I stopped ordering from this place for 1 yr. They always forget something and they owe me two platters of food and two shrimp rolls. I call today June 3rd, 2024 And the guy who answered the phone was rude he couldn't understand me and I asked him twice to tell me the order and to please not forget anything. They didn't send my daughter's white rice, they burnt my crab rangoon and my dumplings were dry. Such a disappointment. I will never in my life order from here again.

this place is horrible. the cheese wontons have crab in them which it is not listed on door dash or anywhere else. my friend ate it and she is deathly allergic to seafood. once we realized , i called the restaurant and that’s when they told us that there was crab. I told him that he needs to make sure it’s listed everywhere. I then got hung up on mid conversation. i called back and my calls weren’t going through anymore. I got my friends phone to call and it went through, when he answered and realized it was me , he started yelling, and he then started to say there wasn’t crab in it. but the first call i made he said there was. this is very disappointing and i’m never ordering from here again. this is a shame.

The food is okay, it’s not the best thing I’ve ever tasted. For the price they’re charging for food, you would think that they would offer free soda. I get it , the pandemic was hard on everyone but they don’t even give fortune cookies either. I also only got three sauces when I got my food. I will not be ordering from here again. The food tastes good 👍 although they don't have stupid dishes, they offer you good service 👌 and fast, it's not my favorite but I had no other option, it's close to my home, hahahahaha hahahahaha 🤣

I read reviews after I placed order and got nervous. But food was delicious I eat general tso'o from a lot of places and this one I will be ordering again from.

The worst Chinese food we have ever eaten. Bean curd was bland, lo mein was soaked in oil and beef was extremely chewy, shrimp rolls were incredibly dry with only one piece of shrimp - complete waste of money, everything in the bin!

The lady is always rushing you either on the phone or in person. She's always charging me more than what the menu says. Update your prices. Smh. For some one who has been coming there for years the lady could be a little nicer. They put way too much garlic and ginger in the general tsao chicken by the way because it smells really strong.

Honestly I’ve been in jersey for 3 years and this is the only Chinese resturant that taste like nyc tiny wings always hot when they deliver and very fast love it rice is good as well

Very disappointed. Used their online ordering. Special instructions were completely ignored. Food arrived after an hour, lukewarm. Don't recommend if you like your Chinese more steamed, as it was definitely very heavy on cooking oil. If you have a special dietary need, call and make sure they understand. I wound up having to throw mine out. Complete waste of money.

This place makes some of the best Singapore Chow Mei Fun I've ever had! It is actually spicy, as it should be. Keep in mind they take CASH. But there's a Chase Bank next door and a laundromat a couple doors down both with ATMs.

New management since June of 2024. Food is noticeably not as good. Mind you, it's okay. It's not garbage but not as good as the original owners. They seem to be understaffed too. So if you go in there to pick up your order when business is slow. But on busy day or weekends, you'll wait in line for a while to pick up your order. The girl giving you your packaged order is also on the phone taking orders and also in the kitchen helping the cooking staff with food prep. So long waits are not uncommon here. The previous owners left out boxes of condiments like mustard and soy sauce for you to take as much as you like. The new owners keep the condiments behind the counter and will only give you a couple of packages in your order. You have to ask if you want more. And even then, they will give you only 1 packet. When I asked the girl at the front counter if the store changed ownership, she said 'No, they on vacation. They come back in few months.:" Well, it's been over a few months and the previous owners are not back yet, so......

Order fries and chicken wings No salt added dry , wings has no flavor 😕 a pit disappointed fries look from the frozen from store will not be coming back sadly

The meals are exquisite and freshly prepared. Always deliver hot and quick. It’s one of my favorite Asian restaurants in town.

I order half chicken here. I told them that the chicken was rotten and I call them immediately after my son pick it up. The front lady state that the chicken was good and I told her that that's not true. She ask me how she would know if this chicken was from their place. I told her that not even 5 minutes passed when we call back and state the situation of the order. When I get to the store, she was very rude and unprofessional also she state that 2 hours already passed after we pick up the order which is a Giant lie. They can check the camara when was the pick up and when I return with the order. There was not even a window of 15 minutes. They can check the camara and find out am not lying. Overall DO NOT PURCHASE IN THIS PLACE. after you purchase they don't care they will make excuses to estay with your money even if the food is not fresh and they need to gave you the money back.

This food is not good at all. Actually the worst Chinese food I’ve ever ordered. I am in the area all the time and this place could have definitely earned my loyalty, but I’ll never order again. The wings were small and cold. The Chop Suey was literally all onion and even ate some solidified jelly substance that was in the dish. I threw it all out. Made me sick. Took photos of the food. Posted photos. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Despite many horrible reviews, my experience was great. I ordered because of the brochure left at my hotel, and then went to Google maps to read the reviews. I would never have ordered from this place if I had seen the overwhelming majority of negative reviews, I figured my money was lost, I'd wait 2 hours for the good, which would be wretched when/if it ever turned up. HOWEVER....my experience was completely contrary to the reviews. The driver called 21 minutes after I placed my order to say he was arriving at the hotel. As someone who grew up in Hunan province, I have to say, the food wasn't as spicy as genuine Hunan food, but the flavors did evoke memories of authentic, ChangSha cuisine. I'd order from these guys again, although there's no way to know if I simply had an isolated great experience. Unfortunately, a few bad service incidents can ruin a business reputation. No way to know why all the negative reviews have piled up as they have....but I'd roll the dice again on these guys. They came thru solidly.....in my case.

Did a big order like 2 weeks ago. Sooo bad, literally everything. Broccoli was smelly and tasted old. Spring rolls were drenched in oil and had a weird taste. Noodles with that same old oil taste. A family member had beef and broccoli and said it tasted gross. Quality and taste has gone wayyy down. Do not recommend.

Ordered a combination of white rice with chicken broccoli and it wasn’t good. The rice was alright and found an insect in the chicken :/
