I'm a big fan of Panda Express stores. I love the American Chinese foods they serve. However some locations tend to be overly busy and cleanliness is neglected. Not here! Super clean! Polite well spoken friendly staff. The food was GREAT! This is my new favorite location.

Delicious Chinese food 100 % recommend. would go to fox valley mall in Appleton from Oshkosh 2-3 times a week just for Panda Express back when it was solely a mall food court restaurant.

Food was either undercooked or overcooked and dry. Crab rangoon specifically was undercooked the manager refused to give a refund. And tried telling us that it looked that way because of the cream cheese which if anyone knows crab rangoons the cream cheese does not affect how much of it is actually fried. I asked for a refund and the manager refused the employee lied and stated that he already took place from the table I asked them to look at the cameras and they refuse to do that. And then they accused us of damaging things in their bathroom as we were leaving.

Typical buffet, nice they had sushi, small choice but was still good. Had Mongolian grill there too that was good. Only problem we really had is they tried to force a service fee to my family 2 adults a 12,10, and 4 year old. I paid cash without service fee as I was given no warning and there was no sign telling me a service fee could be added.

Food is ALWAYS hot and freshly made to order. I've never had a complaint about this restaurant, they always get my order just right! Keep up the awesome work Li Yang's

Order arrived on timely manner. However, my house fried rice was burnt you can smell that it was burnt it taste burnt. There’s difference between is seasoned wok and burnt food. Idk why a restaurant would make you burnt fried rice. Especially when you spent 60+ dollars. Everything tasted mediocre. If I wanted buffet food I’d go to the buffet. The general tso chicken taste like any other place, kinda overly saucy that your chicken gets soggy. House special lo mein had no beef in it. Usually when I order house special from other places theirs beef chicken pork and shrimp. Chicken curry wasn’t for me so I didn’t try that also heard it was disappointing. Portion was good size I will give them that. But to receive burnt fried rice. I will not order from here again.

Ordering was smooth, customer service was good. The delivery was pretty fast even though they said it would take about an hour. The crab rangoons were good. The vegetable rolls are horrible, maybe the insides were over cooked, but they were bad. We ordered 4 & 4 dinners and we only got 2 fortune cookies. Hm, just saying.

Amazing! Kung pao chicken was so fresh and delicious! White Rice perfection. Egg roll yum. Crabrangoon loved them it was cream cheese, not crab, but nonetheless good. Delivery was professional and timely. Price was fair. The food was hot upon arrival. Overall, I would order again.

Just got home from ordering take out. Literally just thought my food was cold from the drive from Neenah to Fox Crossing. NOPE! my chicken is RAW! I ate half the order of general tso. I can't wait to dipose of this from my guts for hours tonight.... really great! (like, TRUMP GREAT) Also, when I ordered online it said free Crab rangoons. my order met this amount, did not get them! I will NEVER be ordering here again - MISTAKE!

Did you get a new cook? What an improvement!! I ordered take out last night and everything was EXCELLENT! The crab Rangoon was unbelievably delicious. I also ordered cashew chicken, which was fantastic. My husband ordered hot and sour soup and shrimp and mushrooms and he just raved about how good it was. So glad to see you have improved! We'll be back!

After we visit our Panda Express in Green Bay by Costco we decided to order the exact same and see whit h one is better. And the winner by far is the Appleton location . They were nice and respectful and the food was normal . No crassness like the Green Bay location. Thank you very much for been nice . This is all that matters for us . We don’t mind a little bit of a mistake when being busy but the little effort to stay nice and do you job that you are hired for is wonderful.

Showed up 30 minutes to close and they informed me they could not make walnut shrimp, understandably so. After pulling up to the window the man told me the cook could do it and it'll be about 5 minutes. Astounded service and never a disappointment. Give that cook a raise, I'm sure he was in the process of cleaning the grill!

I have never dined in, but ordered delivery and pick up many times. Usually hot & sour soup, shrimp in lobster sauce and whatever else I am in the mood for. Have never been disappointed.. always delicious. Yes, now and then there was a very abrupt person answering the phone, but so what? I am paying for what I was hungry for, the delivery guy is always nice and polite, they always come through and will continue to be my go to☺️

Ordered the orange chicken, sweet & sour chicken and plain lo mein.... 1. Sweet and sour sauce tasted like was watered down 2. Orange chicken tasted like it was chicken nuggets that sat in a pot of sauce all day, absolutely gross taste, I didn't even eat 1 full peice. 3 Lo mein tasted like it was pulled from a fridge and warmed in a microwave.... Overall do not go here, do not eat here, I'm thinking even the fortune cookie was stale.... The good was the service didn't leave a bad taste in my mouth... But 3 items for $30 that I threw away, no wonder it holds a less than 3 star on google

The girl who checked me out was friendly and everything was super clean, but the food was awful. With the exception of the orange chicken, firecracker beef and shrimp, noodles, and the fortune cookie. The rice was hard and tasted off, the honey walnut shrimp still had the weird shelly thing on it (while being breaded so I couldn’t tell until I bit into it) and tasted rancid and the crab Rangoon's were rock hard. The rest of my food was good but the rice, honey shrimp and the crab Rangoon's was not very good. Panda has really gone downhill over the years.

Working at the mall, I frequent panda a lot, usually around 2 to 3 times a week. don’t get me wrong. I love their food, but the customer service is downright horrible. I have been lied to about wait times, ignored, and downright treated horrible. Working in sales myself I know how important it is to have good customer service and treat how to your customers well, and this Panda Express simply does not. Some workers are super friendly and even give me a discount for working at the mall but the two worst ones are Belen and the manager. The experiences I have had with these two are downright awful and I hope they get their stuff straight.

Ordered a small pepper steak and got 2.5oz of beef and 6.5oz of onions. I have ordered this before and it has never been just all onions. I called to ask about it and was told that's what it is, if you want more beef you have to pay for more. I have been coming here for years but this is the last time, with the poor customer service and the decreasing food quality.

This place is one of the best around. The garlic chicken is the best anywhere around. People whining about portions when Hunan has barely raised their prices in a decade when their costs I’m sure have more than doubled. Go start your own restaurant so petty people can give you 1 star and cry on a review.

I will absolutely never eat nor recommend this restaurant location. We ordered food in the drive thru. When we went to the pay/receive window they dropped my egg rolls on the floor, picked them up and put them in a bag and tried to hand them to me. When I told them that's not gonna happen, get me knew ones, they laughed. I did receive fresh ones but corporate was contacted and the video we have from our dash cam was also sent in. That is absolutely disgusting. They should be ashamed. The health department also received a message along with the video.

Food would be great but I always get the teriyaki chicken and they NEVER give me teriyaki sauce, even when I specifically say multiple times that I'd like extra both on the chicken and in the bag. This is what I get EVERY SINGLE TIME. Please stop forgetting the sauce! It's just plain chicken without the sauce, and even though it's good, it's not teriyaki chicken without the teriyaki sauce.

Haven't been here in a few years but always remembered the food being good, went back today and it was far from it. Food was subpar and everything was either cold or left out for far too long. The plates were dirty and so were the cups. Could've gotten better food at panda express and for half the price. For a party of 2, $35 was a bit steep for this experience. Truly disappointing and won't be returning anytime soon.

Raymond is the nicest cashier ever. He is so sweet. He definitely deserves a raise. The food was also really amazing especially the pizza

The sesame chicken was not fresh. Look at the photo. The fried rice tasted decent, but wasn’t what you typically see in fried rice. There was no egg or peas. Overall, it’s in the same category as Panda Express. It’s not better. It’s about the same essentially, but different.

Salty, that was my experience! I like having my food served hot and fresh, but waiting nearly 10 minutes in the drive-thru with no other customers did not make me happy. I ordered cashew chicken with oyster wings, and both were so salty making them inedible. I was a fan, but I'll think twice before returning.
