For anyone with food allergies, there’s a reliable Chinese restaurant that I HUGELY urge you to order from, CHINA HOUSE. Their menu is detailed for dietary restrictions, and food allergies for orders to go, as well as delivery. Moreover, the menu provides an additional place to insert any dietary restrictions, but they take the extra step, and pay attention to detail by marking the containers with the dietary restrictions. BRAVO! It’s about time that I found a restaurant that pays attention to the service they provide, and understands the severity of food allergies. This order from China House, after numerous horrible experiences at OTHER restaurants, is a relief! This wonderful restaurant offers fresh food at prices that can’t be beat. Whoever owns the restaurant and manages it is incredibly smart, and isn’t myopic. The prices are 50% less, on average, many menu items than most other comparable restaurants that choose to be ignorant to food, allergies, and dietary restrictions. The entrees ordered all were delicious. More importantly, all were gluten-free, no MSG, and hours later I’m writing this review, without being sick. CHINA HOUSE GETS IT. The Chicken Mei Fun, and Pork Mei Fun dishes are both excellent. With the rice noodles, and meat (or all vegetables if an option), and assorted shredded vegetables, each dish was fulfilling in quality, and portion size. I’m thoroughly impressed. Called to come back to the store to get a refund on my meal because there was a fly in it. They said their policy wasn’t to give refunds and only to replace the food. I will never buy anything from them again. And unless you like insects in your food, don’t come here. Go to maple star instead.

I just got food poisoning from this restaurant. They gave me multiple problems with my food firstly they said I wouldn’t be able to get a refund. I throw up half my food. after realizing the taste in my mouth wasn’t normal after biting into a Broccoli. I should’ve known that it would be a Problem once they denied my refund. I would not refer this place to anyone my mother taste like I just ate poison. I know broccoli is man made but this taste done purposely.

You can’t go wrong with Panda Express. It’s always the same great food no matter which state you are in. I definitely recommend getting Panda Express at this location if you are in the Philly area. They never disappoint. There is always so much food for the price you pay as well.

I typically love PE. But my most important recommendation is to go inside and order. See what you are getting. Cause you don’t not want the last few scoops. Your get the worst parts. Like the orange chicken without chicken just skin. You know what I am talking about. Yes, those. This food is best when it is hot and fresh. Nothing worse than driving home and opening up your Panda Express and all you see are the Lil Bits or have cold rice. I should mention that the Apple are good! Covered in sugar. Reminds me of the old fried Apple pies from McDonald’s (those were the best) well this is a good substitute! Also get the app so you can get a discount and points. Their point system is pretty good.

Ordered two large chicken and broccolis, an egg drop soup and a wonton soup last night. It was delivered within 30 minutes, hot, delicious, and cheap (Under $30!). Don’t believe the 1 star reviews. This is our go to Chinese spot near Fishtown

Ewww just ewww first off the prices are getting ridiculous on top of that they gave me the wrong order I ordered general tos chicken with pork fried rice and they gave me white rice and it’s not even edible I can’t even chew it I spit most of the chicken out it’s doesn’t even taste like chicken

The chicken and rice soup is very flavorful and very delicious. The broth is everything if you’re sick you’re sure feel better.

I didn't expect much, considering the neighborhood, but I was impressed. Of course, it's take out only. I ordered the Hunan Shrimp combination platter. It was very flavorful and had a good amount of large shrimp. I will definitely go there again when I get a chance.

I love this restaurant the owner is very respectful. I order shrimp in broccoli spicy and extra sauce all the time one day I got off early cause I normally order at night and her husband mess it up i went home and everything I wanted for her and she fix it with no problem she said sorry friend. By the way if you talk to her disrespectful she remembers and you will get rude customer service but I love this place been eating here for years

Delicious food. A little pricey but worth it for the quality. These ladies work really hard and always deliver. Everybody in the neighborhood goes here. It's like visiting family.
