Homemade dried kumquats

Ingredients
Cooking Instructions
-
Wash the kumquats, cut them in half and remove the pits.
-
Add kumquats, rock sugar and water to the pot.
-
Heat over medium-high heat until the rock sugar melts and the water boils.
-
Turn to medium-low heat and boil the kumquat until the kumquat is transparent.
-
The baking tray is lined with grease paper and the kumquat is evenly placed on the baking sheet.
-
Preheat the oven at 100° above and below and bake for an hour and a half in the middle.
â¤ï¸ Because individual ovens are different, kumquats have different dry humidity and different personal tastes, so adjust the oven baking time and temperature according to personal preferences! -
After being baked and cooled, I air-dried it at room temperature for a day.
-
Evenly coat the dried kumquat with a layer of moisture-proof powdered sugar.
-
Let's take a beautiful photo~
