Garlic-flavored fried chicken wings that are so delicious that you lick your fingers
Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the super delicious garlic chicken wings can be easily made at home, and KFC can be killed directly!

Chop the chopped green onion, minced garlic and ginger.

Soak the chicken wings in water for 20 minutes to remove the blood and rinse well.

Use a knife to make two cuts on the front and back of the chicken wings to make it easier to absorb the flavor.

Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce to the chicken wings.

Continue to add a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 tablespoon of chopped green onion, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and sliced ginger.

Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Mix the starch and flour in a 1:1 ratio, and coat the marinated chicken wings with dry flour on both sides.

Turn on the heat and pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pan.

When it is hot, put in the chicken wings, fry them slowly over low heat for about 7~8 minutes.

After heating the oil temperature, add the chicken wings again and fry for another minute, remove the oil.

Sprinkle with a pinch of paprika and it's delicious!
