Mr. China has been around for a long time. It is quite popular for take-outs and deliveries. It also stays open considerably later, until 10;30, which beats other Chinese or Asian food places by an hour and a half, so this is indispensable for the late night munchers. Also, and it's even more important, Mr. China offers the lowest prices in the area. Even significantly lower than a quite affordable Best Choice Sushi, down the road, on Route 33. And there is a reason for it. Please read further. However, our last night visit to Mr. China, with a goal of dining-in, was a rather unpleasant experience. The place is a true hole-in-the-wall, with basically zero decor. The interior of the restaurant doesn't seem quite clean or well kept. Basically, there is no table service. To get sauces, or utensils, or chopsticks, you have to do it yourself. To hope to see a green-top soy sauce (lesser sodium) is a vain expectation. Other restaurant clienteke consisted of GrubHubbers or DoorDashers, hanging out inside and waiting for their orders. The command of English among the restaurant stuff is next to zero. The food was decent, especially the Chinese dishes. The rolls neither looked neatly made nor fresh. So, our advice would be to use Mr. China for deliveries only. In-person visits won't be a good experience.

I don’t know this place passed Health department inspection 🤢. The knife for the sushi looks like they never clean ( they only used the towel ) the bamboo mat ( sushi ) disgusting. Workers not washing their hands scratching their lower back. Gross I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want to get sick of your stomach.

I love Mr. Wok. I always eat the food; serves two, before taking a picture. Today I took a picture of General Tso chicken with vegetable fried rice; ate the spring roll. I like the crispy tofu and broccoli. I usually call my order and I have never had a problem. You can easily find street parking.

we have always bought food but this time the rice is harder than a rock. I do not recommend this place. They usually use rice that is almost 3 days old or more. No no. Mr Wok wants to make money, but they should eat that old rice themselves. It costs me money for these Chinese to sell me old rice? No way Jose, no I hope the owner who is always there reads this message. Do not sell old rice, it is so expensive for you to sell it, overcooked from 3 days, and super old frying oil. Do not do it. We work very hard for you to sell old rice. It had to be said and it was said. Pay attention to this message, thank you!!

This place was really busy, which was a GREAT sign! I tried this restaurant out today for the 1st time and really enjoyed the freshness of the rice and fried Plantains. The pork fried rice was nicely balanced and not salty- just right. The chicken and broccoli was absolutely fresh with a balanced crunch on the veggies and nice chunks of chicken. I also ordered half a fried chicken and a chicken lo-mein for the family and they loved it. There's parking available with about 4 spaces including1 handicap parking spot (awesome). The customer service was actually pretty decent. When you're craving Chinese food, check this place out.

When I’ve placed an order including shrimp and vegetables they gave me so much rice and noodles with hardly any toppings. Not even bean sprouts and very little onions.

This is a casual Indo-Chinese restaurant with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, providing a nice view of the exterior. Orders are taken by a waiter, as normal, but the food is served with a robot server. The robot goes very slowly, so there's no reason to be scared of it. This place is great for families, friends, and large groups. The food comes in huge portions for a good price, and is very tasty. The tempura ice cream is enough for two, and as our server mentioned, 2 entrees are about 25 oz, so enough for a family of three like us, especially with appetizers. We ordered the drums of Heaven (chicken drumsticks), crispy chilli baby corn, stir fry beef, combo fried rice, Manchurian shrimp, and fried ice cream, which came out to $113 including the service charge. We ended up packing one entree and one appetizer, and were insanely full by the end, so you could definitely just order fewer dishes and have a bill closer to $70 for three people. On the day we went, several of the dishes were unavailable, e.g. they were out of paneer. Since we came before the dinner rush and were the only people there, I felt this didn't reflect the best planning or inventory strategy. If a restaurant ends up out of a certain item, I'd expect it to be midway through dinner, not before dinner has even started. Still, the menu is expansive, and the food (especially the baby corn and chicken drumsticks) was great, so I'd recommend a visit anyway. One thing to note: I'd highly recommend bringing your own water bottles, as there's no tap water, only bottled water that you have to pay for. I didn't know this, as it was my first time, but we saw that most other families brought their own water bottles.

Ignore all the negative reviews, We are a group of 12 and we still chose Spice wok because of the large seating, and we are glad. Thanks for the good service and yummy food. Lollipop chicken was talked about a lot in the reviews, but it's Just different than the normal lollipop chicken it's great. Otherwise, the Momos, Mongolian beef, chili shrimp, chicken 65, orange chicken, etc, were all scrumptious.

Ordered egg foo Young and I brought it home. The shrimp was old and refried along with the eggs, also on the bottom. It was totally black because the oil hasn’t been changed in quite a while. It’s very disgusting. I went back for a replacement order and it looked exactly the same as the original one.

Update 3/30/23 Ordered lunch today with a coworker. Food was delicious again. I love this place. Little place to food is good and great service all the time. Been eating here for years and never got any bad food nor bad service. Update 8-14-22 The owner of this place is always looking for good help. He hires them, they stay a few day, gone!! He and his wife are working so hard everyday and yet still the food I'd delicious as always. I always get good fresh vegetables in in dish I order. Wild waiting for your food, you see how fast and hard they work. I give this place not a 5 but a 10!! Please go check them out today. They maybe a small place, but the food I'd always 100% delicious always. If you know people who need to work, go talk to the owner.

I have lived in Lawrenceville for about 8 years. I have never gone to Fortune Garden. I decided to try and was so glad I did. Fortune Garden is a small place and a take out only restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food tasted. The Sesame Chicken, Pan fried Dumplings and Fried Rice was very good . I look forward to going again and trying more options. I am sorry it took so long for me to try Fortune Garden. I also want to say the woman at the front counter was extremely pleasant. Great Customer Service to all the customers that came and went

Paid 15 bucks for a large chicken rice soup and an order of chicken teriyaki. I usually go to Best Food in Town and really enjoy their soup but there's super limited parking so I went here instead as it was closer. The soup has no taste to it. Honestly the best way I can describe it is tap water. No salt or anything of flavor, same with the chicken in it. The teriyaki chicken is just ok and that's being nice. The woman at the counter is super friendly but shelling out 15 bucks for this isn't ok. Probably won't go here again.

Came to New Jersey for a week and half vacation. Excited to find Chinese food around the area. Went for lunch with family, so disappointed. Wasted my time and money. The worst meal I have so far in NJ. Expensive for such quality and service. Service=no service, very awkward. Food taste bad. I’m Chinese, these taste worst than what I cook at home. Fish is frozen fish. The soup and the fish is not hot when arrived our table. Some slices of the frozen fish is still a bit cold. The soup is super salty (some sour). Nothing like the picture (in picture is live fish sliced not frozen fish filets). The frog pot is even worst. All I eat is flour, oil and bones, and is overcooked. The pancake, definitely fried in oil, but pan fried. Crunchy but oily inside out. Only dish finished is wonton in chili oil. It’s okay, eatable. In total spend 70something for 4dishes before tip. I rather spend $5 for McDonald meal. Will never come again.

I love this place! While looking for a good lunch spot in Princeton, this spot came into our radar. I loved everything spicy they had and their scallion pancakes and crispy spicy chicken were AMAZING!!!! I loved all of the food we ordered. While the service was definitely not great by any means, I would totally come back for the food.

Best Real Chinese Food in the area. Traditional (not american) chinese food will not please everyone. There are plenty of sugary/greasy chinese restaurant to satisfy the regular crowd. Hot Wok Cafe is an island of traditional food in New Jersey - Keep the good work - By the way I appreciate that they did not pay a company to erase the less than 5 stars review - So many review board are cleaned up by marketing oufits

Amazing food! They take great care to make Buddhist style food for us. In separate pans! The owners pay particular attention to all the guests! Been going there for 20 + years!

Good place to have some indian food and try different stuffed parathas they offer, atleast they have around 80 types of parathas. We tried Jalapeno with Mint one its awesome. We also tried chole bhatura one of the best places to have chole bhatura, Masala pav is full of indian flavors

The make your own paratha with 5 toppings which is a great idea. You get the basic north indian and south indian food. You can also get a platter with roti n veggies. The food is excellent and i suggest you mix n match food to get a the flavor of the foods.
