The food was wonderful... The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because the rice was a tad greasy. Everything else was spot-on. The owner (May) was there to greet us as we walked in and gave us plenty of extra house made duck sauce which btw is outstanding. I will definitely be returning.

I think this place might be under new management, though but sure when they took over. The menu is smaller now, but in my opinion the food is much better quality. Only complaint is the fried rice doesn't have veggies, but I was unbothered because our dishes had so many veggies in them.

Rude lady in front tried to tell me I called in before and never picked up order. When she read me the number back it wasnt even the correct number. Lost a paying customer. Get better with your customer service. Absolutely no way to run a business. I wish I could give less than a 1 Star.

This is a nice Chinese food place with good food and good service. It is in a small shopping center and the building itself is fairly small. There's only a couple of tables for sitting at. When I came in, the staff took my order right away and they were friendly. The food was done fairly quickly and it was a good portion. I got the house fried rice and it was flavorful.

The other day, when I stopped by Franklin for a lovely luncheon with my golf buddies, I decided to stop by Long River. The service was excellent, and I was frank(lin)ly blown away by the quality of the food here. The orange chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy, and the flavors simply danced on my tongue in a nice symphony—or perhaps more like a waltz? Either way, it paired well with the house lo mein that we split, and I would recommend this shop to any of my old buddies. Huzzah!

I was reluctant to get Chinese food out in Franklin but this place was surprisingly very good. The young lady behind the counter was very polite and friendly. I ordered the chicken with mixed vegetables lunch special and it came out pretty quick. The food was really, really good. The vegetables were cooked perfectly. I'll definitely be stopping by again.

No customers. Health rating of 83/100. Toilet paper stacked up by the door. Super sketchy. Food wasn’t ready 45 minutes after placing th order. Left immediately. Avoid this place.

Was hopeful to get some good take out Chinese food but this was not it. Chicken was mostly skin and fat that didn't get trimmed off or even crisped up in the frier so it was chewy. One dish was over seasoned with sodium to the point of being inedible. I'm not likely to order from here again.

I recently went to Bamboo house and had a great experience overall. The food was flavorful, with a variety of traditional Chinese dishes that were well-prepared. While the dishes were enjoyable, the standout of the experience was definitely the service. The person on the phone who helped us with our order was incredibly professional and attentive. They took the time to listen to our preferences and made thoughtful recommendations. When we arrived, the service continued to impress. The staff was friendly and efficient, checking in just the right amount to ensure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. It was clear that the team takes pride in providing excellent service, and that made the meal much more enjoyable. Overall, while the food was great, the excellent service truly enhanced the experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to Bamboo House not just for the tasty dishes, but for the top-tier service as well.

I came here after a long day to enjoy some convenient food, the food was warm and delectable but I found a hair although it was just extra protein, The staff was amazing though don’t get me wrong, this kid named Rick at the front counter filled the atmosphere with joy and comfort taking my order with excellent and perpetual customer service.

Place is huge! There are 6 food stations plus hibachi grill and noodle bowl station all included in the buffet price. Came for lunch adults were 13.95 kids 6-10 is 7.95 and kids 3-5 is 5.95. They have a good selection of sushi and it is top notch. They have a lot of deserts to choose from and finger type foods. Everything was delicious and done to perfection. We came here because we were in the area. I wish we had something like this closer to us! I definitely recommend trying it if you plan on being in the area.

Now called Waha buffet. Biggest buffet in the area. Includes sushi, hibachi grill, noodles, plus the usual Chinese entrees. Small cups of ice cream in chocolate, strawberry and vanilla, and other little cakes for dessert. Fruit, salad bar. Something for every taste, including pizza for the kids.

The food was phenomenal, the effort that was put in the food made this entire meal amazing. I loved the Chicken Tiki Masala was a 10/10, I would definitely get it again. The aftermath of our food was good and all the food we had was eaten. And I loved these little candies so much when I was younger, very glad to see these again!!

We've been thinking of ordering from here as it's closer to our home. We ordered Chicken 65 and Madras Chicken. Chicken 65 was pretty good, even though it lacked crispiness and curry leaves. Not the best I had but still pretty good, big portion size. I've rated low mainly for the Madras Chicken. Taste was bland and the portion size was also small. Almost felt like they repurposed butter chicken gravy and dunked some raw unseasoned chicken pieces into that gravy and then just heated up. Never gonna order any of their chicken gravy items again. It's yet another Indian restaurant where every single gravy taste the same.

Horrible food and unsanitary staff! Woman at the front spat a big chunk of her spit on her hands before counting our money! House special calamari was the worst we’ve ever had- thick breading and unpleasant flavor- like old burnt oil. Salt and pepper shrimp were burnt. Literally spat out the pineapple shrimp dish. Veggie dishes had an unpleasant gelatinous sauce with overcooked veggies. Broccoli was cooked to a mushy texture. Shrimp fried rice was the only edible item. This was our first and LAST time trying this place.

A non descript storefront, foyer leads to a small lobby with host counter. Dining/bar area in adjacent room. Friendly woman handled my order. This was our first time calling in since our usual place was closed for vacation. Was only there for take-out. Ordered a small assortment of standard dishes. Scallion pancakes were layered, puffy, crispy and not oily. Under seasoned by design in order to sop up the nice soy dipping sauce. Chicken teriyaki skewers were tender and flavorful. The spring rolls (that were fried) had mushrooms in them-pleasant surprise. We got the veggie lo mein and pork lo mein. Ample portions and the pork was done homestyle strips-not the red dye spareribs style. Overall we liked everything and might now have a new go-to spot for Chinese take out.

I loved the ribs, brisket and wings. All were cooked just right. I would definitely eat from here again. Ribs had bones fall off Wings have amazing flavor Brisket was juicy and not Overcooked. What I ordered was 10/10. My friends were not crazy about the mac n cheese saying it lacked flavor.

For the best takeout sandwiches this place can’t be beat - always excellent! Fries are extremely good super crispy and not dry, Cheeseburger is super flavourful juicy and meat is cooked perfectly. Melts in your mouth and always always always worth the good price. Pulled pork sandwich delicious as well as the brisket, which is so juicy and both are smoked exceptionally well overnight which leads to the strong taste and smoky aroma. Highly recommend. Unfortunately though there are only two tables in the place though and it is really empty

Initially went there on a lunch date with my boyfriend and it was delicious but later I saw they had a breakfast menu. I HAD to try it! Came back the next week and had their AMAZING French Toast. It wasn't like any other toast it was THICC- the waitress there told me its a restaurant made bread they make there in the kitchen. I highly recommend and once I move out there I plan to eat more. 😋

The best lamb chops, liver (I know, but the wine sauce they use is delicious), any shrimp and scallop pasta dish (they vary how they offer them). The daily specials are fantastic in price, portion AND flavor. The staff is sooo friendly (even the drive-through).

The person who took my order was very arrogant, rude, and completely unprofessional and she kept making me repeat my order after I said it 3 times. I’m a food critique myself and I just felt not welcome at all in a small establishment, I would not recommend going there if you have a short temper, however there were a few people that were nice, it was just a older women with gray hair that took my order and was very rude and ignorant, as well that I had forgot to mention, and she kept ranting to the customers about her “work problems” which was unbelievable and unprofessional considering there were kids no older than 6 in the pizzeria. However considering that there is a better pizzeria a few blocks down (Danny’s or Wawa) I would just go to that one instead since they have better service. Danny’s is just a little bit more expensive but worth it.

Really only problem i have with this place is the people I have had a few incidents where they messed up and took it out on me. For instance ordered a cheese steak. They gave my order to someone else and gave me their order so I had to return with it was told I would have to wait another 45 minutes I waited 2 hrs they served every1 there 1st then remade my order. And that I was lucky that I didn't have to pay the difference. Excuse me what difference the people are just rude. Another incident was went there. Ordered pizza cheese steak mega fries a lot of stuff. My kid wanted to Sit and eat our food paid for our food by a young lady. Very nice and then they switch shifts .My kid wanted a soda so I go to buy a soda and the lady is having a problem with my card. She's swiping, it aggressadly didn't work so then she tries typing it in didn't even type in all the numbers just acted like she did through the card at me and said it's declined. I had plenty of money on it. She was so rude and this was an older lady. The younger lady was very nice. If she would have came back I could have got my soda. There was another family there. It was embarrassing how she was yelling at me would never eat there again. Except for my kid loves their party pie. But every time I've been there, it's almost been that same lady who is always nasty. So yeah, I try never to eat at this place. You had better customer service. I would eat there probably twice a week. And ive lived next to this place for over 20 years!! Thanks but no thanks i feel bad for even saying all this but its the truth i was with my kid!! dont get me wrong my sister says she never has issuses here and if u look at the both of us u would think u would get rude with her and not me!!
