I have ordered from here a few times with my family. The first time there was a long hair in my food!! Right across the top! I called, complained and they remade my food fresh and gave me a refund. Ok so let’s try this place again. Also it’s super close to my home and there is not a lot of Chinese options in Webster. So ordered a few more times. Simply dry food. The customer service people are not friendly at all. This final time there was another hair. I am done with this place!!!

My husband and I were looking for a good dinner option and due to how late in the evening it was, we had limited options. We ordered sweet and sour pork, fried & white rice, General Tso and egg rolls. Let me tell you, it was amazing! Crispy chicken and pork but not dry. The egg rolls were a little bit salty but so flavorful. It was so delicious, and inexpensive, that we ordered from them again this past Thursday. Very happy to have taken a chance on this restaurant. We will be back! Side note: the General Tso looked like Sesame Chicken, as it wasn't red like we've seen at other places, but it had a nice little kick to it.

I got Gen Tsos chicken for takeout yesterday. I have always loved Royal Dynasty and this dish especially. It was awful. The chicken was not tender and the sauce was tasteless no spice at all and it was expensive. Also soggy. I regret to say that I will not be going back.

EXPENSIVE and only average quality food. $18 for ONLY a seseme chicken and rice combo. And the quality does not match the price. I also bought the ribs and we hated the entirety of both meals. Do not recommend. Go somewhere else and be happier and cheaper.

I ordered the general Tso’s chicken and was surprised to find it pretty bland and not that spicy. I ordered a side of pork fried rice and the rice was tasteless as well. The shrimp egg roll was a bit gluey in texture on the inside, and only had mushy cabbage and 2 smalls pieces of shrimp on the entire thing… Needless to say, I was disappointed.

On business in Upstate New York and Doordashed this restaurant yesterday for lunch. Since it was my first time trying this place, I waited to do my review in order to see if the food would tear up my stomach or not. And I am happy to report that it did not. However, this is not a place I would recommend eating at either. I ordered the sesame chicken and vegetable lo mein. Pretty sure the sesame chicken was the absolute worst I have ever had. The sauce was the strangest shade of reddish orange and tasted even worse than it looked. Luckily, I was given more white rice than chicken. The vegetable lo mein was okay, but certainly nothing to jump up and down about. There was no silverware or napkins in the bag. I could not believe I paid as much as I did for this crap. I have had way better meals at Panda Express locations. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and pick someplace else to eat at, just anywhere else but here.

The sushi was so fresh. Every bit full of The best flavors. I felt I was eating in las Vegas tasting menu. If you haven’t eaten here you need too. Service top notch very knowledgeable of menu and great choices

Horrible experience beginning to end ! The waiter for our table was very short and somewhat rude throughout our entire experience. He seemed to be taking care of the entire rest of the restaurant by himself. Not the hibachi area which seemed like it had 2 or 3 waitresses at the time but the entire outer area of the restaurant. We could see him filling drinks and taking orders while we sat waiting. It didn't appear that any of the other tables were sharing the attention of their servers as we were. As they were all receiving their drinks and food items in a timely manner. It was clear that his attention to the entire restaurant affected not only his service but his attitude. It took at least 30 minutes before we placed our orders. And another ENTIRE HOUR before the chef was at the table. During the duration of this time we waited for our soup and salads which were served about 30 minutes apart from each other. Drinks were only refilled if we could flag our waiter down. The food was almost as bad as the service. The rice was dry everything else tasted very salty for some reason. The worst part was watching an entire table be seated and served before we were. Did I mention we were seated at a table with three screaming toddlers that didn't stop the entire 2hrs we were waiting for dinner. And I can't say that I blame them as we were starving ourselves. We are very disappointed as we were told this was the best hibachi in the area 😕 If they were short staffed we shouldn't have been seated. If the wait was going to be two hours we should have been informed so appetizers could have been ordered or we could have just simply left. We were so exhausted from listening to the hungry kids at our table that we basically just boxed our food to go and left. Which was a huge mistake as the food was even worse 20 minutes later back at home and we just tossed it all. Waste of a evening out !

This was the first time trying this restaurant out and we love it there! I had won a free VIP dinner for two there and my husband and I were very excited to try it out. They serve sushi and dim sum on a rotating belt that has different small plates to try. Each plate is a different color and price. There is a card that tells you how much each color plate costs. They keep track of how many plates eaten and how much and you can see the total on the tablet at your table. That makes it nice so that your not surprised at the end and see your bill. When you walk in you are greeted and then sat down at a table. The manager is super friendly and explained how you order on the tablet and that you just take what ever you want to try off the rotating belt. He had many suggestions and always went around and checked on everyone. My husband and I were very pleased with the food and service! We will definitely be back!

Spin and Savor was excellent! They had a great selection of sushi and small plates on the conveyor belt, as well as dim sum dishes and other appetizers to order. Everything was reasonably priced, and tasted great. Staff were nice and friendly. I highly recommend the stuffed eggplant, pickled vegetables, taro dumplings, and piggy custards

I’ve been here a few times and the food is good. Very similar to all other Chinese places. Today we got a fried spring roll, an egg roll, 2 fresh spring rolls, a chicken with broccoli combo and Tom Yum soup. Everything was as expected. The Tom Yum was thicker than I like it but that’s preference. They had a good amount of shrimp in the soup. The fresh spring rolls stuck to the bottom of the container so I had to eat them open face pretty much. The sauce was good and other than that they were fine. Ordering online was easy and the food was ready when it said it would be. I’d eat here again.

We have been so disappointed with our last few orders from Aurora's. They're fried rice is just that- rice, not traditional fried rice recipe. I ordered honey chicken which at first looked like a great amount of chicken until you start eating it and find out that it's all dough and the chicken inside is so tiny and so tough that I couldn't continue to eat it. And by the way honey isn't red. They gave me red sauce to dip it into. Honestly it was just sweet and sour chicken by another name. It was just awful. Never again.

**Beware** Chicken was very undercooked. Pink in the middle and cold to the touch. Had to toss the whole meal. I called seeking resolution, and was told “some pink is common when frying chicken. It’s dark meat. If you bring it here and we can confirm it’s raw, we’ll give you store credit.” [we had used DoorDash] IMO the situation was handled poorly on the phone. Who I assume was the manager had to use the young person who was speaking to me as proxy for language, so something may have been lost there. But i gathered from the tone that the non-English speaking manager was dismissive and skeptical by default.

This is the only place we order from. Food is really really good. Generous portions. Reasonable prices. Husband loves the sushi. Quality food. Love it here.

Was pleasantly surprised with New China. This was some of the best seseme chicken take out I’ve ever had. This would have been five stars but the Lo Mein we also ordered was dry, as if it was cooked in bulk and left to dry (it was still hot). In regard to atmosphere, that would also be five stars BUT just like anything other Chinese place the indoor dining was closed. Let’s bring back this trend in 2025.

Ordered through grubhub. Order on time. Food was not great. Chicken was not freshly cooked for my order. Too much breading, tiny pieces of chicken. 4 pieces of broccoli...really?? Flavor was good. But food needs to be fresher.

Absolutely amazing! Everything, from the dishes to the service, is impeccable. The flavors are incredibly authentic, with generous portions and delicious taste. The staff are very warm and attentive. The dishes come out quickly, and clean and cozy. Highly recommended this place!

So, weird experience. Admittedly I was running 15 minutes late to pick up my to- go order, but they called me, and I was like 'yes I have a to-go with you is everything ok? Are you out of a dish?' "Oh no, just letting you know it's ready" 'yes I know, I'm in the gas station next door'....geez. I get it people call off orders, but she kept pushing...and then I've never been there before and they have no lights on but the very small open light, the name of the place isn't even lit up! And the cashier was pleasant, ya know, here's your food, I said happy new year, no response. And then I get home and had to salt the driveway real quick amd get a second call! It's a guy and he says 'you have a pick up with us?' I was like 'yeah I already picked it up! Am I missing food or something? I haven't checked my bag yet and I know your closing soon.' "Oh no no just double checking " hm ok. Click. Whatever. So I run in and it's all there. So the meat for the General Tsaos and sesame chicken was tough and chewy, but the regular and house fried rice were fantastic! And the crab Rangoon and 1 of 2 egg rolls were basic. 4/10. Ended up just focusing on the rice and rangoons for our new years dinner sadly. Communication could be better.

Just picked up my order, orange chicken was so hot and spicy, I haven’t ever had spicy orange chicken, also this chicken they are using is very rubbery and old tasting. Had an order of sesame chicken this was also very rubbery and had an old taste. I asked for pork fried rice, it was only yellow rice, no vegetables or pork inside of the rice. Honestly very disappointed, this was my first time ordering from here. I know if I was to call they wouldn’t do anything about this, so I figured I would leave a review.

Was quoted an hour and a half wait for food on Christmas eve but when I arrived I was told It would take an additional hour. While I understand it's busy on Christmas Eve having a semi-close time estimate is important as some people where told there food would be ready at 6pm but we're still waiting on food at 7:30pm. Can give a review of the food as we canceled our order and now are scrambling to come up with a solution. While the staff was very apologetic this couldn't have happened at a worst time.

Amy was an absolute delight from beginning to end of the experience. Every single thing on the menu was amazing, the portion sizes are more than filling and the food is so delicious. The menu has lots options, but the Wonton Soup was a highlight for the whole table; it has so much flavor with no MSG. The karaoke rooms were another bonus and after seeing how cute the rooms are I’m definitely planning my birthday celebration here! If you’re looking for fun, fantastic food, and a warm inviting atmosphere this is the restaurant for you.

The food, service, and staff here are delightful!! Some of the food highlights of my visit were the scallion pancakes, piglet buns, marinated beef brisket, and the wonton soup! All the food was very fresh and filling— and the scallion pancakes were perfectly crispy! Our server was so sweet and attentive and the food came out so quick. I even got a look at the karaoke rooms and I can’t to come back with a group of friends to try them out!

YUCK YUCK YUCK AND WHATS UP WITH ORDERING A BEEF AND BROCCOLI COMBINATION AND BEING SO CHEATED ON THE BEEF THAT YOU STILL BASICALLY HAVE A FULL CONTAINER OF BROCCOLI LEFT OVER AND I ATE A BUNCH OF MY BROCCOLI AND THE EGG ROLL WAS LITERALLY NOTHING BUT CABBAGE I WILL NEVER EVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE SAVE YOUR STOMACH,TIME,AND MONEY AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE CHINA STAR IN LAMBERTVILLE IS A MILLION TIMES BETTER THEN THIS NASTY PLACE!!

The egg roll - BURNT - inedible. The General Tso Chicken - chicken likely prepared yesterday OR before - fresh chicken just ain’t that CHEWY - inedible. The rice - as hard packed as clay - not worth eating.
