Ordered General Tso , the sauce flavor is a bit sour and not spicy sweet like it should be and I’m not sure if that’s because they put a mountain of broccoli in the order… I don’t recall ordering general tso and broccoli …for 13.99$ for an order I would expect maybe a few pieces but this was ridiculous. Largest crowns in the damn broccoli kingdom

this is the best chinese restaurant in the 585 they have such good steak egg rolls and the son is a great kid has amazing grades a good qb who starts on junior varisty. the service was absolutely amazing this food was the best i have had i give it a 1099/10 it is a banger

I used to go here until now for a quick bite. It was never amazing but it was a good place for a warm meal when I needed comfort food. This time I got the general tso and it literally had no chicken . I put pictures up. The rice was cooked the onions were not. There was raw onions in the rice. It was nasty. Anyway I paid for cooked flour I guess.

The seafood fried rice I ordered was gross. Tasted bitter and unseasoned. The rice tasted like unfried but oiled parboiled rice. The shrimp looked steamed and then added to the rice, without seasoning. The lobster and I'm assuming crawfish tasted fake and strangely paste like. I paid $9 but unfortunately had to throw it out.

I’ve been up in Rochester on a business trip for work. One of my favorite types of food is American Chinese. Of course, there’s numerous options of where to go, and after trying a few different ones, New China lands #1 for me. The prices are fair, the food is never a disappointment, and they’re super nice to me in there. Sometimes I DoorDash the food, or I’ll go pick it up; I’ve never had a problem with either experience. The pork lo mein is so good, the egg rolls are super crispy, and I love the fried wantons. Will continue to order from here as long as I’m up here!

I just moved to the area. I wanted to find a good Chinese take out spot. I'm still looking. The food tasted old like it had either been reheated or had been sitting under a heating lamp. Rice was hard egg role was like stale. I was very disappointed

Great food huge portions and great service! Fastest real food you’ll ever get. Oh, and they have real Dim Sum type dishes!! Other reviews mentioning bad service I don’t understand, do you want them to wine and dine you when you call to place a pick up order? They’re efficient and accurate. Do not judge a book by its cover!!!! This Chinese restaurant is primarily for pick up or delivery. There are a few tables and chairs if you want to eat there. But the real issue here is the food and it’s amazing. I grew up in NYC and ate in china town at least once a week so I know what I am talking about. The people who work there are polite and friendly and the food is amazingly good

Until they come off the Monroe County health violation list I will not be going back to the restaurant. Always enjoyed the food but until they clean up their violations I will not eat there again. You can check the violations by going to the website for it. Been listed on it the past 4times Sorry but it’s the truth. Called them out on it and I got hung up on I called back spoke to the manager and told him what was listed he pretended not to know anything about it.

I’ve only had the sesame chicken but the best ever. The staff is always friendly and service is fast. Definitely recommend.

Our experience at The Wok was truly exceptional! The flavors of the steak beef pho, pad Thai, and wok-fried rice were absolutely outstanding. The authenticity of the dishes and the attention to taste were remarkable. The staff was friendly and the service was prompt, making our dining experience delightful. The Wok is a definite must-visit for anyone craving phenomenal Asian cuisine in Rochester. Highly recommended!

Good Pho at good price. The soup is tasty and similar to the one in Vietnam. The rare beef and beef balls are nicely cooked and the broth is pure and balanced. Will come back!

Nice restaurant with train setting in one area but food is ok. Service was good. Visiting once for experience is ok but dinner food was ok. We ordered tandoori fish which did not have any salt. Butter chicken was horrible, no taste at all. Naan and gulab jamun was ok. Chai was good. They made sure everything is nice and hot but unfortunately taste was below average.

I came to eat an Indian food buffet here for the first time. It was a weekday around noon and all the food was amazing. I loved the Tandoori Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala and the Fried Papadum and Mint Chutney. The staff were very attentive and the view from the train gave a nice atmosphere.

We had an amazing experience at Pita Fresh. The food was absolutely delicious. The ingredients tasted fresh, and everything was perfectly prepared. The menu had such a great variety that it was hard to choose because everything sounded so good! We really loved it. that’s why we went back two nights in a row! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick both times. The portions were generous and satisfying, and we left completely happy with our meals. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and a wonderful dining experience!

Awesome tasty and healthy option! This place is in the food court but there is plenty of parking near by. Cooked fresh, with lots of toppings and very tasty hummus and spicy feta. We got the gyro, and chicken shawarma in pitas and chicken souvlaki rice bowl. Pita bread was soft and fresh.

The beer I had tasted good. The sandwiches my wife had and the one I had tested good. My wife's fries were good My union rings were so greasy I ate only half of them and they totally upset my belly. Other than the onion rings, everything was great.

Angela was WONDERFUL! Such a gracious waitress who answered all of our many questions about the applesauce, apple juice and macaroni & cheese and also recommended a delicious alcoholic beverage for this mama! Atmosphere only got 4 stars because my oldest and my husband didn’t love the “oldies” music! Hahahaha! I enjoyed it though! Thank you!

I had a truly terrible experience at the restaurant last week. The rice was extremely smelly, and it's safe to say that I won't be returning there anytime. But that's not even the worst part. The person handling the food in front of me was dropping things on the floor and picking them up without washing her hands. It was quite a disappointing and unsanitary situation.

Not great. Dumplings were really thick without a lot of flavor. Sesame chicken not great. Friendly staff but she forgot the last item I ordered. I wouldn't go back.

Very friendly. Amazing food and service! This has quickly become one of our local favorites. Highly recommend for anyone who loves Chinese food as much as we do.

We haven't been to China Buffet in a while and decided to go again as the food is always good. They didn't disappoint. It's nice to be able to try a variety of different foods. Today's visit included shrimp, clams, pepper chicken, sweet and sour chicken and some beef with peppers. Staff is friendly and kept our drinks filled and cleared away used plates quickly. Place was clean and a nice, casual atmosphere. Will definitely return.

Don’t do it! Took the family before heading home and what an experience this place was! I’ve had my fair share of awesome Chinese food, I’ve also had really bad ones… this one is definitely one of the worst. Most of the items are very very bad. Tasteless and not very fresh. Looks like the food has been sitting around for a long time and for the price you get plastic forks to dine in. Also tried the hibachi part and even that didn’t go too well. It’s no wonder there wasn’t anybody having any hibachi. The best part, however, was the fried chicken wings and sesame balls. But I didn’t go to a buffet for those 2 items. 😨. Wouldn’t recommend and will not return.
