They've been here for a few weeks and already it's our third time back! The seared bao are delicious, melting in your mouth with juicy meat and flavor! The hot dumpling bowl is really spicy but delicious, and we've also enjoyed their sweet boba treats. Love the kind staff and extremely quick, delicious food at great prices. It's a given but we'll be back again!

Food is delicious but pricing the canned soda a $2.25 while you can buy a bottle for $2,79 in a gas station or a refillable of a good coke for $3.79 in any other restaurant makes the place loose the perfect score. But again, FOOD IS DELICIOUS!

Food was inedible, the beef in the Mongolian beef was super fatty, the general Tsos chicken was awful, the egg rolls are slightly doughy and the rice tasted like it had been sitting in a pot way too long, almost more of a pudding. We put it out for the feral cats and they would not eat it.

I ordered 2 wonton soup- broth white and NO flavor, they have been going down hill for some time. I feel like someone bought them or they have a new cook. Time to look for new place. Plus they never opened dining room after Covid- huge disappointment.

This has been our “go-to” for Chinese food since we found this little gem! EVERYTHING is perfect! The food is always fresh and tasty and the portions are huge; you WILL have leftovers for take out! Jan and Jason are terrific hosts…very friendly and accommodating! We were amazed that Jan remembered what we ordered after the first visit! She is TRULY amazing! Hopefully, we’ll visit there for MANY years to come!!

A quiet treasure hidden in Madison. Well Wirth the trip. Try the Crab Rangoon and Eggrolls for sure!

Great food for great value at Chopsticks! I came here a different time for their Bento Box with General Tso’s chicken, string beans, and a potsticker and really enjoyed it. This time, I got the stir fry string beans and sesame chicken. The string beans were perfectly cooked and the seasoning on it was delicious! The sesame chicken was crispy and the sauce was good. I think I prefer the General Tso’s over the sesame and would probably ask for less sauce, but regardless, they were both good. The chicken dish came with rice. Serving sizes were generous for the quality/price! The service was great, employees were friendly, and food came out fast/hot. The restaurant is clean and has cute decoration. Looks like they do Door Dash/other delivery services and had some coupons at the front for a discount. Overall, can’t beat the price for the quality and would highly recommend this hidden gem! Can’t wait to come back.

Chopsticks is a good and convenient restaurant. Potstickers were very large with lots of filling. Not much browning on the outside which adds flavor and texture. I had the spicy tofu for an entree. Great flavor, large portions, but wish there would have been some vegetables. The service was excellent. Very friendly staff. The inside is plain, but very clean.

I stopped to order take out at 4:30pm on a Thursday. The lady at the counter was friendly and helpful. I ordered the cat ear noodles with cashew chicken and 1 order of eggrolls (2). My food was fast, and they even gave me an extra eggroll. The entree was a LOT of food, too. They were all so kind and fun. I'll be back! Love the new location.

Taigu is an absolute gem! The homemade noodles were incredible. I especially loved the texture and the perfect seasoning; every bite was delightful. The dining room is clean, cozy, and welcoming, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal. I highly recommend Taigu to anyone looking for delicious, amazing noodles and a comfortable dining experience. Can’t wait to come back!

I ordered the Thai iced tea, egg rolls and beef and brisket Pho, all for $21. It was delicious and service was fast. Staff were very friendly. I went during the lunch hour and it was surprisingly empty for how delicious the food was. I work nearby and will definitely make this my regular lunch spot.

Come across this restaurant several time and never get a chance to try. Today finally I tried, and I am glad I did. The food is fantastic, I love the fried squid, I ordered. The restaurant has Chinese dish and phos, I will definitely recommend to my friends.

I was looking for some fast food Chinese food today and found reviews of this restaurant in the area. I read reviews of peanut butter chicken and generous portions and figured what do I have to lose. Both of these were on point descriptions. Not the highest quality meat but what one could expect in a college basement restaurant. The staff was nice and actually shared a recommendation/opinion which I appreciated. The price was higher than what I expected but likely more in line with inflation. Parking is essentially nonexistent but I suspect most customers come from campus. There is some loading parking on lorch st where about two cars may be able to fit/stop. I would go there again…

The best place to eat if you are broke and you need some protein and calories intake. It gets slightly greasy as you eat it, but you’ll get the random craving time to time. QQ saved me from this economy 🐼🐼

Jackie was gracious, prompt, and gave clear instructions regarding the menu options. I hadn't had a true dim sum since my trip to California many ears ago. The dishes we ordered were EXCELLENT. The Mango Dragonfruit drink was fun and refreshing - not too sweet. A great surprise to find this in Madison!

The food was great and so was the service and large portions. Also accommodated our request not to mix any meat with our orders and start with clean utensils. If in Madison a good stop to taste great Chinese food ! We tried their lo mein shrimp, shrimp fried rice, shrimp dumplings, boiled fish fillet, mapa tofu, Thai tea for 5 and had plenty to take home as well. PS: earlier I was mistaken on the billing but they clarified and sent me the original bill as well. So issue was immediately addressed. Thanks.

Friendly hard-working no-nonsense couple serving consistently good take-out food at reasonable prices. I've been a customer since 2018 and have never had any issues with their food. It's not Michelin star, but they are great for a quick take-out meal.

The service was fast and friendly. The scallop appetizer was a unexpected gem. They appear to be diver scallops, perhaps cut in half and then breaded and fried. Not too much breading and they were cooked just right. The crispy shrimp was spicy and a good portion of shrimp.

Today was my first visit here. Great food and service! Portions were great, too. I got the Combo 2 with bourbon chicken and teriyaki chicken, with fried rice. I’ll definitely be back!

Nice place to get a bite. Food is great, best fried rice I've had in a while. No must no fuss, just great service, great food, and great workers.

Got the egg drop soup and the fried rice. The soup was all right, but the Rice was hard and stale, tasted like it was left out overnight at room temperature. Won’t be coming back.

We used to order food from china kitchen, but after this time we will no longer order food from this restaurant. General Tso’s chicken that we ordered had a particular unpleasant flavor. Also, we found a metallic structure in the food! Definitely this was an uncommon and uncomfortable experience for our dinner tonight. The owner responded to this review saying that I should check if the food is from their restaurant. I am attaching the receipt from China Kitchen.

Today is January 17, 2025 and I want to give my honest opinion on World Buffet. I read a few previous ratings and I dont believe they are accurate. The food taste excellent and fresh, the variety is not astronomical, but they do have many food to choose from. The SUSHI was extremely good and FRESH. They have SALT and PEPPER SHRIMP yummy, long story short, everything I tasted, I ate because it was delicious! I am adding pictures of some of the things they have to offer, hoping this can help others!

The food was so dry it was sticking to the pans in the actual Buffet . The lemonade was lacking to say the least. The food had no flavor at all in the picture you can see the sushi just fell apart wasn’t even labeled so I hope nobody has serious food allergies planning to visit anytime soon. The noodles had no flavor. The crab Rangoon was refried and no filling at all. The sugar donuts lacked SUGAR. I said no to the lemonade and she brought the bill. Only one napkin provided no napkins on table. Soy sauce too salty. The potstickers were cold and the dipping sauce had absolutely no spice. Definitely won’t be returning here after this last experience. I’d give this place a 0 if possible!
