Ho Ho Chinese Restaurant
I'm so surprised by the low reviews of this restaurant because it is so delicious and inexpensive! For $7, you can get a combo with two entrees, rice or noodles, and a fried wonton or egg roll. The portions are very large. I got the sesame chicken and kung pao chicken. The sesame chicken was so crispy without being too sweet. I'll definitely be coming here regularly!
Everything here is bread disguised as meat menu items. I would avoid due to integrity and potential safety issues. The item shown is supposed to be chicken.
New Dragon
The food is absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and packed with authentic taste. I tried the sesame chicken and lo mein, and both were spot-on, with generous portions that left me with leftovers for later. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. Prices are affordable, and the convenience of takeout or delivery is a huge plus. Definitely my go-to spot for Chinese food in the area—highly recommend giving it a try!
Yes, the price is very good. The sesame chicken is very urgent, and the boss also gave a spring roll.
Healthy Asian Garden
What happened to my favorite Asian restaurant? This used to be my Go To spot. Great service, Smiling and friendly staff, Great tasting food with crisp, freshly prepared meals????? What happened? Now, no one smiles, very unfriendly staff, tasteless, soggy food. Crisp and fresh no longer exists at Healthy Asian Garden. The one thing that is still there? The Tip Jar. For what, doing me a favor by selling worn out food without a smile? NEVER MORE. HEALTHY ASIAN GARDEN. Too bad, it was great but that's history.
Just ordered through uber eats, general tso's chicken. Honestly it isnt really edible. No flavor, not spicy, barely any sauce. Just feels like eating chewy flavorlesa rubber. Probably one of the worst general tso chicken I have had in a long time. Very dissappointed after waiting so lomg for the food and paying a premium for food that will just go straight to the trash bin so I can go to the grocery store and buy something that edible. Uber eats quality has been pretty low for a while but this was definitely an experience I wont forget for a while.
Panda Express
This panda express seemed much cleaner than others I’ve been to. Only a few empty food serving containers options when ordering. Seemed like they were just a tiny bit stingy on the walnut shrimp but I imagine they’re not told to be generous since it’s an up-charge. Line moved with good speed and I didn’t feel rushed. I still have some money on my gift card so I might be back sometime if I pass this way.
I Order from Panda Express once a week from Panda Express not normally this one but when I have, I have a problem everytime. The first time I ordered online, I ordered a bowl with fried rice and orange chicken and when I picked up, they only gave me 4 pieces of chicken, but filled the bowl with rice, I genuinely believe they did this because I wasn’t there watching them, this time, I ordered delivery and I ordered a 12 piece wagoon for me and my mom, it was only delivered with a 3 piece, the order says 4 items we only got 3 items and we received a small order not a large. I do not think I will be ordering from here anymore.
Taste of Asia
The quality of the ingredients paired with the authentic taste of the sauce and perfect sides. This is the best beef I’ve ever had from a Chinese place. Finally!😭😋💯💋. AND IT WAS DELIVERED.
High quality ingredients and nice portions. Food is cooked to order and quite delicious.
Panda Express
I have eaten here twice—once by delivery and once in store. The food was pretty good and the portion size was as well. Could use a bit more on the beef and shrimp sides. The staff was friendly. The biggest negatives are that the dining room really needed a good scrub down and should be kept clean. Also, I saw a mop for the FLOOR being used on the back wall above the food prep area. That is…🤢!!! People walk in all kinds of places including in bathrooms. That mop is being used on the same floor where their shoes are then right above your food. That’s appalling. I sure hope they didn’t use that mop in the bathroom, too. Don’t know that I’ll be going back here after seeing that. I’m almost never have stomach aches but my stomach ached the day after my first order here. I do wonder….
Food was great and actually hot! Buuuttt... the servings were very skimpy. Half of my entree slots in to-go container were filled with rice. Rice is a side not an entree! Decently clean place and kind staff
Ho Mei Chinese Restaurant
Food is prety good and they serve alot a food amd they add a drink for the same price ebry i am here in denver this is the spot
Guys this food was good and super affordable. Everything looks amazing I will say how ever anything fried will have more batter than meat ratio however the sauce is amazing . Is the service the best ? No, how ever these ladies are here to get it moving and keep it flowing. There will be a language barrier but they understand what you want. I took my food to go, but looking at the restaurant I probably wouldn’t have stayed anyway. I would definitely be back for pick up for sure YUM!!!!
Spicy Thai II and Sushi
Always thought South Park Hill to be a desert for Asian food, but was pleasantly surprised by the local favorite Spicy Thai and Sushi. Despite the inconspicuous appearance, the Thai food and sushi here were as tasty as many other more notable Thai restaurants and sushi places in town. Besides these, their Chinese entrees were also quite good. Certainly a hidden gem for the neighborhood and worth a try when you are around next time. It is right by Dang Soft Serve Ice Cream.
Moved to Aurora from Orlando, FL. I'm slowly trying to find some good eats places to later frequent. This place will be on my list. Had the Peanut Curry noodles, Eel nagiri, and fried shumai. All were great! They also have my favorite plum wine. They have several East Asian options. Cute spot, decent portion and prices.
Thai Basil
This restaurant was recommended by our AirBnb host, and it was close to the place. The restaurant had parking area, which is nice. We ate dinner on Monday night. It wasn’t busy; however, we noticed there were several takeout orders. It is casual with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff were friendly and attentive. There were good selection on their menu and the prices were reasonable. We enjoyed our dinner.
TERRIBLE AND UNSAFE!!! This restaurant is putting customer SAFETY AT RISK!!!!! They added shrimp to a spring roll. The description of the Spring Roll on Uber Eats states rice noodles and lettuce. Nothing about shrimp nor does it provide an option to customize the order. Well, I bit into it and chewed before I realized the roll contained shrimp. Now I must pray I am not allergic to shrimp as I havent eaten shrimp in over 25 years. Called the manager and he pretended he couldn't find the order in the system. Steer clear of this place is food safety is important to you.
New China Chef
We found New China Chef on Too Good To Go and absolutely love it! We ordered 3 surprise boxes. 2 had Lo Mein, fried rice, and crab cheese wontons and 1 had Happy Family with fried rice and crab cheese wontons. Each box also came with a small chicken and rice soup. The food was absolutely delicious and the Auntie running it was so sweet. I would definitely come back here to try other memu items as I'm sure they will be equally delicious!
Ordered the family deal for delivery. The food quality is low to say it plainly. Nothing is fresh and tastes like it’s several days old. Probably the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. I was really hoping for better since this is a neighborhood restaurant and I’d love to support local businesses.
Ho Mie / HO-HO Chinese Restaurant
Ran in here for a quick late lunch with my teens they loved it. The service was amazing we went in and spent 19$ on all this food I usually end up spending 40+ everywhere else we go. We still had enough left over for dinner the food was delicious in and out in less than 10 minutes because we couldn’t decide what to get. Definitely will be back when we are in the area and want a quick yummy lunch.
I ordered fried rice, bbq pork (freezer burnt), jalapeno chicken, w/egg roll, 22oz green tea, +1 order egg roll, chicken wings (broken bones so not safe to eat) I was charged $23 .33. Which means I was charged 2× on the wings. So over paid and 1/2 the meal was inedible. I used to love this place but since the got competition, they seen to have gotten worse. At this point I would recommend Tasty Express over Ho mie.
Panda Express
Every time we go here the drive thru line is long and it takes a long time to order and get the food. The other disappointing thing is the amount of food they serve. I have been to other Pandas and this location always serves the least. Went today and got a plate, ordered half white rice, half Chow Mein, and double Sesame Chicken. It’s as if I asked for double vegetables instead, there was more on bottom of the chicken than what can be seen in the picture.
We ordered the family pack and one of the choices we got was the beef and broccoli and when we got home, we got a box full of broccoli. As you can see in the second picture I finally found some so called piece of beef after digging around and taking some broccoli out. This was disappointing since I ordered BEEF and broccoli not broccoli and broccoli. I don't recommend this restaurant. Spend your money elsewhere.
