We've had delivery twice and both times we've been pretty happy. The fried rice is really good, my son says it's the best that he's had. Was a little disappointed with the sweet and sour shrimp, but pretty much we've been pretty happy with everything we've ordered. Delivery has been pretty quick. Food shows up nice and hot. This is probably going to be our new go to Chinese delivery.

This place is delicious!! I am very impressed with the food. We got Szechuan Chicken which was amazing. Very flavorful and had the characteristic mouth tingling. Not too spicy. We also got sesame beef and the green beans. Each entree included veggies. Portions are a good size. I will definitely order again and look forward to trying new things!

This is a phenomenal gem of a restaurant located in Richmond, Virginia. From the moment you walk in and you’ll get greeted to the time you sit on the table, is a very pleasant experience. The hostess and the server were extremely polite well mannered. Now comes important part, the food! I’ve lived overseas in China and have been to China many times. Chengdu is one of my favorite places to visit. I was beyond impressed by the quality of the food and the taste of the food in this restaurant. The food was top-notch and was very reminiscent of the food that I had in the Sichuan province. I highly recommend this place and I’ll definitely be back to this restaurant again.

The most authentic Chinese food you can get in Richmond for sure. The staff are very casual but attentive and food is very good and comes out very fast. Definitely going to be a regular customer here! The serving portion are huge! It is a bit warm in there because there isn’t AC but it’s worth it for the delicious food.

Always great food cooked well. I use to live in area, when I come vist I make sure I stock up. I wish they could send it mail. The best.

Preface: If I ever "look" for somewhere quick to eat, it will be Chinese, and I always order Orange chicken. Some places it's good, others... meh. Lunch break? Of course I'll try a new Chinese take out. I received a pleasant greeting and proceeded with the standard process: order... 10 minutes later food is in hand and I'm whistling back to the truck. Took a short drive to Tuckahoe Creek Boardwalk to relax with scenery. Dragon City Orange chicken is phenomenal! I asked for exxtra spicy and the chef sliced the chilies before tossing em in the mix. Not too sugary, and plenty of orange rinds. Pork fried rice was delicious, fresh and juicy pieces of pork, not some crispy bacon bits. I forgot to ask them to add an egg to the rice, but I can't spoil myself too much. Satisfaction accomplished, thank you! Photo taken down the road at Tuckahoe Creek Boardwalk, check it out!

Peking Restaurant on West Broad Street in Henrico offers a solid, traditional Chinese dining experience. This isn't a place for fusion cuisine or trendy twists; they stick to the classics, and for the most part, they do them well. Overall: If you're looking for a reliable place to get your Chinese food fix in Henrico, Peking Restaurant is a good option. It's a solid choice for a casual meal with family or friends. Just be aware that it's not going to be a cutting-edge culinary experience, but rather a comforting and familiar one.

Generous portion sizes, delicious food and an expansive menu. Everything you want from a Chinese restaurant at a reasonable price. Great spot, and worth going out of your way to try. We get the general tso chicken and the beef lo mien, which never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Tried this place because of the reviews, have to say was not disappointed with what we ordered. Restaurant is kinda cool inside, the deco if very unique. So we started with the pupu platter because we wanted to try both the Rangoon, shrimp toast which was highly rated and the eggrolls. It also came with chicken wings and some beef on stick as well as short ribs. Wings were ehh as well as the Rangoon. Shrimp toast was great and lived up to its ratings, the short ribs were excellent and the egg rolls tasted very fresh and tasty as well. We shared the generals chicken again based on reviews, it was fantastic.. probably the best of I’ve had since living in Virginia. Be aware that as ordered it is not white meat but we opted for white meat which was $1 up charge but it was worth it! Super tasty! Disappointed in the fried rice side that came with it, the rice tasted a bit old and the texture was definitely off. Lastly the pork Lo Mein.. it was also very enjoyable however I would get it without mushrooms next time it kinda threw off some bites and I feel like it was canned mushrooms vs fresh. All in all I would definitely recommend a stop, staff were friendly food was filling and very tasty. We will come again.

WOW!!! I am traveling and so lucky I found this gem of a place. They have the best fried rice that I've ever had. Their rangoons were also spectacular and prepared my favorite way-- with the best ratio of filing to wrapper!! I got food for pickup, but as soon as I saw how lovely the interior is (great lighting, decor, and a water feature!) I wish I had dined in!! I could see it being a great spot for special occaisons. I wish I had something of this caliber near where I live. I will cherish the memory and look forward to my next visit, whenever that may be!

A solid dimsum experience. The only missing piece is the traveling cart that you usually see at other dimsum places. But that’s not a must. We enjoyed everything that we ordered there. Maybe except for the roasted pork. Our order didn’t come with any skin. I don’t know if that was by design or not.

Very authentic and tasty Chinese food. Probably the best Chinese restaurant in the Richmond area currently. Prices are reasonable for portion size. Cute homey decor. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Love the low key laid back location! Ordered 3X times so far and food is above par in taste compared to most all the others in the area. I’m from NJ originally and the bbq spare rib tips had the same great flavor. The house lo mein is the best in the area (please stay consistent with this). The only thing that could be improved upon was the general tso chicken which was a bit dry. That was a surprise. Don’t know if it was a bad cook moment, but I would really have to consider if I’ll give it one more try.

Hidden Gem. Tasty, good value, and friendly service. Sesame chicken was great!

This is our favorite local chinese restaurant. We always just order on the Beyond Menu app and it is easy to order and pick up/pay at the restaurant. I think it depends when you order because on the weekend nights they can get very busy and I have had to wait over 45 minutes. During the week I never have an issue as they give you 20-25 minutes for pick up. The lady at the counter is always friendly and the food is delicious.

Food is delicious but wait time is ridiculous. They tell you 20-25 minutes and you wait an hour. They need to be honest about the wait time so you can come when it is almost ready and no problem. Charge for the order when you order so they are not stuck. Every time I order I have to wait an hour or more when I arrive when I was told 20-25 minute. I have walked out twice due to having people waiting to eat at my home and have gone to pick up pizza. Again, delicious food and wonderful people but terrible food time. Also, they need to update the restaurant, I have several friends say they would never eat food from there due to the awful looking atmosphere on the inside. Sorry, but am trying to find another Chinese restaurant.

Too crunchy and, a brown paper bag? I stopped by this place for a quick order of chicken wings - that’s all I was willing to risk getting because I was unfamiliar with it. Upon entry, the place looked very aged. I was a little bit skeptical initially but then a couple other people came in so I went ahead and placed my order. I got chicken wings, and fries, the fries came in a plastic container like normally a small dish of rice would but my chicken wings came in a greasy brown paper bag. The taste was acceptable, which is why I gave the food three stars. The fries were good. I don’t think I’ll go back again.

We used to get Mings quite often until we found some lady bugs in our food. We called to let them know, but they were quite hostile when we requested some new food. Haven't had in a few years, but today shopping at Food Lion, I thought I'd give them another try. General Tso Shrimp, pork fried rice, and an egg roll. The shrimp was good, but the fried rice had very little ingredients, seemed very over saturated with soy sauce, and the egg roll was cold. It even had rack marks where you could see where it had been sitting for a while before they packaged it. Take out order only took 10 mins. Very friendly when I went to pick up.

My rating is strictly on the food. I ordered the spicy orange chicken bowl with chow mein. Although it was a bit tasty, I couldn't help but notice how small the portions were. You get so little for such a high price. Nevertheless, the chicken was good and the noodles were decent. The egg roll has an interesting texture that I'm not used to but still good. Overall, I think this is an almost decent stop for Chinese food in a rush.

All broccoli no beef… I didn’t get a single piece of beef in my order and most of the broccoli looks like mush. The rice is dry and hard and the orange chicken is any better. The lady working the drive through was about the only good thing at this place. I’m disappointed.

Good news, bad news: The good: great egg rolls! Large and flavorful. Also, Mai gai was excellent and a large serving. The bad: no tap water available - you have to buy a bottle for a buck! And no hot tea! (Is this really a Chinese restaurant?) Finally, avoid the shrimp in lobster sauce - tasteless, bland and a soup in gelatinous something with no hint of lobster - the rice was ok.

I've been enjoying the food here since it opened. The food is always delicious and piping hot with very friendly service. I like my food on the spicier side and they've always been accommodating when I requested some extra kick. I've never eaten in and always ordered to go, however a few tables are available and I've always spotted people using them. Great local Chinese restaurant!
