Not an expensive restaurant with delicious food. I ordered to go. I waited 15 minutes, which is not long if you did not pre-order on the website. My order consisted of South Pea Happiness and Spring Roll. The food was delicious and the portion was large. I can safely say that such a portion can be ordered for up to two people. Only the restaurant itself is dark, which I did not like. But this does not cancel out a good time with loved ones and delicious cuisine. P.S. The rice box and Spring Roll are missing from the picture

The food is great here and they do provide a great service they are very friendly and polite, it is a really calm place with a quiet atmosphere to enjoy your meal at your own pace. I have tried a few of their dishes and they are all really good and I also tried the drinks they offer and so far very good taste.

This a great place to order food. Honestly Since I moved from California, I have never had food as delicious as CA until I found this restaurant, it has great flavor and the amount of food you get for the price is incredible. you can share or just eat up to 2 times. This is my new favorite place to go and order ahead.

Hit OR Miss! That’s what it is with these NEW owner/operators. The prices increased…and the quality of food is decreasing over time. The previous owners were to be watched…now I’m getting that these ones are also! I generally order safe - chicken wings and fries - because the quality of the ‘Chinese’ dishes is just not there! Anyway…this is what I got today for my $13 lunch! Of course I took it back! It’s something I’m sure their DOG wouldn’t have eaten! Yet they served it to ME!

I ordered crab Rangoon which came with a supposed house made duck sauce and not a sweet and sour sauce when I said I didn’t want it the manager had an attitude and was super rude.

General Tso's chicken. Over cooked(hard to chew). More breading than anything else. Egg roll small, very little filling and under cooked, innerwrap still raw. About one step up from McDonald's. Save some money, hit up subway down the street...

Too crunchy and, a brown paper bag? I stopped by this place for a quick order of chicken wings - that’s all I was willing to risk getting because I was unfamiliar with it. Upon entry, the place looked very aged. I was a little bit skeptical initially but then a couple other people came in so I went ahead and placed my order. I got chicken wings, and fries, the fries came in a plastic container like normally a small dish of rice would but my chicken wings came in a greasy brown paper bag. The taste was acceptable, which is why I gave the food three stars. The fries were good. I don’t think I’ll go back again.

We used to get Mings quite often until we found some lady bugs in our food. We called to let them know, but they were quite hostile when we requested some new food. Haven't had in a few years, but today shopping at Food Lion, I thought I'd give them another try. General Tso Shrimp, pork fried rice, and an egg roll. The shrimp was good, but the fried rice had very little ingredients, seemed very over saturated with soy sauce, and the egg roll was cold. It even had rack marks where you could see where it had been sitting for a while before they packaged it. Take out order only took 10 mins. Very friendly when I went to pick up.

My rating is strictly on the food. I ordered the spicy orange chicken bowl with chow mein. Although it was a bit tasty, I couldn't help but notice how small the portions were. You get so little for such a high price. Nevertheless, the chicken was good and the noodles were decent. The egg roll has an interesting texture that I'm not used to but still good. Overall, I think this is an almost decent stop for Chinese food in a rush.

All broccoli no beef… I didn’t get a single piece of beef in my order and most of the broccoli looks like mush. The rice is dry and hard and the orange chicken is any better. The lady working the drive through was about the only good thing at this place. I’m disappointed.

Last night, my wife and I ordered the beef and mushroom, sweet and sour chicken, crab wonton and chicken wings. I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a while because this place is our go-to Chinese restaurant near our home. The food was amazing and refreshing. They cooked the mushroom to perfection and the sauce was amazing as well. The sweet and sour was crispy and the sauce wasn’t too sweet or sour lol. I highly recommend this place to anyone on the West End.

Glad I tried for myself after reading some of the negative reviews. I’m new to this part of RIC, and have ordered twice so far. Food is the best in this area where there are just a few to choose from. I enjoyed the crispy wings, and, the pork fried rice is the best, as the rice is cooked firm and not mushy.. House special lo mein had good flavor but just needs a bit more sauce and meat. I’m a NJ girl here in VA, and this spot comes close to up North, city food. The menu has many options when you order directly from their website. Nice owner who is friendly enough, in my opinion. I hope they stay consistent with quality.

Would have given them zero stars. Waited 20 minutes for me and my husbands food, then Get our plate, which we order the two entrée and they gave me more vegetables and rice than meat. 30$ meal for this?. Won’t be returning back to this location.

Bad service. How dare they serve burnt chicken? It's bad for your health, it damages your stomach lining. I come to this store because it's the closest, but the service keeps getting worse. They're annoyed that we eat there. They start cleaning and sweeping to make us feel uncomfortable. So why do they put the tables up, just for show?

Wanted Chinese food and picked this restaurant for location and reviews. Was cautiously optimistic. I got the beef and vegetable with pan fried noodles, a dish I have eaten for decades in New York.... their versus was authentic and exactly what I hoped for. There was a lot of beef and vegetables. Delicious! Will be back next time I am in town.

A fantastic Cantonese restaurant! Every dish we ordered was excellent. The roast duck was authentic and flavorful, the eggplant clay pot was rich and well-seasoned, the braised beef brisket was tender, and the pea shoots were incredibly fresh. Highly recommend this place!

Huang’s Express is my go-to spot for Chinese takeout—always fresh, flavorful, and consistent. Their Kung Pao Shrimp is absolutely delicious, with the perfect balance of heat and crunch. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the service is quick and friendly. This place never disappoints.

I ordered Singapore rice noodles, but the seasoning wasn't well mixed—not all of the noodles had flavor. Some parts were bland, while others had an overpowering taste. There’s room for improvement.

I really like tops china. I would not go anywhere else for my Chinese food. It's always so freshly cooked . I have never been disappointed. And the card that they give you to have them Mark off when u buy a meal is awesome for every 9 meals you get one meal free is a great idea. So thanks tops china. See you soon.

Today was my first time ordering from Top's China and I am very pleased. I ordered the Shrimp Chow Mei Fun. It was loaded with shrimp and flavor. They were very generous with the quantity. I WILL be a returning customer.

Perfect hole in wall Chinese spot, great for takeout. They have some of the best crab Rangoon in the area and the portion is quite large but the sauce is a bit too sweet.

I was in the area and decided to get Chinese food. This restaurant cams up in my Google search of nearby restaurants. I placed my order online. When I walked in the restaurant I immediately wanted to cancel my order and leave. The inside is super small out dated and honestly kind of dirty looking. But I gave them a chance. Glad I did. The food was DELICIOUS!!! I live 30mins from the place and the food was still piping hot when I got home. I ordered beef and broccoli, general tso chicken ,crab Rangoon and Wonton soup. This would definitely be my go to restaurant if I lived closer

Love the low key laid back location! Ordered 3X times so far and food is above par in taste compared to most all the others in the area. I’m from NJ originally and the bbq spare rib tips had the same great flavor. The house lo mein is the best in the area (please stay consistent with this). The only thing that could be improved upon was the general tso chicken which was a bit dry. That was a surprise. Don’t know if it was a bad cook moment, but I would really have to consider if I’ll give it one more try.

Hidden Gem. Tasty, good value, and friendly service. Sesame chicken was great!
