Our family went for our lunar year dinner. Everything was delicious, all the seafood was so fresh. The king crab was absolutely succulent, cooked to perfection with a delicate sweetness and rich, buttery flavor that melted in your mouth. We had three different ways to prepare it. Steamed with garlic, fried with egg yolk, and fried rice. The fried eel was fried to perfection and filled with flavor. (Definitely a must try!) Buddhist Jumping Over the Wall Soup is an traditional Chinese delicacy, rare to find!!!. Packed full of collagen and delicious seafood!

Good: seafood stir fry, mixed veggies with lotus root, fried rice Ok: Peking duck, spare ribs with pineapple Meh: seafood in fried noodle basket Pass: lo mein, mushrooms and sea cucumber, mixed veggies with water chestnut. Rating is for food only. I would give the service negatives if it was possible. No recommendations here. Do not host an event here if anyone has any dietary restrictions. Place is BYOB. We came here for the traditional family style dinner. They did an atrocious job with dietary restrictions confusing allergens with vegetarian. They advised someone with severe (airborne) allergies just to "not eat" the allergen, and advised another person after they had declared a severe allergy to "just try a little". We had to go back and forth with the staff for over an hour before they agreed to make a (singular one) dish to accommodate someone with multiple allergies because it was "just too much to deal with". A couple of decent dishes but most were mid with a few being terribly under seasoned. The lo mein in particular was so soggy and flavorless. Place is decorated nicely.

Food was cold and obviously over prepped for a 2pm buffet. I’d rather pay a few more dollars for hot food. The staff was extremely rude and impatient. The lady nudged the checks at us 4 different times while trying to finish our last plate, even to the point of taking the plate out from under our fork in hand. I’ve never seen anything quite like it in my life to be honest, I was speechless and outright flabbergasted. Definitely will not be back! What a disappointment… 👎

Staff was annoying they were in a rush for us to pay and leave even trying to make us pay and trying to take our plates before we were finished. Waitress was rude as well as snotty saying you leave tip! Even $2 or $3! Food was cold for the most part as well. Terrible exsperience won't be going back again!!

Just placed a $60 takeout order, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The person taking the order over the phone was helpful, attentive, and patient while I detailed exactly what I wanted. The order included a large extra-spicy Szechuan chicken with mostly broccoli, an extra-large General Tso's chicken with a side of extra sauce, a large serving of steamed vegetables, and four spring rolls. The portions were incredibly generous and exceeded my expectations. The flavors were spot on, surpassing anything I’ve had at the other two Chinese buffets in the area. If you’re in Sayre or the surrounding "Valley," I highly recommend New Kam Bo for fantastic Chinese cuisine—you won’t be disappointed!

Me and my Wife ate in, Everything was amazing! Huge portions! The place was clean, the food was hot and fresh delivered to the table, great selection, definitely will be back. I have never had cheese wontons but my wife used to get them and they were amazing. Hand made in store, I prefer the spicy mustard with them over the red sauce they come with. Lots of fresh vegetables in the hot and sour soup.

Two amazing lunches for under $20 bucks and delivered in 20 min. Amazing. Best in the valley. Never disappointed. Thank you guys for always making such great food. 6 years of eating here and never once had a bad experience.

First time eating here and there food is Amazing, fresh and tasty!!! I highly recommend general's Taos tofu Soo delicious and there smoothies are Soo good. Cute restaurant, nice workers and fast service!! Thank you so much for this awesome meal🙏 next time I'm in town I'll get seconds :)

Fantastic Chinese food! Perfect portions, perfectly flavored. I highly recommend the “Buddhist Delight” (tofu, vegetables, and rice)—I have had this dish many times at a variety of Chinese restaurants, and No. 1 China Garden consistently makes some of the very best! Their Singapore Mei Fun is also excellent, and so is their Kung Pao Chicken. Sometimes this restaurant is “take out only,” but most of the time you can dine in if you prefer. The atmosphere is minimalist and perhaps a bit mismatched, but clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this restaurant—be sure to try it if you are in the area!!

We ordered our food then drove around for about an hour and the food was still hot and fresh when we got home. It's the only Chinese place we can eat without getting sick. Highly recommend if in the area. Everything is made to order

Good food. Fast service (almost too fast). Liu Garden is a very local Asian restaurant. I eat here every week, and enjoy it every time. I recommend this place to everyone who wants some good, but fairly cheap, Chinese food. My only bads here occurred when I ordered sesame chicken. It seemed like they took general tso's chicken and put sesame seeds on top of it. Besides that, everything else is tasty.

This place is amazing, we love to order the family meals. We were super grateful to receive a calendar as a gift with our order today. I wanted to thank you and felt like a review was in order. Our food is always hot ans fresh, the service is great even swapping items when requested. My family is thankful to live close to this establishment.

I was visiting from out of town at a local hotel. Ordered take out to have back at my room. It was fresh, hot and very delicious!!! Thank you!!!

The food buffet was excellent. Service very good and the 1st time my water was refilled was fine, but the 2nd refill of the water had a chemical taste..left a bad taste. I tried to explain but the staff English speaking skills were very limited. My son said that they had a similar experience with the water on a previous visit I was given a whole new glass of water but the taste had lingered.

The best $10 lunch value in the state! This type of buffet really doesn't exist much anymore and definitely not with this many choices of chicken (at least 8 different to choose from). The food was very good but a couple dishes were a bit cold which is to be expected with a buffet like this. Employees were very kind as well and we will definitely stop here again if in the area

My parents and I have been coming here for years but haven't been back as often because our last experience was below par. We decided to give it another chance today. I ordered yellow curry chicken with brown rice and my father ordered chicken lo mein with pork fried rice. My yellow curry chicken was cold and old, so much so that it no longer had sauce because of t had become gelatin. The brown rice was severely undercooked, in-eatable. I asked to please exchange the rice and was brought white rice that was ok. The server was not pleasant at all. My father's lo mein was also cold and his rice had little to no ingredients, especially not pork. This was $40 and I could not eat, except for the egg roll. That was good. I feel bad because we love the owner. He has always been kind but unfortunately, kindness doesn't satisfy the belly 🤷🏼‍♀️

We enjoyed the food and relaxing dining in experience so much recently, we just happened to be drawn back today. Great people and small dining room still felt like a relaxing time to us. I really mean it when I say they are great people in this small restaurant. And dine in is awesome!!!! Thank you all at No.1 Chinese Restaurant ❤️

Everything I get from here is delicious. They are so kind and respectful and they actually remember their frequent customers and our orders. I feel more like family when I come here! I have the number stored under my favorite!! I love the food and how I'm treated that makes me feel good to spend my money with them. I absolutely Love their shrimp rolls, and my favorite chicken on a stick. Their fried chicken is always good as well. Watermelon super fresh and sweet 😋

Eating at this place is everything there food is good and I love there shrimp 🍤 and broccoli 🥦 and there shrimp 🍤 fried rice 🍚 boi 😋 I be full all day with them!

This my my first time ordering from here, I ordered a combination platter of pepper steak with pork fried rice. The food overall taste wise was delicious, the only complaint I have is that I literally only have 6 little pieces of steak and like a whole onion and a whole pepper chopped up in my plate...
