QQ Garden

A quaint and cute little place. I was first impressed by the attitude of the person behind the counter considering it was close to closing time. Very good. Food came out in a timely manner, and they also cooked it to order. I think it could have used a bit more flavor but it was still delicious overall. We were the only people eating in at the time, but the dinning room was very clean and organized. Job well done to this place, and they will continue to have my business.

I chose this one of six Chinese restaurants in Findlay. Besides the world’s smallest eggroll - the food tasted good! Even though the broccoli looked like it had freezer burn - it was fresh tasting and crunchy. I only gave 3 stars due to tiny eggroll ( which really tasted very good) and broccoli appearance.

Ming's Great Wall

Best fast food chinese around! I have been a loyal customer since their mall days. Best egg rolls around, and overall, everything I've tried is delicious. Absolutely the best sweet and sour sauce! Reasonable prices. Always my go to when craving good Chinese!

Ive eaten here since high school. Food has always been good. Their soup is great if you're sick.

China Garden

Store adjusted food for allergies and was super friendly about it even when we showed up 30 mins before close. The atmosphere was very visually appeaseing. Little lady who seemed like the owner metioned the beautiful wooden ship was brought back with her from her trip to china 20 years ago. Love the raised ceiling and artwork. Dishes were clean with pretty designs, making the meal feel special. The place was kept well clean. I love reatraunts that have clean doors, sink handles, and soap dispensers. So many let build up stay, but despite this being a long-established restaurant, it was maintained with care. Egg rolls came out hot crispy and flavorful. Both plates of food, sesame chicken, and combination Mei fun were cooked to perfection. Ingredients were good quality. Shrimp is easy to overcook, but the shrimp was spot on tender. Huge portions made for great value. If I lived nearby, this place would have a new regular. I'll make sure to stop here again next year on my way through.

Everything was amazing! The best hot n sour soup we've ever had! The Sweet n Sour chicken, General Tso's, Chicken Lo Mein and Shrimp with Garlic Ginger sauce were all INCREDIBLE! We have been missing this food as we are from Mount Gilead but use to get it from Lee Garden in Marion ( same owners) and since they closed we have been trying to find them! SO glad we finally did! Everything was even better than we remembered! Grace Lee is the sweetest woman EVER and the food speaks for itself! Thank you Grace and family for the delicious food and wonderful visit with you! Definitely give this place your business!!!

Stix Restaurant

4.4/5 stars Had the pleasure of dining at Styx in Findlay and was thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere is wonderfully inviting, with a modern yet cozy decor that makes for a perfect dining experience. The service was fantastic from start to finish; the staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food at Styx is nothing short of delicious. The fried sake chicken was a standout dish, perfectly crispy and bursting with flavor. The mussels were cooked to perfection, tender and well-seasoned, making them a highlight of the meal. Every dish we tried was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. However, there was a small hiccup during our visit. One of the side dishes we ordered was incorrect, and while the staff acknowledged the mistake, they didn't make much effort to rectify it. It was a bit disappointing, but it didn't overshadow the overall experience. Despite this minor issue, Styx remains one of Findlay's best places to eat. The excellent atmosphere, top-notch service, and exceptional food make it a must-visit for anyone in the area. I highly recommend giving Styx a try—you won't be disappointed.

What we ordered: Drink: Spicy Mango Mojito (Great) App: Crab Rangoon Dip (Meh) Entrees: Pan Seared Scallops with Polenta (Incredible) Red Curry with Shrimp (Not good) The good stuff: The cocktails were creative and well-executed. The scallops were some of the best I've had (which was a pleasant surprise). The downsides: The service and food prep were slow. The waiter didn't relay a substitution in my wife's dish to the kitchen, but he did make up for it after the fact. In general, curry should be thick and creamy, with a hint of sweetness from the coconut milk. This curry was thin, watery, and lacked a lot of flavor. Also, the peanuts used in the curry tasted stale, which made it worse. The crab Rangoon dip was small and wasn't very flavorful. All in All: They have some adjustments to make, but its a good spot for Findlay. Give it a shot and get the scallops!

Joey Fratello's Pizzeria

I have been here twice, both exactly a year apart. The first time I went I was not too impressed both with the atmosphere, taste, and service. The second time I went, my mind was completely changed. Our server was kind, attentive, and ready to help wherever she could. The food was pretty good. Pizza is hard to review because everyone has a personal preference, but overall it’s not a bad pie if you add pepperoni. I did not enjoy the plain pie. Surprisingly the calzone was the star of the show. I would have a slice or two of that again. Main reasons for the lack of 5 stars are the atmosphere (things are a little run down), the lack of pizza holders so you don’t have too much room, the cold red sauce, and the overall taste. Would recommend anything other than the cheese pizza.

Pizza is pizza but Joey's sauce is the real winner. It has a bit of sweetness to it. Ingredients are a decent quality and a step up from a chain. As you walk in there is a cooler to grab drinks and dessert. It's a great local spot to gather but keep in mind it isn't a huge restaurant so be ready for your pizza to come out hot! Sandwich was pretty good but not the highlight of the meal.

Paradise Pizza & Subs

Got a Italian sub tonight the Italian sauce tasted like vinegar not to mention it was cold too..forgot the Doritos to my taco salad !!!

Always a quality pizza and a fair price & fast delivery.

The China

Their food is fantastic and very reasonably priced. Our family loves the sesame chicken, General Tso's chicken and lo mein noodles.

Excellent Chinese place here in Findlay . Food is ready promptly and generally fresh. General Tsos, dumplings and lo mane are yummy.

Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have ordered carryout from this restaurant 3 times now between lunch at work and food for my family while I'm in town and all 3 times it has been wrong. Try calling the store. Don't even offer to remake to pick up the correct food. I would just like to get the correct food I ordered one time from this store.

This chipotle is the worst. Every time I go they give about half the portion of every other chipotle. They’re rarely friendly. If they run out of an ingredient while you’re ordering, they just simply give you whatever is left instead of replenishing and giving you the full portion. I don’t know if the managers tell their staff to skimp on portions to save money or if they just like screwing people over lol. I’ve worked in the service industry for 16 years so I am not a hard to please person at all. I just expect my bowl to fill me up. I will forever drive out of my way to the Trenton Ave Chipotle because they are always incredibly nice and give you normal Chipotle portions like they should. I highly recommend everyone else go to the other Chipotle as well. It’s worth the 2 mile drive.

Golden Flames Asian Bistro Express

Amazing food. Got the Teppanyaki Salmon and house noodles. Both good on their own, but paired with squeezed lemon and the sauce is an amazing and refreshing sweet, sour and savory bite of food. Prices need updated on the website, expected to pay 15 based off website, actually paid 20.

The service was very good, very friendly and nice. The food is tasty, especially the lumpia, hard to find Filipino food in a small town like this. It’s just that it’s a bit too expensive and not enough sauce. Overall it’s pretty good. The store is clean too. I find the long table funny because the screws almost came though the top. The exit close the the speedway is only a right turn, to make a left you need to exit the middle strip exit

Japan West

We were actually really excited to come here since the reviews were consistently great. When walking in it didn't seem like the AC was that high but I think we got used to it. Now, I did like that the server came by with towels to wash our hands with and then we were given Chex mix as the table snack? Lol Our server was attentive until I told her I didn't like my ramen. Now I understand some restaurants don't house make their ramen but my ramen tasted like a Maruchan package you can get for $1 at the store and overall didn't eat more than two bites, definitely not $15 worth. When I told her I didn't like it she said "oh I'm sorry" and walked away while I was talking to ask her to take it back (this pissed me off) as I wasn't offered to get something else or anything. My husband ordered nigiri which wasn't bad he said the quality of the fish could've been better for the price per piece of fish not order, salmon was kinda too fishy if you get my drift. The two rolls we got were great but overall, wouldn't go back- there's not many options for special rolls and definitely not worth the price and you'll still have to pay for your food if you send it back :)

Don’t let the warm had towel service fool you, that’s where the “classy” stops. Very over priced for what’s is offered. First hibachi restaurant I’ve ever been to that you can not order Hibachi at the regular tables as well. Having a service dog makes it hard to sit at hibachi tables. Sushi was good but very overpriced. Everyone’s food came out at different times so some had to wait several minutes to eat till everyone had their food. Service was ok but very minimal and lacking for such a small restaurant. Definitely won’t ever be back. Worth driving to Perrysburg to go to Nagoya for the same price but hands down better food service and selection.

VIP Lao Cuisine

68reviews

VIP Lao Cuisine offers an incredible dining experience with customizable spice levels for each dish. I enjoyed the chicken and rice, paired with a lavender boba milk tea with lemon boba—absolutely amazing!

Today was our worst experience ever here. This was one of our favorite spots. Today the Lomein looked like noodle chunks, different color, didn’t know if they were cooked or not. When we escalated, the guy did nothing about, didn’t want to refund the money either. You guys just lost a costumer.

Texas Roadhouse

Oh my gosh, is all I can say. The food, service (Cassie), and atmosphere was perfect. Our food was running behind and Cassie was super amazing and came out to give us an update. She was very patient when we were ordering, as my 12 yr old was being very indecisive. She made some suggestions, which my daughter ended up choosing. She also introduced me to the in-booth high chair. It was PERFECT! My toddler has never been able to sit in a booth like that. I could tell she felt included. Cassie had our glasses full, checked in on us several times to ensure we were doing ok, and made sure that our exit went as smooth as our entrance. She deserves more than a pat on the back and an atta girl, give this magnificent server a raise.

Seated and served quickly, our server was attentive. She kept the buns coming and plates were cleared away almost immediately. Meats were cooked perfectly, the sides and apps were great. I wouldn't get the mac n cheese again, though. It was meh. But I'd definitely come back to the Texas roadhouse
