Master Wok

Pretty solid Chinese food that comes out hot and flavorful. A little overpriced as to be expected in the mall food court but the meals themselves were tasty after a long day of shopping. The vegetable lo mein, chicken and broccoli, and BBQ chicken were all good. The staff seemed polite as well.

We were shopping at the mall, got hungry, we made the worst food choose. Very expensive, baaaaad food, baaaad taste. Four plates for $87!!!! We had better meals before at less than half the price. I gave one star just because there’s no Zero star.

You can always expect a great meal here. The staff is friendly, and if you eat in, the tables are clean. Some other recent reviewers complained about the "high" prices, but I think the prices are reasonable. (I cannot think of any restaurant (or any other business, for that matter) where prices have not gone up). Highly recommended.

Mediocre overpriced food you can get in any hole in the wall Chinese restaurant in NYC, rude counter service that screws up your order. The only thing I'll give them is it was clean but otherwise I'm never coming back

New Everybody's Kitchen

So I’ve been eating here for years and I love there food and the owners. They’re really nice hardworking people. I haven’t seen the owners recently so I’m not sure if the place changed owner or if they let someone else manage the store. The food has drastically decline in quality. The rice is of a cheaper quality. There’s no chew and has a old stale taste to it. There’s also a piece of blacken rice in it too. The large chicken and broccoli only has a few pieces of chicken way less than what they served before. Lastly they increased the price which is fine but yet they started serving lower quality food. I’m really upset, this was my go to place for late night food.

Been eating there for many many years … excellent food . New owners are just as great as the old ones !!!

The Chinese Kitchen

It was one of the worst dining experiences you can ever have. I know it's New Year's Eve and you're getting slammed food didn't come out on time we had no silverware I ordered of soda we had no cups. At the end of dinner no fortune cookies no offer to purchase dessert. My bill was $450 you would think they would offer a fortune cookie and some fruit. Can't blame the waiter you was all alone. This is bad management.

The best spareribs in the five boroughs! Tons of meat on them, not skimpy. Best restaurant on the island. The food is always fresh and delicious, with large portions. Furthermore, the restaurant is clean, and Jackie the owner is very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Li's Happy Family

First time going there with a few people and the food was good.👍 The Dine in is a small like area with two or three tables. I ordered the lunch combo and pineapple. It was delicious for $14. I looked at their menu for other options and they might have a website. 😉 If you want to try some Chinese, come here if you like.👍

Li's Happy Family left my belly feeling more like Li's dysfunctional reunion.

Chen's Garden

Stopped by to grab some Chinese food to take home in this plaza over here in Staten Island. Not bad for the price but a few places are better in the area.. people inside are pretty nice and friendly so points for that.

The amount of money my family has spent here is infuriating. We have been loyal customers since moving here 3 years ago. Literally never even bothered to try another place and ordered from Chen's almost once every week. The way I was treated by staff today as a result of their poor business mistakes (everyone makes mistakes, but the way you handle them is what is important) tells me all I need to know about how I will spend my money going forward. When you are over 30 minutes late with a scheduled order AND not answering your phones so the delivery company cancels your order, the restaurant gets mad when their driver delivers to us anyway? I'm not sure what you'd do with returned food and that's something I'm questioning about this place now too, but to know that that's what you'd prefer to do with cold, soggy food, rather than making it right tells me everything I need to know to determine where business will go to going forward. I've always done delivery from here and only picked up in person about 2 times in the past. Those two times were unpleasant experiences from staff working there. Like, when you walk in, say hi? Look up? Respond to the person saying hello as they walk in? IDK, maybe that's just me lol. I let that slide because I tend to give the benefit of the doubt. Tonight, I realized I was right and should not have given the benefit of the doubt. These people are not worthy of my business. I will NOT support nasty people. Do yourself a favor and find a place that is built upon good people. It matters cuz they will do you dirty eventually. Side note: I won’t miss the disgusting delivery driver BANGING on my windows and door like a lunatic when the instructions are ALWAYS to call upon arrival. They are classless and unprofessional all around.

Lucky Fortune

I’ve never been here in person I only order delivery but so far in Staten Island it’s been my favorite Chinese spot. It’s not going to wow you but most of the choices so far have been pretty solid and I love that they have “baby” crab rangoons.

Years ago they were great. Now it's terrible. There beef in their fried rice and low mane was all chewy. It's as if they boiled the beef. No flavor at all. This place fell off. Last time I went there the food was horrible, decided to go give it one more try again same no bland taste. I never wrote any comments about anyone's business until today, shows you how bad it is. Almost $50 down the drain.

Not recommending to anyone very bad and slow service, food Doesn't taste good at , burning all the food together in same oil for days. If you trying to say something to the cashier he acting very aggressive and telling you to leave

Good quality, quick service and clean. Also, they are open later than others in the area.
