences. How many people are ordering from this location within that short of a timeframe that would be named Justin H? And the sauces I requested in the app didn’t get included in the bag. I’ve had better experiences during dinner.
Placed on online order. Waited 20 minutes in the drive though and had to yell my name at the cashier after a 5 minute hold. Doesn’t speak hardly any English. I then get told they don’t have it, I come inside and it took 10 minutes before I was spoken to. Every employee including the manager on duty should be fired. It’s not hard to make things right when you screw up and hand out the wrong order and don’t want to admit it. I saw them handing it out to someone in front of me.
Panda Express
Don't eat at this location bell rd & 9th st , found a piece of gum wrapped sticked to a penny inside my fried rice. I called the store to complaint the lady told me to come in for a refund, I showed up to the store 10 mins later & she then advise me she couldn't give me a refund and that I had to come in the next day when a manager was there. Worst customer service ever!! If I could give 0 stars I would.
Just wanted to do a shout-out to Maggie. Her customer service skills are amazing!! She represents Panda Express well and deserves the recognition!!! She works well under pressure and recognizes her team her team mates on the kitchen!!
NoRa Asian Fresh
Everyone was so friendly and nice. Big menu for small location. Food is amazing.
The restaurant seems very dirty. It took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge I was waiting to order. I finally placed my order and as I waited for my food a massive cockroach came climbing under our table. Lost my appetite but decided to wait for my food anyways. One of the staff members watched me get up from the table to go sit elsewhere because the cockroach was quite literally under my feet. My food just was greasy and overly doused in sauce. I can get the food being eh but the cockroach crawling around is a no for me. The cleanliness of this restaurant is not acceptable.
JM Chinese Cuisine
The service was great. The gentleman serving us was extremely friendly and accommodating. The Singapore Noodles & Chow Mein were excellent. The JM House Chicken was not for us, but others may like it. The fried shrimp that came on our appetizer platter were also very good.
My choice, when it comes t9 asian cuisine, is simple. Egg drop soup with some hot oil chilli, and crunchies, just how I call them. Loving it! And for main food, some fried shrimp and House fried rice. Some hot jasmine tea. I used to order soda but now I enjoy a hot tea with my food. Little hole in the wall.
Panda Express
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I ordered delivery awhile back, and they gave me the wrong rice, burnt chicken, no teriyaki sauce, and the beef and broccoli had 3 tiny pieces of meat and the rest just broccoli. I contacted corporate (you can't contact the location directly). They apologized and sent two free meal coupons. Pleased with it. I let it slide. Then, I decided to use one of the coupons. This time, they didn't even include the teriyaki chicken!!! Obviously, they do not know the meaning of quality control because they can't seem to get things right. Make sure you check your order or don't order from there unless you're willing to take a chance. I refuse to give them another try so they can totally strike out. We'll see what corporate has to say this time. Smh
The two girls working the front are rude! One of them didn’t hear me when I said I wanted mushroom chicken. So her and her coworker looked at each other and made a face and then she picked the orange chicken off my bowl and gave me a small scoop of the mushroom chicken I INITIALLY asked for! Then the other girl kept making faces making me feel uncomfortable! It’s not my fault you didn’t hear me! Don’t appreciate the small scoop of chicken you gave me either! Never coming to this location again! The panda by me is way better and they don’t skimp on the food!
Panda Express
I haven't had issues with this location. Every now and then, you will have to wait for them to replenish the food, which doesn't bother me because it's fresh. I never eat at the there, always choosing to take it with me. The portion sizes are always consistent. I have downloaded their app, but I I normally forget to use it. Overall, it's a great place for a quick fix when you have a craving for Chinese food
This was on same day as first mess up but this time went with my nephew who wanted panda because i had got panda earlier and the only problem with both his and my order was the rice under cooked and on my teriyaki chicken, the chicken was full of fat and skin, and was gummie or chewy meat. So that’s strike two but didn’t call to complain because it was too late in the evening and forgot to call the next day. 🤷♂️
Number 1 buffet
They have everything you can imagine 🥹🥰. My favorite new spot.. very clean and tasty.. you can even create your own noodles soup and they will cook it right away.. the beef steaks was perfect.. the seafood boil 🥺 was crazy delicious.. the service are cool.. they have a small fee of 10% service fee but believe me (it’s so worth it) great spot for a family or friend night out. UPDATE: i went for the second time and the place was even greater! The food options was incredibly insane! And i took more videos for y’all .. the wait time not that bad even
This restaurant is famous for its cheap price and good value since it’s an all-you-can-eat place. My friend has been recommending it to me for a while, but it’s a bit far from where I live. Finally, I got the chance to visit today. When you arrive, you have to pay before being seated, and a 12% service charge is automatically added to the bill, which seems typical for an all-you-can-eat spot. We got there around 11:00, and it was already quite busy. The restaurant itself is spacious with plenty of seating, and I was surprised by the wide selection of food. The main reason we came on a Sunday was that they offer seafood like snow crab legs, oysters, and sashimi. To be honest, the food was just okay—not amazing—but for the price, it’s hard to complain. They also offer a lot of variety. You can purchase soft drinks separately since they don’t include unlimited drinks. One downside was the dessert selection—there were only a few choices, although they did have pre-packed ice cream cups. Overall, I might recommend this place to friends for the value and variety, but I wouldn’t come just for the food quality. It’s more of a convenient option if I can’t think of another all-you-can-eat restaurant.
Red Dragon Buffet
Brought the family out last night to have dinner here. The food and selection was amazing! All family members were happy with the flavors Red Dragon had to offer. It was 7 of us so we all had different combinations from the fried rice, to the seafood, to the egg drop soup, sushi, orange chicken, Mongolian Beef, and to the different variety of desserts to top things off. Our waitress was so nice and attentive to us. It’s also very affordable and well worth it! We all had plenty to eat. We will definitely be back soon.
My family has now been to patronize this restaurant twice. There are a wide variety of food options. The atmosphere is what you would expect. You come in, you are seated, and they refill your drinks and clear plates not much interaction at all. Each time we've gone there is a steady flow of customers, with little to no wait time to be seated. The Sushi we've had both times and it is pretty good. They offer maybe 5 to 6 rolls and it is always freshly made. For those who may wonder they have Coke a Cola drink products. They have this Lemon Chicken and Green Beans we really loved. The Beef and Broccoli, Lo Mein, Fried Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, Shrimp Delight, Garlic Pepper Shrimp, Mushroom Chicken and they even fresh fruit on the Salad Bar. Those are just some of the items that they have. So if you go I don't think you will be disappointed. Oh last but not least Ice cream, their Green Tea and Strawberry Cheesecake are my favorite.
Chinese Food (Hot Wok)
I come here pretty regularly for your standard Chinese takeout—lo mein, fried rice, General Tso’s, all the classics. The food is always solid and hits the spot when I’m craving something quick and comforting. This time I decided to switch it up and try the buffalo wings. Gotta say, they were actually really good—crispy, flavorful, and cooked just right. But be warned: these things are flamethrower hot. I like spice, but these wings don’t mess around. If you’re into serious heat, they’re worth a try. If not, maybe have some milk handy. Overall, still one of my go-to spots.
Ok, I gave this place a couple chances and just can’t rate higher than 3 stars. Part of dining out is the allover experience, and the guy that’s been at the counter both times we visited is nearly comatose. He doesn’t even smile. The woman who works there is very nice and friendly. The dining area seems relatively clean, but there are boxes stacked in the hallway leading to the back that are unsightly. I couldn’t see much in to the kitchen, other than a bottle of cleaning solution near the cooking surface. Regarding the food, I ordered chicken with black bean sauce this time (one of my favorite Chinese dishes). The black beans were crunchy and the chicken kind of tasted like fish… I completely understand Serrano the paper plates and plastic utensils (you get what you pay for), so that wasn’t really an issue. I’ll come back again because my husband likes it, and third time is the charm, right?
Long Wongs
So good turkey club, cute little games for kids. They just need to do a little remodeling for the tables and chairs
This used to be my go-to place for chicken wings, been eating here for years, the wings were always saucy and very meaty, unfortunately they have gone downhill, I don't know if they're under new management but the wings now are so thin, barley any meat on them, theyre almost as thin if not sometimes thinner than my own finger, I always come thinking "maybe this time they'll be better", but I never listen to myself and they always disappoint, this place was amazing, unfortunately, unless they get the old wing supplier, this place will most likely be closing soon from the loss of customers. Not to mention that the prices have gone up, it's fine if the prices go up as long as they provide better food, unfortunately they have provided worse quality ingredients and have started to charge more, I hope someone from management sees this because I'd really hate to see this place go down.
Pok-U
I decided to try the classic Poke bowl and it was very disappointing. When I got there I asked for asked for Diet Coke and the girl at counter said they didn’t have any. A guy interrupted her and said they did have it but then suggested a different drink. I decided to just get a sparking water bc I felt like there gonna give me regular coke lol. The rice was very hot and the tuna had hard and soft texture. I asked i kindly asked if I could get a refund but they said they could only exchange it for something else. The guy looked annoyed that went up to say something about the food tasting weird. They didn’t even apologize even tho I had barely took a few bites. I decided to choose the Phili cheese steak moms way. It was okay, it was was bland and the bread was also soggy. The whole layout of the place was also confusing, it’s basically four different restaurants into one.
Went here with my sister and myself and found ourselves disappointed. The premade bowls are fine, but the build your own bowl is an extra $5. I am gluten free so I was happy to find out they had the option of gf soy sauce. When the bowls came out, each had a huge scoop of imitation crab, which as a celiac I can't eat. Overall, mediocre quality for the price. Lots of rice and imitation crab to keep prices low, I suppose.
