Service was excellent. The atmosphere was pretty annoying because the music playing sounded like blown speakers. It would have been better if they just turned it off. I have never had Jack in the Box but I really liked their burgers.

Y’all need to close this franchise down and open up something with better quality and better service. Hours of service are efficient for early workers in the morning. Coming in today and no one‘s even working. I didn’t even like anybody was on property.

The steak in my food was undercooked and chunky so that's not good. The shrimp is superb. Make sure you request the sweet and sour packets because it's slamming on the fried rice. Good atmosphere and location. Friendly employees and all but please make sure all food is cooked thoroughly

The new firecracker strimp steak is so disgusting. The cook made my food so gross. It was way too salty and too oily. It tasted awful and burnt. The steak was chewy and not tasty. The noodles were way too salty and cut into tiny pieces - instead of kept long which is really creepy and hard to scoop a noodle. They were definitely cut into little pieces for some reason, I’ve never seen noodles cut before. Even the fortune cookie was stale and hard as a rock. I can’t believe this food is disgusting.

This place has a little corner inside Bashas' Grocery Store. I love Chinese BBQ pork, and seeing that they make this, I just had to give it a try. I love their rice noodles and broccoli beef. Another great place for a quick Chinese meal. No matter who is behind the counter, I have always had friendly service.

The young man who works hooks you up and bro so flipping delicious and more than worth the 45 minute drive . The old lady is so skimpy. Not worth the drive. But the rice is to die for as well as the noodles and BBQ chicken!!!! So bomb I love everything on the limited menu just wish it was closer!!!! But delicious food is always worth it. And customer service is also worth it. I always tip the dude 10 or 15 bucks is awesome!!!!! Just wish he worked all the time!!!!! Hahaha I'm fat!!!!!

The staff was so rude. All the ladies including the manager seemed like they needed a crash course in customer service service s well as proper English. I honestly can’t believe how rude they were . It seemed like unless you spoke Spanish, they treated you terribly. I observed it happen to multiple customers while I was there. I’ll never come here again and I hope I can save others from having such an abnormally terrible experience. . I’ll also be telling my friends so they won’t have to make the mistake of coming here by posting to my many followers on YouTube and social media to share my story which is primarily devoted to reviewing restaurants. This place definitely needs a revamp.

The store was very clean, the food was decent, and the staff was very helpful and professional. I would stop by again when the craving hits.

I went last night and my food was literally burnt. I go there often but this time, the cook had to reheat the chow mein because it didn’t meet temp requirement so when recooked, you can clearly tell it was burned. Not every single piece but most parts including the vegetables.

Ordered online, picked up to go. Order was correct, hot, and delicious as always. Even tho I checked "include utensils" apparently that doesn't include chopsticks, because I didn't get any. There was no separate option either. Next time I'll remember to ask for them at the counter.

Update January 15, 2025: I went inside to order 2 plates and Vitalina helped with my order. Vitalina has excellent customer service and she packed up my order correctly. I hope she is there the next time I visit this location. 5 stars! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Old Review July 2024: I came in to pick up a mobile app order on 7/17/24 at 11:51 am and the orders were incorrect. I ordered two plates. Both plates were MISSING SUPER GREENS. I usually go inside to place my order, but I wouldn't recommend using the Panda Express mobile app to place orders unless you plan to double check your orders before leaving.

From the moment your wheels hit their lot, this Panda location always exceeds cleanliness expectations. Once you're indoors, that same outdoor cleanliness is present from floors to tables, and the at times very busy washroom. The food is hot & fresh, with portioning and taste satisfying thoroughly. For the most part, you're met with a friendly face and cheerful greeting, but there are days like today during a lunch rush that you'll get a bit of hurried tone; even so, this is my new go-to spot over the rude mess off Watson in Buckeye.

this girl, vonnie at the drive through doesn’t know how to be professional, she shouldn’t be working at such a high placed fast food place. i ordered my food but accidentally forgot to add a drink. once i paid for my food my boyfriend reminded me to get a drink so i kindly asked her if i could get a soda as well. she stared at me for 5 seconds and laughed at me. normally i wouldn’t care about these things because i understand where she is coming from but i just think it was blank out freaking rude. she then proceeded to say VERBATIM “sorry i wasn’t laughing at you, well actually i was but it was the fact that you had asked me for a soda after the fact of paying, i didn’t understand why you couldn’t tell me before at the speaker” and i felt flat out disrespected, she also didnt provide any utensils for my food so i had to eat the food with my fingers like a dog. absolutely ridiculous. i then asked for her name and she knew i would giver her a bad review, after that fact she then apologized but it didn’t me anything at that point.

Joaquin was *the man* for me and my family. I do drive in maybe twice a month, but today I happened to wander inside with my girlfriend and my mom around 9PM. Joaquin put together our order and also checked us out, made sure that we got exactly what we ordered and let us know about signing up for the reward program so we could take advantage of the 20% off of our meal -- which my girlfriend promptly did. We also filled out the customer survey on our receipt and got a different deal for the next time we come in (we definitely will, hopefully Joaquin "The Man" will be there again). He even noticed that while packaging the bowl for my mom that they didn't have enough Kung Pao Chicken to fill an entire bowl's worth for my mom and instead of just closing it and letting us be disappointed later when we got home, he asked my mom what else he could put in to make sure she got a full portion. I respect that kind of integrity a lot. When it came time to leave I wanted to say something like "Have a good day, man" and "Be safe out there" but what came out of my mouth was "be good, man" like a fool, and you know what Joaquin "The Man" did? He said it right back to me like it was completely normal. And you know what? I did feel good after that, too. TLDR: Joaquin = The Man.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST ASIAN FOOD I’VE EVER HAD. The staff was really cool too, especially Kyan & Jason. The food was pretty good too, spicy and tangy just how I like my woman. The manager Gio helped my gf & I with the menu since we’re fairly new to the restaurant. DEFINITELY WILL BE COMING BACK. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food was so delicious especially the Hot Honey Chicken 😋 and the staff guy Kyon was nice too he kept offering me desserts and even showed me your rewards program. The tables was clean and the food was actually fresh compared to Panda. Good job Pei Wei you just got a new loyal customer.

It was pretty good, not fresh fresh but ok. For 2 of the smallest items with 2 drinks it was $25.00, which is excessive. I could make what we had for 1/4 of the price. It tasted good though.

Tasty Food, Great Service, But Watch Those Portions and Prices Panda Express offers delicious dishes and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. However, I was a bit disappointed with the portion sizes compared to the prices. It felt like I wasn't getting enough for what I paid. Also, getting basic necessities like napkins and sauces was surprisingly difficult. It almost felt like they were trying to charge extra for those. Overall, it's a mixed bag. If you have a bigger budget or don't mind smaller portions, you might still enjoy it for the flavors and service.

Very friendly staff, and they didn't skimp on portion sizes just because I ordered a regular bowl with two portions, which some places do. food was as expected, no complaints there. The place does what's advertised. It fits it's role nicely as an affordable, quick, and good chinese takeout out option in a location where there aren't too many of those

Im no Panda Express Connoisseur but..... What a difference a few miles makes!! This PE is awesome. Friendly, accommodating, helpful. This location rocks. Bit less cabbage in chow mein and a little more cook on the honey sesame chicken and it would be perfect!

We always enjoy the food at Panda Express and love their Boxing Day gift card specials as well. The food always taste fresh and flavourful and the service here is also always reliable. Will I return- absolutely yes!!!

This location is awesome in my opinion, it's unique with their ability to facilitate drive thru orders. The food is always good and I have never had issues with my orders. That being said, I am not sure why some customers are complaining about the lack of certain food items toward closing time. They ensure quality at every level and would not waste food by having to prepare an entire serving of lets say rice.. especially when you are simply ordering one serving, be more realistic with your expectations.
