It's one of my new favorite places! Please pardon the quality of some of the photos. I was too excited to get pictures beforehand! The restaurant itself is beautiful with a great atmosphere and the staff is very friendly and courteous and takes great care of you! And the food was all delicious we tried some things we hadn't had before such as jellyfish. If you're a foodie and you like to try new things, you can't go wrong with a grand Oriental dim sum menu. There are plenty of good dishes to try, and everything was seasoned beautifully and cooked well and tasted amazing. I can't wait until I can go back!

Have eaten here and had takeout before. My first impression has not been altered. Same great food as the last time. This food tastes fresh and made with fresh ingredients. This is Premium quality Chinese food. Nice quiet and clean atmosphere. Service quality was excellent too. This is a higher end restaurant hidden back out of sight almost but worth trying for sure.

The food is good. I got a tofu dish and it was delicious. Their crab Rangoons are also super delectable. The service was warm, friendly, and kind. The ambiance was laid back, chill, and pleasant. I would recommend this spot if you’re looking for good vibes and good food.

The restaurant hasn’t been opened for long, owner is the son of uncle yip in evendale. Friendly service, free fried noodle on each table and free chicken kebab. Amount of dish is generous. Will come back again.

Had a great meal at Panda by Kroger on bypass. Everyone was very friendly and patient as I looked over the expansive menu. Meal came out very hot and fast. Shrimp was cooked perfectly, and broccoli and rice were delicious. Lunch special includes egg roll. Place was clean and had ample seating. I will be back.

We ordered takeout from Panda last week for the first time in probably 10 years (before we moved out of town), but we were really happy to see that their quality of product was still really good. Our group ordered a total of 8 different menu items. Everything was accurate and actually exceeded expectations. In particular, their egg rolls and lo mein are the best I can recall in recent memory. 2 people in our group hadn't had Panda before but both said they would definitely order it again. Their customer service was really good too. The guy who took our order over the phone assisted us with navigating the price differences between the lunch and dinner menus, which was helpful since we were on the road. Our food was ready fairly quickly, which we were impressed with considering the size of the order. Thanks for a great experience, we'll definitely be back!

Portion sizes is large, but my fried rice tastes and smells very stale, I think from the cooking oil, and my szechuan chicken mostly tastes like hot ketchup. I can see why they had a sign up about no refunds or exchanges from complaints. Also, price I was charged did not match prices online. Still, I hadn't eaten all day, and I'll still probably get 3 meals out of it so I can't say I didn't get my money's worth. Edit: found a wad of yellow paper in the chicken. Low quality is one thing, but non-edibles do not belong in the food. Dropped to 1 star.

I just sent $26 on the worst Chinese food I have EVER had in my life. Ordered the lunch general tso and orange chicken, took one bite and everything went in the trash. I am not sure what it is but everything tastes old. I should have known the food was gross when I walked in and the place looked like a ghost town. No sauces or cutlery either. They even have a sign that says we can’t guarantee you will like our food and no refund. YOU DON’T SAY!!! Would not recommend at all. If i could give zero starts I would.

Chickens have bones but they are not supposed to be inside your lunch! Generals Chicken was mixed left overs reused barely warm a hard some clearly sweet and sour chicken and another type. I figured it would be fresh cause they just opened. More expensive than a freestanding restaurant. Fried rice had good flavor but literally one piece of corn, a pea casing and carrot sliver quality and value isn’t there at all. Got charged .75 for paying with debit card.

Ordered general tsaos chicken, shrimp fried rice and egg roll. All tasted like they'd been cooked with bathroom cleaner. My tongue was numb after 2 bites. Disgusting! Threw it all out. Do NOT eat here!

love asian buffets, this was was ok. main complaint was the food for the chicken section was cold and some of the meats (wings, meat on sticks uh not sure what they called dang) were rather hard/tough, but on my second round seems like they warmed it up. their vegetable options are great for our friend who only eats meat on certain days. lunch special as of this writing is 13.90 which is a phenomenal deal. interesting thing is they give you the check without prompting them, even though there's no specific time limit that i'm aware of, i suppose that's their notion to kick you out soon and they will peek at your receipts prior to you leaving lel. no ones rude or mean but i just found that part to be a bit odd.

Only $12.99 for lunch buffet everyday except Sunday. The food is fresh and tasty. Vegetables are beautiful. Peel em and eat em shrimp. All you can eat. Have eaten here dozens of times. I've never gotten sick. My entire family likes this place. As well as my friends.they also have sushi, fruit, salads, desserts. You'll really enjoy this restaurant.

I truly hate to leave a bad review being a fellow business owner. Easily the worst chinese food I have ever had by a long shot. Everything had a tint of old taste to it. I was actually impressed about the serving sizes but didn't matter after I couldn't even continue eating it. Threw it all in the trash.

I believe they must be under new ownership because this is not the same quality food I had years ago. And I mean that in the best way possible. The crab Rangoon is some of the best I’ve ever had. The general tsos chicken was a massive portion. A bit darker than I’m used to seeing but had a lot of sauce and it was delicious. The chicken lo mein was also very generous portion and about half chicken with plenty of sauce to make it go down without adding soy sauce and all the others. This is easily the best Chinese I’ve had on this side of the water (stl will always be the best) ever. I’m excited to see they offer St. Paul sandwiches and can’t wait to try one. The man who answered the phone to take my ordered didn’t speak the best English, but that’s normal just means it’s more authentic. I will be back. They have earned by business. Huge fan. My husband and kids also enjoyed it.

The sign inside reads " American Chinese Quisine." That it is, so don't look for authentic Chinese food. To me, everything was too sweet, hiding the veggie and meat flavors. But it was fast, inexpensive, and filling. Typical American cuisine. The staff was accommodating. This is not a buffet. Pick your main entrée and side. There is not a lot of vegan choice, just the sides. Dishes were beef, chicken, or shrimp based. Perhaps tables need to be cleaned more often as most are large and you may share a table with others. If you want fast, cheap, and filling, it's a good place.

Got lunch here to go, very delicious orange chicken and noodles. Friendly staff, easy accessibility, plenty of parking, clean restrooms. Not far off of I-66.

This was without a doubt the worst Chinese food I have ever had in the 65 years of eating at Chinese restaurants around the world. The wonton soup was just water with nothing in it, and some dried up wontons you could add to it yourself. The meat on a stick was hard as a rock. This was at 5 pm when the food should have been fresh. Everything was old and dry, even the noodles and fake crab meat. My water had a soapy taste to it. The big slap in the face was the $40 bill for that horrible nightmare. We were the only people eating there, which should have been a big clue that the food was terrible. Don't waste a penny on this place. Update; Sir, I have read your response, including your excuses and acknowledgment that the food served during our visit was not fresh. What was noticeably absent, however, was any offer to refund the money we spent on what was clearly a subpar dining experience. I am giving you a final opportunity to make this right. Should you choose to do so, I will remove the review and consider the matter resolved.

I tried the 'new' Old Place. Very disappointed. I couldn't finish the Egg Roll. The Crab Rangoon was the one bright spot. They were out of Steamed Dumplings before 6pm. Everything else was rather bland, low or no sauce.

As a Filipino who’s missing Filipino/Asian food, this place was such a treat. We loved their bourbon chicken and pepper beef. The white rice was freshly cooked so it was steaming hot and perfect. Even the fried rice was well seasoned. Prices for their combo meals were also reasonable.

Food was horrible. Noodles are rubbery, chicken was bland and broccoli was soggy.

I have been wanting Panda Express for weeks. The closest one to us is about 45 minutes away. We are staying in Cincinnati over night and I had to order Crab Rangoon, fried rice and Walnut Shrimp. Everything was so good! It was worth the wait. If you haven’t tried the Walnut shrimp you need to do it! So worth it!

Good service and the food is hot and fresh. My only complaint is the fried rice is a bit bland and I couldnt find any condiments... Like sugar for the tea that was also very bland. The chicken felt a bit too much breading. Not a lot of meat.

I ordered shrimp fried rice…since when did shrimp fried rice become yellow and with no veggies in it? My husband had the kung pao chicken that was super tasteless. I also ordered crab Rangoon which was decent at best. Save yourself the money and go elsewhere.

I'm sorry it took me so long to find it. It's fast and super tasty. Hot and sour soup and a shrimp or egg roll makes a great meal. Shrimp and scallops is a bigger meal and was fantastic. Another trip, the House Special Wonton soup was a meal in itself. Not just wontons but shrimp and some veggies. The container was delicious and Choc full. Great Wall is fast becoming a favorite.
