I've been going back to them whenever I felt like having some roast ducks. But I might stop from now on. Bought a whole chubby one today, but felt the portion looking odd after I opened up the container. So I tried to go through each part of the duck. Then I found the majority of the thighs were missing. Don't they know that cantonese people can put a chopped duck or chicken back together? Anyway, gotta find a new place for roast ducks now.

Review on 2/19/2025 - the owner issued refund the day after. Looks like they truly valued their business by taking steps to respond and improve. Hopefully next time everything will be more on track. Review on 2/17/2025 - I need a refund! Ordered 1lb Roast Pork. Worst Roast pork I’ve ever had. No crispy skin can be found! Just some fatty soggy pork pieces that looks like leftovers. Don’t buy!

What a lovely place. I ordered the beef noodle soup and it was really really good. Not sure why other people are marking this place down, there is nothing wrong nor with the atmosphere (was clean and comfy), nor with the service (waiter was very friendly and proactive). In my opinion it’s a perfect casual spot to grab a nice bite.

I called this restaurant order to go. They advised that I must order directly from their online system or order at the location. It was not too complicated to order online as long as you have a credit or debit card. Later I found they use self order system while you walk in. They packed the food very well. My family all enjoyed their Pork bun and lamb Biang biang noodles. My husband said the Pork bun tastes just like the bun we had in XI’AN . I will definitely come back to try other dishes. Recommend this place if you like XI’AN food.

Happy with our lunch and was our go to place prior to COVID. Do miss the cart but ordering yields hot dim sum dishes. Service and quality haven’t really change, no issue with service and the food is good. Note on my how I rate. Sharing because I think, and assuming, most may think 3* is not a good review. 5* Amazing, great food, service and/or experience and worth the travel. Example we regularly drive to Austin from San Antonio for Uchi 4* Food, service and/or ambiance exceeds expectations 3* Average/good or meets expectations for food or service and anything 3* and above I would revisit 2* Food or service is not at acceptable expectations 1* Avoid

I used to be a regular at this establishment 7-8 years ago, back when it was known as Kings Restaurant. Since the pandemic, I had not visited until recently, when we began dining there again. The restaurant now has a new name, Royal Kitchen, but some of the waitresses remain from the days when I used to frequent it. Nostalgia made me eager to fall in love with the place again. However, our experience was poor on two separate occasions. Most recently, we visited for dim sum on my birthday. Unfortunately, every dish appeared to be reheated, possibly in a microwave, from frozen. Some were inadequately reheated and still cold, while others were overheated, becoming unbearably dry. Both the 咸水角 and 芋角 had a pronounced taste of pork taint, so much so that I nearly vomited. We didn’t finish the food we ordered because how awful it was. If I had wanted frozen dim sum, I could have easily purchased it from the supermarket, where it would have tasted better than what was served. It was a major disappointment.

We went on a Friday night at 10pm. The cooked meat was good but the servers were very overwhelmed with maybe KTV rooms and outside dining but they were very busy. Food came out in partial orders and we felt like we received the wrong orders but just accepted the dishes since it would take too long to fix the order and get the correct dish. This restaurant size, decoration, and concept is different from when it opened originally. We speculate the restaurant split in half.

The roasted fish is awesome!!! Everything included in the original receipt like cabbage, onion, sliced beef. The fish is deeply fried and well with the soup at the bottom. It's in a big size and great to enjoy it with the rice!!!! The skewers might not be such good since I feel the lamb meat is not so fresh. Even with seasoning, that tastes strange. Also not recommended chicken wings. However, my friends recommended their large dishes here.

The food is great, every dish we ordered turns out amazing. There are many vegetarian options on the menu. Cute interior design, nice and polite staffs. One thing we aren't a fan of is the use of disposable containers which is a waste. I used the oyster shells as a little bowl instead of using the small plate to eat the soupy dishes which worked out very well. Overall, it was a good experience.

Fish in Bucket! Did it taste better, or just for presentation? Whatever, it was a little overpriced, at a promotion for $59 while the list price was about $90. The fish filet was boiled in the bucket, and fish bone (and head) was deep fried. The combo also included 2 boiling pot choices (e.g. sliced lotus root and luncheon pork), fried sweet potato (红薯条) and dough (炸油条). One ***disappointment***: the left-over was not packed with soup - losing some value for reusing at home.

We stopped before the mall opened at 11:00 on Sunday and no other place was ready to open fifteen minutes early except for Panda Express. They were very happy to serve us early as the food was ready to go. They were very helpful and it was nice to have entrees with vegetables. There was plenty of food, nice stop!

Great spot for a quick bite at the mall. It’s pretty popular, so there’s usually a line.

Hey fellas yesterday I happened to be in north Seattle area and decided to eat something nearby ,so I found this place . I ordered a plate with fried rice and shrimps. It looked good at first sight, asked restroom code to wash my hands but it was out of order. Said ok, and ate it in my car . 3-4 hours passed and i came back home and started feeling sick . I got poisoned by food and thrown out 3-4 times . Couldn’t sleep all night taking some medications. Please be careful of what you eat . Don’t recommend this place at all.

I asked for fresh string bean chicken and was happy to wait the estimated 6 minutes because the existing pan was empty with just some dried out veggies left. When I opened up the to go box, I was baffled to see they had added the inedible old string bean chicken on top. This portion should have been thrown in the garbage. I feel like this was on purpose because we were served old dry orange chicken (didn’t realize till we tasted it) and I politely asked if we can have it replaced with fresh as I saw some had just been made. As a past employee of Panda Express I am extremely disappointed. None of those employees would have eaten that, why would they serve it to me.

The food here is hit or miss. Buying a small entree is never worth it because it's not fully filled up and is smaller than my fist. When I've ordered super greens as a side, sometimes the pieces are way too big. There's been a cabbage piece or more and also broccoli that were bigger than my mouth, which meant they gave me less because they only give a tiny scoop each time for half sides. Other times, the veggies have been the right size. They are constantly running out of super greens probably because the pieces are so huge (other than high demand). Sometimes the breaded meats like Beijing beef have too many non-meat pieces (like fried corn starch), so everything is very inconsistent. Whenever I ask them to try to avoid giving me too many bell peppers from certain entrees, they disregard what I say and act like they don't understand me. When I order fried rice as my only side for bowls, I never know if I'll be getting a bowl that's filled halfway or less with fried rice or a lot of fried rice. When I ask for half fried rice, they only give me a tiny bit of fried rice and whatever my other half side is. One of the workers always asks if I want to add a drink and donate, which is tiring for me because if I wanted anything else, I would say so. I also didn't get any fortune cookies one time (should have gotten 2 for 2 bowls), but maybe it was a new or not so great worker because I could hear him getting questioned about whether he charged someone else for a bag or not. Also, if they're out of an item you're waiting for that's not coming out any time soon, they end up forgetting about you until you speak up.

I usually love ordering from this location, but today my order was barely edible. The chow mein was almost all cabbage and the few noodles that were in there tasted burnt. I got extra shrimp on the side , which cost extra, and they were soggy and not worth the price. Everything in my plate looked like it was from the bottom of the pans and out all day. Disappointed to say the least, not worth almost $30 :/

Absolutely fantastic. I don't say that very often, but this panda is ran very well. Very impressed with the staff. Each and every one of them were very professional. The business was very clean. Everything about my experience was great. This is a good place to eat. Thank you so much everybody Kevin was absolutely awesome. Asked us how everything was made. Sure, we were happy. Wow! It's nice to see young people that actually care 😄

I went through the drive thru and was greeted by a recorded voice. Then a different voice greeted me and asked me if I could wait for a sec. Which is fine. Then a different voice took my order. At the window an employee told me they were changing registers for a shift change. I used my Panda Express app to get an Egg roll for free! Totally cool. The lady took my phone to scan it. Which is awkward compared to starbucks where they just reach out with a scanner and scan your phone while you hold it. Panda Express should set up that system of rewards usage in the drive thru. One thing about my visit that was unique was the nice lady who took my payment method tried to hand me my Beef&Broccoli bowl with an egg-roll, fortune cookie and silverware sitting on top of it. I thought it was odd and didn’t want the bagged egg roll to fall off so I asked her to put it in a bag and then hand it to me. Never in my life have I gone through a drive thru and an employee tried to hand me my food without a bag. I guess starbucks does. But most of the time your food is bagged even if you order french fries only. It’s still in a bag. I’m not upset though, still gave them 4 stars. Just surprised by the lack of bag…lol

Eunice is a BEAST!! 💪💪 Such a hard worker and super friendly despite being absolutely slammed and the only one helping to serve customers. Waited in line for about 20 minutes but once we got up to the front it was super fast and she was great with customer service, smiling and joking with us. Definitely think they need more staff here at night, the line was almost to the door and online orders kept flooding in. Felt so bad for the staff. Wish there was a tipping option! Do better @management. Keep it up girl, thanks for all of your hard work tonight - it doesn’t go unnoticed!

Really had terrible of visiting this place. Customer service sucks. Atmosphere is ok. Food was the worst I could try in any locations. Beijing beef was undercooked which made the beef too chewy rather not crispy. Very very small or tiny portions for BIG PLATE ( YES YES BIG PLATE). Orange chickens sucks as well not taster nor the juicy very very bad. Wouldn’t recommend coming.

Lost me as customer! I will not come back again! Bus is open in a decent shopping center with most of the time are decent customers. Food, however cooked with too much vinegar. And I was told by unfriendly staffs that they do not have spoons, intsead she told me to try using forks or chopsticks.. So I tried eatting fried rice with forks.. At leats, Safeways will have spoons and forks! Franchise owner could do better than this!

Terrible experience. Ordered on line and went myself to pick up the order. They were pretty busy, people waiting out the door to order at the food bar. Waited at the spot for pick up of takeout. My order was on the shelf, bag stapled shut, and tag had my name on it. Sadly when I got to my place the food in the bag was not mine and some other person's name on it. There was no ph # on the receipt so googled. 3 calls system hung up on me figured they were still busy. Finally got hold of someone and tried to explain what happened. He didn't seem to understand. Then he blames on the driver. Told him I picked up the order myself and he asked why I didn't check the order. Really? Why staple the bag shut if I need to check your work? Word of caution.... Always check your order before leaving. They said they would issue a store credit for next time, but he couldn't understand even when I spelled it. Not hopeful. So disappointed since I was really looking forward to the meal I had ordered. 😮‍💨

I didn't get any photos of the food but everything was so delicious. Beyond what we were expecting not only were they open on a Sunday everything we ordered was really delicious. Mongolian Prawns, Dinner Special Mongolian Beef , and Chef Special Cashew Nuts with Scallop and Prawns, Gyoza. I am really glad we randomly decided to dine at this gem. If you are looking for good Chinese food this place is worth the trip.

Great Spot for Quick and Tasty Vegetarian Takeout I recently visited the new China restaurant for a quick lunch, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. While the seating is available, I found that the setup is more conducive to takeout orders . As a vegetarian, I was pleased to find options like vegetable tofu and vegetarian fried rice on the menu, both of which were delicious. The portion sizes were generous, especially considering the reasonable prices. Although they quoted a 15-minute wait time for my order, it was ready even earlier, which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for quality takeout with ample parking available.
