I ordered fried rice from this place and Noticed a fly on my food.. Please keep your kitchen clean

I used to love this place. I have been going here for as long as I can remember. It was the only Chinese place I ever went to. Ever since the new owners took over, the food hasn't been the same, unfortunately. Not bad, but not like it used to be. I have found a new place.

Better Chinese than the Average... They Make the BEST Boneless Spare Ribs EVER... Chicken Wings a Bit Small... NO General Tsos White Meat... NO Delivery Currently... Lo Mei Fun Is My New Dish w Chicken n Shrimp... And They've Become Much Nicer It Seams... They Greet Me Walking In...

I live just a few blocks away. Joy Food House provides generous portions at very reasonable prices, especially at lunch. Food is always available on time and the restaurant exhibits appreciation for their patrons.

General Tso chicken - spicy and sweet. With wonton soup. I am enjoying today. 😉

Stopped here for take-out after shopping. A very clean dining area. The order was prepared in a timely manner. The access and seating is handicapped friendly. My lunch was good.The Shrimp fried rice was packed with Shrimp A lot of Shrimp. The wonton with meat had just the right crunch without being dry. I would recommend. I will go back again

Horrible food, fries taste like nothing and the low mein is horrible, and on top of that it’s expensive. Not worth it save your time and money

Staying overnight at nearby hotel, which gave me the menu.. General tso chicken, fried rice, egg rolls and crab Rangoon, nothing was even close to good. Delivery took 1:15 mins and was cold. Stay clear.

Amazing service, the lady upfront was very nice and kind. Great price with great portion. Ordered a roast pork lo mein and chicken broccoli fried rice, both were delicious. We spent 20$ for 2 and was very full after.

The lady is nice. Food is absolutely bussin and so so so so cheap and huge portion. You guys NEED to check it out!!!!!!!! Just be nice to the workers there and you will have a great experience!

The place seems closed , nobody there . Lights are not on. Tables arent really set up, no utensils only one chair, Drink refridigerator looks off, and no workers are seen. Wierd , but says " open"....its not an inviting atmoshere , looks like they possiby only do take out? In my opinion they will be put of business soon.

Listen to the reviews. Food was bland and cold, not to mention pricey for the portions given. Nearly $40 for two people, and we couldn't eat more than a few bites before throwing it all away. It was such a shame, don't waste your money like we did :(

This restaurant is located inside the mall, but the person at the front desk taking orders was pretty rude and hard to hear. The chicken was really bad; it was way too sweet, and they charged $4 just for a coke, which is super strange! Overall, it was a completely disappointing service experience.
