This was our first time here and unfortunately we had a rather disappointing experience. While enjoying our meal, I was shocked to find a bone in my orange chicken. When I brought this to the manager's attention, she nonchalantly told me it was normal and asked me to bring the chicken in for them to see. I guess they wanted proof that their "boneless" chicken had a surprise inside! The lack of concern from the management disappointing. I brought it in and without looking at the proof the kind gentleman at the front gave a refund. He also said "yeah, it happens..." Needless to say we will not be returning.

This is the best Chinese food in the area and has been for 20+ years. My family and I have been taking out from here for that long. It’s not just about the great tasting food either. The friendly customer service and reliability is another reason we always come back. Not expensive, always delicious, and fast. Try the cashew chicken or beef broccoli !

Let just say I bought appetizers and they didn’t make it to the house! They was 🔥 everything else was really good,hot&fresh,food was not overwhelming salty or sweet. Very well put together to go bag and restaurant was very clean! Def will be returning!

Best Chinese food I’ve had in years. Order was ready on time. The chicken egg roll was flavorful and not greasy. The egg foo young was fresh. The vegetables were fresh. Will be ordering from here again.

We ordered a fairly large take out order and was told it would be 25 minutes. The food was ready on time when we arrived. We got home and it all looked delicious. The fried rice was pretty good. The pressed duck lacked flavor even with the sauce. The egg foo young paddies were in the gravy and I like the gravy to be on the side so i guess this is my fault and i need to specify that. No big deal just personal preference. The sesame chicken was good but had orange slices in it so I feel like it was more like orange chicken with sesame seeds sprinkled over the top. Overall, I feel like the food was just ok and some of it lacked flavor.

This place is phenomenal. They don't make Chinese the same McDonald's esque way as everywhere else. They have their own family recipes and it is delicious. I moved away and just came back after years of not being there. They only do carry out now, but damn is it good. Please keep this place in business.

The BEST Chinese food around!! Friendly staff and clean inside! We will drive the extra 15 mins to get there! Food is always fresh and hot. We’ve tried quite a few menu options and none have disappointed! General Tso, sesame chicken and the boneless ribs are our go to. The lo mein, egg rolls and the scallion pancakes are very yummy too!

Best Chinese food in the area! The owner is the nicest man on the face of the Earth. I love it here. :)

Quick update - STILL Amazing!! Had to add a picture of the combination plate. It was all great and the sauces were over the top! The best way to give a quick overview of this restaurant would be to say that it is simply stunning on all levels! Let's start with the very clean and well decorated restaurant that makes you feel comfortable just walking in. If you call your order in or if you order when you get there, they have a very nice area to wait for your food. The food was well presented, exploding with multiple fresh flavors and spices! I really enjoy Thai food BUT, Sweet Basil took my love for Thai food to another level! Thank you SO much for what you do to make what comes out of the kitchen simply amazing! The last thing that needs to be mentioned is the way the staff relates to the customers. This was our first time at this restaurant and my wife had some questions. They answered all of her questions with patience and concern. We felt welcome here right from the start but the way they talked to many of the other customers was like they were chatting with family. I am guessing that these were regular visitors but the fact that they talked to people by name was impressive. Even more impressive that they helped people with their orders that could use some assistance. Start to finish, this was a fantastic visit. The food and staff will bring me back anytime I am in the area. I wish they were open more - AND I lived closer - but when you work with that much passion, you deserve some time off! Keep up the great work!

Thai and Laotion specialties done with fresh ingredients and expertly prepared. I loved their version of pad Thai and their Jeow Bong fried rice. I saw the next tables char grilled beef skewers and I'm getting that next time for sure. Very busy place.

Fried rice not enough flavor for my liking but suprisingly loaded with pork. Appetizers were overall pretty good. ******Update 12/24/24 ^^star Appetizers cooked to perfection Really nice coating.. Sweet n sour chicken.fried perfectly and the sauce is,so good. Service and delivery were Awesome..to the staff. keep up the Great work.

They are all so nice and friendly. The food is usually fresh, but every once in a while we get something that we can tell had been sitting. We love the tempura and the sauteed vegetables. We usually get the platter, the pork rice, chow mein, and veggie low mein. The best part is they deliver so you don't have to deal with door dash

I ordered general tsp’s shrimp here, it was delicious. Sauce was thick and a lot of it. The lady at the counter was very friendly and sweet. Will definitely stop by again.

I have stopped patronizing this business in the past due to the lack of customer service care and professionalism in handling complaints. This review in particular is due to them serving reheated food, especially wings and this time burnt fried rice.

Today when my daughter and I ate lunch at the Asian Buffet, their usual floor sign was near the checkout, at the front entrance. They advertised adult lunch price as $9.99 and dinner $11.99. After we chose our food and began eating, the hostess brought our ticket to the table. I noticed she had charged us for dinner instead of lunch, so I told her that she had accidentally rung us up at the dinner price. She told me they were charging dinner price all day because it was Valentines Day. I then pointed to their sign and told her that it wasn't kosher to charge more than their advertised price and that nowhere was there a posting about charging Dinner prices all day today. Their sign is a dry eraser board...they could have easily posted the correct price! I also mentioned that there didn't seem to be anything besides lunch items on the buffet during lunch today. She made no offer to correct the bill and instead, just shrugged her shoulders and said "sorry". The restaurant made a lot of extra money by overcharging customers today. There was a table of at least 10 men. That one group would have been overcharged $26.50. The food tasted fine but I do not agree with blatantly overcharging. May not be doing business with them again.

A long establishment of Franklin KY, not the best looking when it come to looks, building is old . But we eat here all the time and the owners are very nice (lady) owner needs a vacation. We would recommend this establishment to outsiders. It’s in downtown Franklin, KY next to the Piggly Wiggly Grocery store. As of 8/20/19 I came and saw this sign on the front door. We will see if new folks will keep the standing as the owners I have come to know.

Portion control needs to be better. I ordered the family meal with 2 sides of chow mein. When the employee was filling the box the noodles were so skimpy I had to ask for him to fill it more which he did. After all that the box still wasn't full. It was maybe 85-90% full and weighed 15oz. I shouldn't have to ask for the box to be filled to the top.

Definitely one of the worst Panda Express restaurants I’ve visited. I’ve already left feedback on the website. The tldr is poor protein portion. And this isn’t my first visit here, so I’m disappointed.

We went to Chili’s on a Saturday afternoon and what a great choice. Our waitress was so sweet and did a fantastic job. We had the Chicken Bacon quesadillas, fries and steak/shrimp fajitas. Everything was so delicious! I will definitely go again.

Our server was amazing and we had a great experience here! He consistently checked on us and got us drinks when we ran low. I have never experienced this good of customer service in America since I've been back! I highly recommend this place and no wonder it was busy! The food was good and so we're the drinks, thank you!! Clean restaurant, clean restrooms, and friendly/professional staff!

Sweet lady , Best Chinese spot we have tried in TN so far. Definitely recommend the general tso chicken ! Food was still hot even after driving 20+ minutes home.

Poor customer service and food. This place only survives because it's in the middle of a very large subdivision and is extremely convenient for everyone that lives in the neighborhood. We have tried on a few occasions for this fact, but always end up being disappointed. They will tell you it will be ready in 20 minutes, while you wait an hour to pick up your food and they don't care. No quality control over the food either.
