Idk if it's just corporate greed, but I remember when they used to have buckets of sauce for dipping, it was mostly for the rolls and crab Rangoon but I love it for everything I order, then they switched to packets which barely have anything in it. I ordered my food as usual the other day and they told me I could only have 2 packets for my orange chicken order. Wtf

You guys definitely need to stop hiring people that don’t understand English or train your people to speak English and understand the words that are coming out of my mouth. This panda express is very unprofessional and it’s busy as the mall is they should always have food ready to be served

So me and the family tried to come in to get something to eat on Sunday come in they were closing at 5 o’clock go in that mean ass lady which is in this picture I guess it’s the manager or owner. She has an attitude every time you go in Plus didn’t give us a discount on this dry ass food that was so sad. I’m done with this place I’m going to hibachi‘s in Madison.

There building need upgrade renovations, it has been in building very long time, the food is not that great, it is kind of dirty in the seating area, the food was not up to standard, I had a had time choosing what to try on their buffet as nothing made sense in selections, I decide to try just vegetables and it was difficult on that too the food sits longer than it should and the meats looked like the were hard from drying out...the waitress tried to be nice she deserves a badge of bravery and honor for trying to make good of what she clearly knows is the restaurant needs a complete makeover. I asked could I try taking some photos that maybe bring more customers to get revenue to fix their business, she refused and said no I could not take photos of the food so I took one photo anyways...

They always give me big portions and great food. I’ve been going here for almost 10 years. I love this place and highly recommend it.

The food is ok if you get what you order and the things that go with it. I ordered 2 months ago sweet and sour chicken on Uber eats and got no red sauce. I called and the guy I spoke with had the attitude of sux to be you. Today I order again to give them another try. I put in notes to please make sure I got red sauce and duck sauce. I ordered a total of 6 egg rolls. I specifically put in notes send enough duck sauce I got ONE PACK for 6 egg rolls. The red sauce did come this time a little cup like you get butter and sour cream in I believe it is a 2 once cup. Anyhoo I would not recommend delivery.

This place it's a hit and miss. Like you really have to know what to order here. Or the food is going to be disgusting. My rice had no flavor at all. Everything we ate here. Was tasteless. How are they still in business? 🤷🏾‍♀️

😳 😳 😳 😳 First off this place is dirty, But some of the best places you find to eat in this town are like that. The lady up front does not speak very good English which is I guess to be expected but the problem is is we ordered two chefs specials and we did not get that and when I brought it to her attention she kept wanting to trade me more dollars her words not mine... Very very bad customer service. I finally got her to remake one of them at least and that was like pulling teeth. My advice the food was nothing to write home to Mama about, so keep trucking 🚛

They shorted me on one of my containers! The picture shows what was in the small size container before anything was eaten from it! I'm upset that they shorted me because they knew that I wasn't watching them!

Our family of 3 stopped here during a road trip. This was my 5 year old’s first time having Panda Express! While he was ordering and undecided about some of the items, Andrew the manager was so friendly, and offered some free chicken in another flavor so he could try it. He even brought a little plate of more chicken over to our table in case our son liked it (he did!). We were really impressed with the service and kindness at this location. The portions are also extremely generous. It was a great meal for us to fill up after a long day on the road, our family made a fun new memory together, and my child has a new favorite restaurant!

I recently dined at China King restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. While the food was only fair in taste, what disappointed me most was the lack of cleanliness throughout the establishment. The bathrooms were very dirty, which is concerning for a place where hygiene should be a top priority. Additionally, the chairs in the dining room were sticky, and even the table had a sticky residue. Overall, the combination of subpar food and poor cleanliness left much to be desired. I hope the restaurant management takes steps to address these issues to improve the dining experience for future customers.

Walked in after a long day of work paying $50 for my food and was shocked by a burning fire smell. Usually little tucked away Chinese places are delicious so I still wanted to try it. I got home, pulled out my food - only to find soggy wet sweet and sour chicken. & lo mein with black burnt bits in it. Since I am a reasonable person, and could see this was a bit of a rush hour- I was willing to give them a chance to resolve it. I called and spoke with the nice woman at the register. She said wait let me get you with my manager. The manager said you can bring the food back, let us inspect it, and we will remake it for you if it is true. I started getting ready to drive 20 mins back to the restaurant. THEN I receive a phone call from a man. He said since I didn’t order the sweet and sour chicken crispy- the female manager said they would not remake the food for me. So no this place is not Quality or reputable. Would not recommend to my worst enemy! Shame on them for charging for trash then not being true to their word. A person whose word cannot be trusted is down in the lowest levels of humanity there is. Especially a business! Do not give these people your money. Ive had way better, for cheaper with kind caring genuine true service. See photos for proof and soft wet seeet and sour chicken…. Black cripsy nasty bits in the lo mein.

Delicious!!!!.... I picked up an egg fried rice. AMAZING!!! 💙💙customer service was great. Rice full of eggs till the end, hot and fresh. I like my rice truly fried not soggy... I want individual grains of rice and that's exactly what you'll get here!?! TRUE FRIED RICE!!! 💙 I'm from Miami and we like our rice to be fried not soggy and wet mushed together. China Wok (Madison) is my new favorite go to for Chinese food.... I'll definitely be back new loyal customer. I pass 4 Chinese restaurant just to go here for quality of food and reasonable prices. Love, love, love this place🙋🏾‍♀️💙😊

The people who work here are incredibly kind. I’ve never felt the need to make a review but if you’re looking for good food this is not the place. I feel horrible wasting the food but we literally cannot finish it. Everything is so low quality and everything tastes the same. We decide to retreat to the hibachi and I’m honestly just going to keep my comments to myself but I’m very disappointed. I don’t think almost anything here should be human consumed. The desserts and fruit bar were awesome!!! Lots of ice creams to choose from. Pls if you’re trying to treat your kids, find somewhere else.

Very disappointed. You must pay at the door. There was little to no food left on the buffet after we paid. I highly advise you to ask to see the buffet before you eat. Several people expressed this concern to the manager and we were told that more food would be put out. They put more fries, fish and chicken on a stick out. The buffet was left empty. Do not recommend this restaurant. $80 down the drain.

So delicious 😋 🤤 hot and fresh we order like we always do . Just got delivery from Uber eats for China Bell and the food was awesome! We got beef and broccoli sesame chicken crab rangoon and french fries today. It's always so yummy we have been eating here for years. My son loves to sesame chicken and I love the beef and broccoli they also have the best crab Rangoon The wonton soup is great the egg rolls everything I even get french fries sometimes 🤷‍♀️😍🤣 the food from here never disappointance we've been eating from here the last 10 years plus 😍😍

The whole order was awful. Look at the burned boneless crunchy ribs. The chicken was also hard and not fresh and rice was dry. Even the egg roll was bad..tasted old!!

Very good food, pretty wide selection as well. Everything tasted great and the dishes didn't all taste the same which can happen at a buffet sometimes. Very friendly staff, clean restaurant and clean buffet area. Highly recommend! We paid less than $25 to eat lunch as a couple.

Heres a pretty disturbing update: Been coming here for years BUT this might be the last straw. Added a pic of the reason. Why is there a thin metal wire in my sesame chicken?! This is seriously and extremely dangerous. I better not have swallowed tiny pieces of metal wire! ####### Its good to satisfy a last minute Asian food fix craving. The only “Chinese” food in the south side of MJ. Their portions are unpredictable in my experience. Sometimes they packed the container, sometimes its not packed in there with their lomein. I do enjoy their lomein and chicken wings. :) also with their combos with the inconsistencies with portions.

Fast service , location is great, price is cheap, only online order or phone order due to pandemic it seems. We ordered fried rice and it was good as we ordered, not much oil and quality of rice was good. Portions are very good for the price on fried rice and tasted very good. But apart from rice we ordered Hunan Chicken, Kung pa chicken, garlic sauce chicken, all extra hot we asked but we got everything bland and all the dishes tasted same. We wanted to taste all the dishes on chicken appetizer but not expected everything taste the same. Spring roll came with it was good/average. We went their for dinner pickup and around 9 pm , as a good gesture (?) we got free donuts(?) from restaurent and it tasted good. Lady who took the order was patience and got the food we ordered , no confusion on getting the food packed. Only complaint we had was all the chicken dish tasted same. Try for yourself and don’t want to give bad perspective on this little store.

The quality of the food is not the best. It seems like food that has been reheated for several days. I will never come back here.

As A young college student I often eat here and not once have they got my order wrong. I legit ordered over 50 times within the last year due to it being so affordable and close to home. This place always serves fresh food that hits every time. I hope they continue to do what there doing 🙌🏼
