Fried potato balls

Ingredients

Wash and peel the potatoes

Cut the potatoes into slices

Steam in a pot over cold water, about 20 minutes

Add tapioca starch and salt and stir well
(tapioca starch should be increased or decreased according to the moisture content of the mashed potatoes) -
The mashed potatoes are done

Roll into small balls with your hands

Pour an appropriate amount of corn oil into the pan without sticking

Turn on low heat and heat the oil and put in the potato balls

Fry slowly over low heat until the surface is golden brown and then remove

Potato balls are out of the oven (this is fried on the electromagnetic surface with a non-stick pan, which is more beautiful)

This is fried on a gas stove in a stainless steel wok and the surface is not as smooth, but just as tasty
