Ordered delivery and waited 2 hours for the food, it arrived cold and flavorless. Called the restaurant and complained the lady on the phone offered me a $10 off towards my next purchase. Also while giving me an attitude. I just wanted a partial refund. So I ended up sending the food back. Upon heading back to the resturant, because I wanted a receipt of my refund she tried to not refund my whole my $40 order. And couldn't explain to me why

Phoning it in: steer clear. For the price, the food should be skipped. Walk, jog, ride to another place — there are two better ones within 1 mile. My only two examples are: egg rolls that clearly came from a freezer off site, and pork fried rice that was … fried rice … and nothing else. We found only a small cube or pork every tenth bite.

Went tonight to get my usual boneless spare rib combo. Gave young woman $15 for my $12 order. Asked for “handful” of soy and duck sauce. She comes back and hands me $1 for change. When asked about other $2 she motions to bag and says you got sauces. Told her that was normal condiments with meals. She says “you asked for extra.” I pointed out that I did not and simply asked for handful. I won’t be going back.

I asked for my chicken fried hard and it was pink and red not done at all.. just nasty couldn’t even eat my chicken..shiit the chicken wasn’t even cleaned ..a waste of my hard earned money!! U have to order ur food at the door I thought Covid was somewhat over lol.. but anyways I will never return here.

For context, I worked at restaurants for many years, and even now harvest my own meat from hunting. That said, I used to recommend this place but not after being served rancid meat in the fried rice, and being told it was fresh after bringing it to their attention. A simple refund and an apology would have sufficed but they were rude and refused to offer even a replacement and denied a refund. Food service is competitive and harsh as is. Don't take it out on your customers.

Ordered the Orange Chicken and fried rice. Went to take a bite and found this little guy hanging out in the middle.

UPDATED REVIEW: I've been back several times and my initial experience appears to be an exception rather than the norm. Service has always been lightning fast and the food has been decent. Once in a while, the orange chicken isn't fresh/crispy. Portions are large when dining and it's a fair value. How does a Chinese restaurant run out of rice during lunch? Small portions. Not fresh. Almost entirely unappetizing vegetables. $11.50 and I left hungry.

I went during closing and the fried rice was like stones. Dried up and fully fried. Reasonable price chicken is mostly good but sometimes it’s very dry.

If you go to this location, go inside so they give you better food and better portions. If you go through the drive thru, they give you crappy portions and "chow mein" that is primarily onions and cabbage. They didn't even get my order right. I ordered half chow mein/half super greens + orange chicken and firecracker steak & shrimp, they gave me all chow mein and honey walnut shrimp that tasted old. I didn't know until i got home and opened the box. Picture is the chow mein I received with a giant chunk of cabbage twice the width of my fork. I always get better food when I go inside.

I haven’t had Panda Express in a long time and today I had a taste for it. The food I ordered was absolutely horrendous. The fried rice was white (no soy sauce was added when it was made), it was the worst fried rice I’ve ever had at Panda Express. The Chow Mein had absolutely no flavor and the Honey Walnut Shrimp was missing the honey. Maybe this was an off day for them but the food was terrible. Please do better.

This was a big disappointment today. I ordered a large portion of chicken curry and the fried wonton appetizer for lunch today. Before I discuss the food, there is a big issue that needs to be addressed. The store front. Man, it's just awful. There are a couple broken coolers with soda in them that have handwritten signs that say, "out of order." Then there is a makeshift COVID protector between you and the kitchen, which is perfectly fine. Except it's filthy. In fact, the whole storefront appeared filthy. Nothing looked like it had been cleaned in ages. The food was packaged well. I have a ten minute drive home, and my lunch was hot when I got home. So that is a positive. The food itself though, was very "meh." The fried wonton was overly chewy and the sauce it came with wasn't the best. It was sweet, but came off as just a sugary substance. The filling of the wontons left a lot to be desired. Almost no flavor at all. The curry though, was the big swing and miss today. I was so excited because I have been craving a good Asian curry for a while and didn't know anywhere in Mansfield to get one. So when I found it on the menu here, I jumped right to it. I'll start with the good. The veggies were cooked well. They were tender yet not overcooked. The heat/spicey level is perfect for me. It wasn't so hot it was burdensome, but it definitely had my nose running while I was eating. Now the bad. This has the worst cooked chicken I've ever eaten. It was mushy and seemed like it was just boiled in water. The curry itself lacked flavor. They need to double the amount of spices they are using to create the curry. Because this has nearly no curry flavor to it at all. To wrap this up, the storefront was hideous, dirty, and uninviting. The food was very meh. And nothing stood out to me as a great, or even good, experience. I don't see myself coming back.

Today marked my initial experience with this Chinese restaurant and I must say I was not particularly impressed. As a Chicago native, I make an effort to explore various dining options, yet I found the Chinese rice to be excessively starchy and sticky, accompanied by an off-putting aroma. While individual preferences may vary, I am simply sharing my perspective. On a positive note, the staff members were exceptionally courteous, which is commendable.
