Thank you for making the adjustments! Only place that chopped up the beef into ground beef for us. Much appreciated! Makes it easier to chew. And as always, food was great! Greets you smile and I left with a big smile! Very happy customer!

We've been coming since we moved to the area almost 25 years ago. They have recently changed ownership and added some new wine for indoor dining which is a nice improvement. We have always loved their food and service is great! The only thing missing is a dessert! Highly recommend this as a wonderful neighborhood restaurant with great dishes!

Panda Express is consistent with their food so my rating is entirely for the THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION. Wow…what a team! I was personally assisted by Vivan(?) and I apologize I forget the spelling of her name. I was clueless about what to order for a party of 7. Vivan walked me through every item, explained my options, displayed exceptional patience with my thought process and questions, and encouraged me to think about flavor variety. Because of her and the staff that supported this big order, I ended up adding some sides. Everyone was so busy but still took time to smile and have great energy. I was very impressed that the staff was bilingual and enjoyed how efficient their kitchen management was led. I regret I did not get the name of the kind associate who took my payment, she was really trying to help out everyone with the orders (it was just at that time) but still took time to ensure I had sauce, cutlery, etc. At the end they then asked if I could benefit from plates—I don’t know what I would have done if I had not picked up those plates! Saved our team lunch. I’ll be honest that I’m not the biggest fan of the food in general, but my team is, so I will continue to go to this location because of the kind and efficient staff, whom I highly praise and recommend to anyone who needs a fast food lunch experience that’s better than the others!

Look at the picture attached. This is the portion I got today for $9. Is that justifiable??? The portions here have become very small over the last few months; and I don’t find this place good value for money anymore. The bowl that you get for 9 bucks isn’t a proper meal at all; it’s more of an expensive snack. The quality of food is good; however, it’s not going to fill you up, especially not with the reduced quantities. Also, I ordered using the app some 15-20 minutes prior to reaching the store, and still, there was a good 10-15-min wait at the store. I don’t recommend this branch of Panda Express. Go to some other branch. If you are really hungry, just go to McDonald’s or to some other burger chain.

Food: 3/5 I got a plate with chow mein, orange chicken, and the spicy orange chicken. The food is pretty standard, and the portion size seems to be way smaller. The chow mein was a bit too greasy as well as the orange chicken. Besides that, everything was alright. Service: 3/5 Mediocre service, nothing special. Also, there weren't any tables eat on, unfortunately. Overall Experience: 3/5

Had a great lunch from Panda Express @ Factoria. Organized, friendly, and lots of good portions to choose from. They were very quick with my order which is a plus! Love love love it 😍

We had dinner here on a weekday evening and found the restaurant nearly empty. It was quiet and spacious, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The Sichuan-style food was delicious, and the waitress was very kind, even helping us pack our leftovers. Overall, a great dining experience!

I passed by the store and was drawn in by their $9.99 daily special. I tried the salty fried pork slices, and they were delicious! The servers were also super friendly. I had trouble finding parking, so I called ahead, and they kindly let me know I could park at the Redmond Park and Ride garage, which was just a short walk from the store. Great experience overall

Exactly what I expected in Bellevue, WA. Having just left Taiwan today, I ended up eating here bc a friend likes it. We ordered the steamed fish, a spicy fish, and a-Choi vegetable dish. Everything is good, solid. For the steamed fish ($33-36), I wish they would cut 4x the amount of green onions, ginger if any. The spicy fish ($27 in 2025) is heavily on the five spice (common for Hunan style) and jalapeño, very different. You won’t find much value in Bellevue so you accept it. Overall, 4 star for the food taste and ingredients. Enjoy.

It was a really bad experience. We ordered Shrimp Tofu and Smoked Ham Cauliflower. Shrimp Tofu - All the shrimp we have got are at the bottom left corner. See it yourself. Smoked Ham Cauliflower - the cauliflower had been heavily trimmed, not sure if it was because the veggies were not fresh. It was a treasure hunt game for shrimp and smoked ham. The taste was so so. They probably have changed chef. The waitress was interesting if not rude. I put the order but had to have my husband go and pick it up. I was driving so I just told him what I had ordered. The waitress asked him what he ordered. He said "I forgot, my wife put the order..." She said "I don't know your wife. What's her name?" After they got it, she told him next time he should have the order number ready. How about - "No worries, may I know your wife's name?" "Next time, if you could have the order number that would be great!" Will this sound more professional? I don't know...

The best BBQ Pork Buns in town!! I have been on a search for the best BBQ Pork Buns nearby (within an hour drive) and this is it. Also, the best pricing I’ve found too! Highly recommend giving the place a shot, even if it’s just for these BBQ Pork Buns. Big fan.

I've been going here for years and it just seems to be improving as time passes. The food is always great and they never disappoint. Erica was so sweet and accommodating she always provides above and beyond service expectations

Too many black dots in all the food. Ordered a lunch special today. Was very happy that it arrived quickly. Was eating my soup and thought there was a black peppercorn in my soup. NOPE! there was a bug in my soup. I threw-up. Literally. Won’t be buying from here again. Had to throw everything away. Waisted my time.

The food was okay. Didn't care for the egg flower soup, it was watery and kind of greyish, the BBQ Pork was meh, had better at different restaurants. Thought i would try the Mongolian beef it was mediocre. I also tried the sweet and sour pork, it was okay. The pork fried rice was not good, it was dry and bland. Had sweet and sour spareribs too, they were good. I would recommend them. The staff was friendly and quick to serve. The price is about average for what you get.. I would like to give this place a 2.5 rating but 3 will have to do....

Has this place undergone new ownership? My husband and I have ordered takeout from here in the past and really enjoyed it. This time it was extremely disappointing and that’s being generous. The fried rice had nothing in it, the egg flower soup tasted like nothing…even the Mongolian beef was extra bland and the onions in it were mush. The sweet and sour sauce was also flavorless (just tasted like sugar) I don’t understand how it could get so bad. Haggens is right down the street and does a way better job for 1/2 the price.

Such a bummer. We used to eat here a lot and LOVED it. I've been very sick this week and really wanted the fried rice and egg flour soup. My family ordered a few other meals. We had them delivered. The egg flour soup was SO disappointing right off the bat. Basically eggs in water. No flavor at all. The BBQ pork fried rice wasn't the worst ever, but also, they forgot to add in a dash of flavor, the general tso's chicken also had zero flavor. If you want to enjoy some Chinese food, this just isn't the place to do it anymore (but if you know where I can, let me know.) Not worth the price, which has also gone up for some crazy reason.

Finally. A good chinese food spot. I been in lake stevens/ everett for the past two yrs, and i have been disappointed for so long. To the point i prefer panda express over alot of these chinese food places. but this place is soooo good. everything we ordered hit the spot. beef and broccoli, kung pao chicken, crab ragoon, fried rice and the wonton soup. 🔥🔥🔥

Their food is prepared well ahead of time, not fresh when ordered. My food came out in under 4 minutes and my chicken was cold in the middle with extra hard breading. My rice was fairly cold as well and had an extremely smokey flavor. The customer service was nice, but I would never suggest this place and I won't be returning.

This is a low quality ghost kitchen in Collectors Choice restaurant. We placed an order and got incredibly small portions, two dishes completely missing from the order, and diff quality about what you could expect from the freezer section. Do not suffer, go elsewhere.

Their pork fried rice was excellent. Had great flavor and they were able to make it without egg (allergies) so that was positive. Their Mongolian Beef however was extremely salty. Beef was tender and chunky, which we liked but way too much salt. Orange Chicken was a huge disappointment. The chicken itself was good, but the sauce they’re using needs to be revisited. Very blah.

There were definitely some highlights, but overall our experience missed the mark. Both my mother-in-law and I enjoyed our entrées. The beef and broccoli was flavorful, and she liked her dish as well. The egg flower soup was interesting but fine, and the appetizer was tasty despite being served on a plate that looked like it hadn’t been fully cleaned, as it was dirty with something dried on. Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness really stood out. My entrée and her cranberry juice both had hairs in them, my water glass was dirty, and the table was sticky. It also took nearly 20 minutes after getting our drinks for anyone to take our food order. We were originally told raspberry iced tea wasn’t available, only to see another table ask for it. Oddly enough, that same table was later informed it wasn’t available either, so clearly some confusion there. They were also out of teriyaki chicken, which was disappointing. The ambiance didn’t help either. Some lights were out, fake flowers sat in a vase of water, and the backyard area was cluttered with broken furniture and junk, even though it could be a beautiful space. It’s unfortunate because the food itself showed promise, but the overall lack of cleanliness and attention to detail means I won’t be returning.

Great grill fish dish, highly recommend! Good portion for four people. Great view out looking the water. Good choice for dinner while waiting for the ferry line to go down :)

Food was amazing! It was super busy, but they were still very nice. I would recommend coming here, I think it is the only Panda Express around. I got the plate, with mushroom chicken, orange chicken, chow mein and rice. No complaints.

The food is good but the service is awful especially if you order online. The staff has a habit of ignoring anything that was preordered and only worry about the people in line. I've spent nearly 45 minutes for food I ordered 2 hours before. Getting more and more frustrated watching everyone who just walked in get their food. so stay away from online ordering. Some of the staff are very nice and courteous but there are a couple that are horribly rude especially if you ask them about the status of your food. I had an employee there snap at me and said I had an attitude because I was frustrated I had been standing there being ignored for 45 minutes. Delivery apps are the same way they ignore those orders too. I've heard many customers and drivers get frustrated and even some left and didn't even get their order because it can be that bad. There are a lot of hard working people there but unfortunately they either don't have a standard procedure or they do and just don't follow it. I've never had a problem at panda except for this store. It's a pretty busy store but that's still no excuse to treat customers that way.
