It was ok. Food was made to order, staff at the counter were polite and patient. Language barrier wasn't bad, and she even tried to make sure I was getting the best deal by showing me that the item I asked for was available as a combo. Portions were large and prices were fair. Flavor/ingredient wise nothing special. I'd come back, just not for the egg rolls.

I use to like this place until today when i found a piece of black hair fried in with my chicken and when i took it back it was remade but not cooked all the way. I will take my business else where

You can tell they boom on carry out and not dine in. It's not the most aesthetic place but the food is good. I've been wanting coconut creamy shrimp for a while and I finally found a place that serves it. I also got the vegetable chow mei fun. It was good too. Thank goodness for Google.

They have probably fed us more times than anywhere else in Charleston 😂 This is our go to spot whenever we don’t feel like making dinner- and it is always so consistently amazing! The lady running it and taking orders is SO SWEET. Always kind and helpful- and such good prices too! Highly recommend!

Pretty new to the area and was really craving Chinese food. We had plenty of people recommended this place to us. We tried to go on Tuesday with not much luck because they were closed but ended up getting it on Wednesday. I've had plenty of Chinese places in Michigan and this has got to be one of the top. The orange chicken was fantastic. It's not dripping in sauce which ends up turning gelatinous in the fridge and doesn't heat up well. The fried rice that came with it had bits of pork and the egg drop soup was the most flavorful that I've had in a hot minute. I highly recommend this place.

My family has been coming here for years and this is hands down the best Chinese restaurant in Beaufort. The family is always super sweet and the food is the best!

My wife and I went to Panda Express on a Friday afternoon recently. We arrived at the restaurant at 1:00 and were able to order right away without a wait. Several tables were available and the restaurant was clean, both the dining area and the restrooms. I ordered Pepper Beef and Mushroom Chicken and my wife got a rice bowl with Orange Chicken. The food was well prepared, hot, and delicious. Their portions were reasonable as well. All in all, we had a very good experience and based on it we plan to return soon.

I would say I’m a bit of a Panda Express Expert and this location is amazing! Staff is great and worked well with the lunch rush. The orange chicken and teriyaki chicken were the freshest I’ve had at any Panda Express. If I weren’t just passing through South Carolina, I’d be there everyday!

Went in 10 minutes before closing. The guy was nice but food was horrible. Ordered 3 spring rolls, 2 hibachi steak plates and 2 bottle sodas.. total $43. Steak did not taste like steak at all and the spring rolls were not right and over cooked. Will definitely not be back to try again. So disappointed!

I adore this spot of land. The owner truly has things under oversight, and the cuisine is always freshly prepared and served to order. Never once have I had a negative experience. Typically, I order honey sesame chicken or sweet and sour chicken with fried rice, fried wontons, and an egg roll. This is enough for two people to share and provides leftovers for lunch the next day.

Came in at 10:03. They open at 10am so Ofcourse I was expecting some prep still being done. But no they start full prep and cooking at 10. Not sure what manager runs this location but that doesn’t seem to be a good idea. Not only that when I walked in ALL FOUR employees ignored the heck out of me and didn’t even look my way as I stood looking silly with no food to buy. I asked a girl prepping tea do they really start serving at 10:30 and she seemed hesitant to even turn and acknowledge me and said yes. So please just change the store hours. I’m highly disappointed cuz I had a coupon and had 0 options to purchase other than only the broccoli being ready. I went back and took pictures after the obvious coldness from the staff and girl I spoke to. Clearly making it clear to me Im a bother as a customer during open hours. And as you can see only one more item was ready. If you’re behind in prep because someone called out or the scheduling manager didnt plan that day at least be nice to customers that walk in. Just a hello will suffice.

Food was good. But why am I having to wait 20 minutes for a pretty basic order. Why are you that unprepared? Why do I come in here and every time like half the food bowls are empty and who knows when they will be filled again. Lobby is also filthy. You can tell this place needs new management as they clearly don’t know what they’re doing.

Had wings and rice delivered. Rice no flavor at all. Wings tasted burnt. Too much sauce on it. Not much flavor at all. They weren’t freshly cooked. Delivery person was great.

This place USED to be good, but has quickly gone downhill. Extremely overpriced for mediocre food. I usually order the wing basket. Lately, the wings have been tiny & the baby shrimp in the shrimp fried rice is a waste of time. Today I tried something different, Shrimp & Broccoli, in hopes of a better outcome. Still highly disappointed.

Ordered 4 plates of food 2 plates were boneless spare rib tips there’s nothing but fat and no sauce on the rib tips I do not recommend this place at all

Hit or miss, the rice is usually trash old or to greasy, sometimes the chicken meals are good sometimes there not. depends on who's cooking. some times the egg rolls are good sometimes not its a gamble and Yes its overpriced its Sumter!

I am on crutches for a few months so I needed to find somewhere to sit and eat something that won't make me obese. The guy was very nice and did everything to help me as I am on crutches. Food was good and atmosphere was quited and relaxing. Good lonch special prices.

This was our first time trying this restaurant. The food was excellent. The shrimp fried could have used more additional ingredients, yet we were satisfied. Please refer to my pictures for photos of what we ordered.

I spent a little more this time because it's my kid's birthday and they wanted Chinese food. I don't live close but I will drive the 15 to 20 minutes because it's worth it. The lady at the front desk is amazing and I don't go in very often but she recognizes me every time I see her. I mentioned it was my kid's birthday and she made them (twins) a special treat. I appreciate her and the thought she puts into our meals. I also want to mention we're not from this area and we've tried other places but they definitely aren't the same.

My family gets Lam’s a few times a month because the food is delicious, AND it’s a good bang for your buck. Our favorites are the curry chicken and the sweet and sour chicken. The owner is so sweet and always makes sure we have enough sauce!

I had the sesame chicken. My meal was good and I felt I got my money’s worth. It is not a high end Chinese restaurant. My server was very attentive and answered all my questions. I enjoyed the music although it was a little too loud for me.

Nice small place for a quick bite. Buffet is small but the food is good just come at the right time

22 year old brown woman here. I was RACIALLY PROFILED and NOT treated like a Human Being. The woman would not even look me in the eyes and only spoke to me as she was walking away from me and very quietly. I understood she was very busy and I just wanted to be polite. But I noticed she communicated very respectfully and friendly to another customer. She just kept repeating to me "accept the order accept the order accept the order". 6+ times. That was the only thing she had said to me. I set my phone down on the counter just so that she could see what I was doing. My phone was loading very slowly. But I was trying to accept the order. I was just shocked to be treated that way. I was just doing a doordash to pay for my tuition. I train as a medical student during the day. And would never communicate with any of my patients this way. Maybe she thought I was going to take the order. But doordash does a good job of preventing that. I was sick to my stomach. I don't think they understand how they make us feel. I walked out of the door so slowly for some reason because I was in genuine shock. I was respectful and I was patient and waited there for 10 minutes. I didn't rush or pressure her either. February 2025.

The actual service was fine but the food was terrible!!! I got the sweet and sour chicken combo with an egg roll and the chicken tastes old and hard. The egg roll was the worst i have ever tasted. Waiste of my money which cost almost $17 for the one combo with a sweet tea
