The food was hot and that was about it. I spent my hard earned money to be disappointed 😞 . Next time, I will read reviews before ordering. There was no seasoning on the food, the corn was sour. And there is brown residue at the bottom of the plate. No sure what that's all about but ... I won't be back!!

I think I have to stick with just the spare ribs and spring rolls. I’ve ordered a few dishes and each time I’ve felt like I wasted my money and today was it!! I’ve never seen or had white (clear) sauce with a shrimp and broccoli dish. And whatever sauce it was had a gel like consistency like it hadn’t been cooked all the way. I ate one broccoli stalk and a few shrimp and decided I couldn’t finish it (waste of $10). So again if I do order here again I’ll just stick to the spare ribs.

I stopped by today for a quick bite. I went through the drive-thru. I waited nearly 10 min. for my order, I just opened it a couple of hours later to find that there was almost no main course, which was the firecracker steak & shrimp. I paid over $10 for this crap. I was completely SCREWED! I guess you don't get good service if you don't donate to their charity EVERY TIME.

I decided to dine in at Panda Express. I like how the front line welcome you in. Customers are in and out which is amazing. I order me a bowl with chow mien and fried rice with sesame chicken and it is fresh and delicious and hot. The chow is cooked very well. The lobby is very big and there is enough parking space so you can bring your family and friends. I like this location and it’s next to grocery store. Thank you so much for what you do. Come and visit everyone. Yummy

The food was delicious. As a Chinese, the food here is Chinese food. The noodles are most likely homemade. I forgot to ask. I had it before , the pickle was home made so I ordered Lamb soup with pickle. The Chinese buns are so chewy and tasty. And they are huge. The servers were very friendly and they helped me to make choice.

Authentic northern Chinese food and lovely chef family. The quantity is huge. Their handmade noodles, meat pancakes, string beans, Guo Bao Rou and other dishes are all wonderful. I love sweat and sour fish. If you seek authentic Chinese food, this place is a great place.

Such a beautiful and cozy restaurant, the staff is amazing, friendly and helpful not to mention how delicious, fresh and hot the food is every single time we visit…hands down my favorite Chinese restaurant..if you haven’t tried it yet please COME and TRY it, you’ll enjoy it just like my husband and I did!!!

I started ordering from this place through DoorDash and the food always fresh and hot! I had to go in and eat in the restaurant to see how it holds up in person. Turns out it’s even better! Rangoons so crispy and sweet, BBQ Ribs are super saucy and tender, sesame chicken was lightly crunchy on the outside and filled with chicken on the inside. The people serving us were sweet and kind. Love this place and hope this business keeps booming!!!!

Empty line for a reason. The food quality just honestly was not good eating it right now with gooey steak that is clearly old. My kung pao chicken is three pieces at Best filled with nothing but squash. I won't be returning to this location and heaps of white rice that's pretty much it.

Came in for a quick bite, got the Bigger plate, got the Pomegranate Pineapple Lemonade, everything was Hot, fresh and looks good! Customer service was great! Filipina lady was nice and friendly and the young lady at the register I think her name is Tania, she sold me on the drinks with samples and she treats the customers good! I'll be back! Good job 👍

What i ordered vs what I got. I called the store and they said, “what do you want us to do it was delivered.” The workers do not care about customer satisfaction or service. How are you able to pack up a order and send it out for delivery knowing it’s not complete yet.

Service gets one star because everytime I go through the drive through the AI gets my order wrong. Ordering Kung Pao Chicken sounds nothing like Sesame Chicken but the AI thinks it does. Get rid of this horrible excuse to downsize employees and take care of customers. All this does is make me not come here and go to Fan Chinese cause if I'm going inside to order I'm going to at least get far better food for my extra trouble.

I am very disappointed, let me clarify. I live in a very small town, there is not a lot of selections when it comes to food in my little town, Every Thursday I happen to be in Alvin; and this is the second time I’ve been heavily disappointed in this Panda Express. After ordering my meal, I drive 45 minutes home to open my box ( 2 meats and 1 side) to realize there was actually NO meat in my plate. Maybe 3-4 tiny pieces and everything else was veggies.. MIND YOU- I paid over $10 dollars for what? All rice and veggies?? There wasn’t even a full serving of meat, and I can’t help but think not only is that violating Panda Expresses standards it’s just plain high way robbery. I solely ordered this plate tonight because the FIRST time I came and ordered beef & broccoli and only received broccoli and NO MEAT. So what’s the deal? Is this a policy issue? Is this Panda Expresses new standard? Is this a manger issue? Do we all as paying consumers need to go up the corporate ladder, because as of now many people are being completely taken advantage of.

Really enjoyed the Alvin location versus the League City one. Seemed to be much cleaner and attentive. The food even tasted better.

yuucky!! The wong tongs are triangles of deep fried dough with a weird hard tiny piece of meat in the middle. (The dark spot). The egg drop soup has a weird after taste like old water. The sweet and sour chicken was good but the rice had that weird after taste too.

I have gotten sick with food poisoning not once, not twice, not even 3 times but 4 times now I tried to convince myself it wasn't this place because I get the egg drop soup and the crab puffs only so it has to be one of them. Or maybe they are just straight up poisoning me but the last 4 times with time in between i have gotten Clear food poisoning. Vomiting, Diarea, Fever. Right after eating here. I gain nothing from leaveing this review. I am just trying to save others from haveing to go through the same thing. Like I said it's bin the last 4 times. I can't deny it the way I felt waking up this morning. Do not eat here unless you want to get sick.

I was 3rd in line during dinner time on a saturday. Took a while to get to me but only because they were already runing on all cylinders. Abdul took care of my order very nice for being under a lot of pressure. Both him and the woman working along side him worked hard and cohesively. The woman diligently worked the to go orders and they communicated well with each other. The two cooks an older Asian gentleman and a younger male next to him worked fast and hard as well. The younger cook was running cardboard out and keeping up with orders while keeping stations clean. There's a little tension in the crew but they were pushing orders out. They gave me and the two men before me great service and quality food. I also liked that while I was waiting they were preparing to go orders and they did not skip out on fullness of the plate with the freshest ingredients and rechecking order stickers to be correct. Had i ordered online I would've been very happy with the plates I saw going out.

We visited today and was very happy with the freshness of our food👏🏻. Love when food is nice, fresh nd hot🔥. Can say they seemed a bit undrstaffed on the morning shift tho. Also food did take a bit longer than usual to come out but when it did it was worth the wait😁. Hope they keep up the freshness nd im positive people can enjoy this location more☺️. P.s love their outside area👌🏼, very nice nd calm.

Lotus Chinese at The Domain in Austin offers a spacious and modern setting. The dumplings were flavorful and well-prepared, but the beef and shrimp fried rice didn’t quite meet my expectations. Great food. Service was super fast and super friendly. Noodles were spicy and dumplings crispy. Would def recommend and be back soon!!!

Came here for the first time on April 7th for dinner. It was about 5:45, typical dinner time, but they have very little food ready. Most of the food bowls to pick from were nearly empty, so we ended up choosing something that we really didn't want. Food quality was almost decent. That was disappointing.

This Panda Express location has a fresh and vibrant atmosphere, making it stand out from other locations I’ve visited. Even though it’s two years old, it still feels new and well-maintained. The staff was young, enthusiastic, and welcoming, which added to the overall dining experience. The food was good, but the fried rice wasn’t as hot as I would have liked—that was the only drawback. this location also has a drive-thru.

Chicken was not fully cooked rice was uncooked they told me to just take the uncooked chicken out and they gave me a box with chicken instead of changing everything out place is trash 10/10 do not recommend

Keep trying to give this place a chance but customer service is terrible never have food ready and the food is lacking flavor. Went there today and received mostly greasy flavorless chow mien bland fried rice, the green bean chicken breast that always is a wait took 15 min wasn’t a hit either. Manager could care less about the complaint let alone the job just looked at my receipt went to the register, grabbed cash, and placed it on top of the glass and walked away.
