They are always the sweetest when we come in! The portions are huge and the prices are low. It's definitely not like other Chinese restaurants, definitely more of Panda Express's cousin situation. But it's yummy!

I wouldn’t pay for an entree even if it was for $5.00. Their food is extremely salty, enough to give you hypertension HBP. My partner and I, we both looked at each other after taking a bite and said “what a waste of money”. Lesson learned, don’t eat at buffet style Chinese restaurants with zero customers, and their hot case looking like the food has been sitting for hours. The service was cool, both man and woman who helped were overly nice, I felt like it wasn’t genuine. Most likely won’t come back

We were looking for a local place to grab Christmas dinner from a place we hadn’t tried before. We gave this place a try and glad we did. They had a lot of take out meals happening but not a lot of diners (which was great). Our order was taken and served just as quickly. Coke products were great to see. It was a limited menu because of holiday but we didn’t notice. It was family style and probably could have split a meal together (but whats the fun in that lol). Pricing was excellent for what you get portion wise. Service was attentive. Highly recommend checking it out!

Food was hot and fresh and good quality. Better than a lot of other Chinese restaurants. Restaurant has a lot of history in the area, over 50 years. I was pleasantly surprised! Highly recommended.

I've been hearing such great things about this place and finally decided to stop in tonight. The restaurant was quiet and empty when we arrived. We were seated right away and the young gentleman working nice and so accommodating. We ordered 2 diff dinner combos and an order of crab puffs. The restaurant got busy with several phone calls for to-go orders while we waited for our food. I was surprised to see how large the portions were. Everything was tasty. Will most likely come back and try other dishes.

So not only is the Chinese food absolutely stellar and I'm talking almost every dish they make is just mind-blowing but their bar scene and their bartender Tommy is the best in Clark county. You cannot go wrong and what a great atmosphere.

The food is really good and the portions are a great size. We got sesame chicken, sweet n sour chicken, chicken chop suey, fried and white rice, chow mein and egg drop soup. It’s not too salty or overly sweet. Each dish was well prepared and great flavor. The staff is very nice and friendly!

I visit Lynden frequently, but this is the first time I've eaten at this restaurant. It will not be the last! Me and my family were there just after they'd opened on a Wednesday morning, and were the only people at a table the whole time we were there. What is wrong with you, Lynden? This place is fantastic! It is clean and nice inside, the waitstaff is friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious! I am (the only one in my family who is) a vegetarian, and I was happy to find several vegetarian items on the menu, including the dish I ordered --- Kung Pao Tofu --- which is one of three fried tofu dishes on offer. The secret to fried tofu is, it has to start life as "extra firm". I've had it in restaurants that use something softer, and it is awful. Joy Luck knows how it's done. Their version is excellent. For what it is worth, the other people with me both had cashew chicken (one with rice, one with noodles) and both reported their meals to be excellent as well. Anyway, I can highly recommend Joy Luck Chinese! Try it. I will certainly be by at least once from now on, every time I'm in town.

Very nice! Not sure what all the one star reviews are, but seeing as they were long ago, don't listen to them. This was a very good restaurant and I would recommend it to everyone. It has so many food options and all of them are great!

Great buffet located in Port Angeles, Washington. Not the largest buffet known to the buffet world, but it’s a good one. They do a pretty good job on their sushi section. They have nice treats in the hot cases and soups. All to be followed up by a good variety of desserts. Now as far as buffets go, it is a buffet. If you keep that in mind you won’t be disappointed.

The food here was OK. I’m used to different flavored mongolian beef, so I didn’t like its flavors here. My husband’s seafood noodles here was also mediocre. My father in law really loves his seafood sizzling plate though! Great furnishings, and the server was very kind. Free tea that is unsweetened.

The shrimps and vegetables were good and delightful. The sizzling seafood plate was flavorful, some of the ingredients were not freshly fresh. The service was good. It appeared busy, with good volume takeout orders.

I love the simplicity of their wall decors.i was just wondering why there is no chopsticks since it is a chinese restaurant 😊and some complimentary tea maybe😊 .my husband forgot his fon and sweater and one of the crew came and gave it to us at the reception area. Overall,You have your money's worth..

The food is amazing. I got the sole filet cooked in a clay pot. Delicious. Very generous portion. My wife got the prawns with broccoli. Really fresh and perfectly cooked. Next time I got the Jade Scallops. Huge pile of scallops on broccoli and greens beans. The decor is inventive and pleasant. The service is five star.

We've tried all of the vegan/vegetarian dishes in our family's many dine in visits, and all have been excellent! General Tso's Tofu, salt and pepper tofu, veggie delight, ma po tofu, egg drop soup (not vegan but vegetarian), tofu vegetable soup, egg rolls, and more. Service was prompt and friendly. Our hot tea pot was kept refilled whenever it was close to empty. Dragon River is now on our regular rotation when we eat out. Highly recommended!

Such a hidden gem this place is! So many options and most importantly the great service and the welcoming atmosphere! The lovely lady who helped us is our highlight of the place. Salt and pepper tofu should definitely be tried, gong bao beef was also good. Highly recommended!

Got the lunch special, less than $12 for a good serving of chicken chow mein, fried rice, an egg roll and egg flour soup! Delicious food, good service, got it within 15 minutes of ordering, and the price was great.

This place is fantastic. It's exactly what you want when looking for quick and cheap Chinese food. Big portions and familiar options that are well prepared. The prices are very reasonable. Pro tip. Grab some food from here and head over to Wander brewing to get a beer while you eat.

After 20 years of dining here, I can confidently say that Panda Palace is the best Chinese restaurant in Whatcom County—hands down. In fact, it’s the best Chinese food I’ve ever had, anywhere. The lunch portions are a great value, and the dinner combos are incredibly generous—plenty to leave you full and still have leftovers for later. Every dish is served hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the General Tso’s chicken or the fried rice—both are fantastic. Most importantly, the staff—Bridgett, Jenny, Jade, and the rest of the team—are truly outstanding. They’re prompt, attentive, and always happy to recommend something you’ll love. Thinking about eating here? Do it. You won’t regret it! PS: Panda Palace offers multiple Vegan/Vegetarian options and can accommodate other modifications based on dietary needs or preferences. I was NOT paid for this review. I simply love Panda Palace THAT much. Thank you to Jade, Jenny, Bridgett & the other staff for the 20 years of delicious meals and great times.

Everyone at Xing’s is very nice! Service is extremely fast, staff will remember you, and the food is so yummy I came two days in a row! 😂🥰

RUN, do not walk, to Tendy's! OMG, what an experience. American style Chinese food is my absolute favorite cuisine. I grew up eating it in NYC. After living in Florida for a long time, and recently Seattle; I haven't been able to find anything comparable until I found Tendy's. The chicken and broccoli was so fresh with lots of flavor. The hot and sour soup was perfect, and the sweet and sour pork had the perfect crunch to it. Even the fortune cookies were incredible. I'm coming back to Port Angeles just for this place!

I came with my family. 4yr, 2 yr, baby and husband. The food was fine and I had no problem eating it. But I felt so uncomfortable being there! My kids are VERY well behave and we make sure they are not loud, and leave no mess… but we felt soooo unwelcome despite being one of the only people there. While waiting for food my son had taken out three sugar packets to put in the back of his hot wheels truck. An older lady walked over and took the three sugars out and put them back in the dish and walked away. It was looks and things like that the whole meal. I would not be willing to come back!

Mongolian beef lunch special. Pretty good. Fresh veggies tender meat good amount of sauce. Rice is ok but kinda dry. Egg drop soup was really good. Not bad for $13 ish. Pictured is after a few bites.

We ordered Mongolian Beef, Orange Chicken and Singapore Rice Noodles with hot tea. The overall wok hei was palatable and pleasant. The meat wasn't stringy tough but it wasn't overly tender either. There were a lot of onions in the Mongolian Beef but there was a lot of beef too. The flavor of Orange was delightful as with the Singapore Rice noodles. Just remember to stay away from the fortune cookies, mine was so stale I ended up spitting back out.
