The staff was super kind and helpful. We were the only one at the resturaunt at the time and I hope they're doing well bc this is the kind of food I miss. ❤️House special fried noodles with crispy noodles ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - my favorite - crispy and perfect - wish there was more sauce Hot and sour soup ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - has a little bit of spice in it - one friend complained it was too iron tasting but I liked it Snow pea leaves ⭐⭐⭐✨ - it's a great vegetable Honey Garlic spare ribs⭐⭐⭐⭐✨ - juicy - small pieces and easier to manage Honey walnut shrimp⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - what you'd expect - it's really well done though - a little hard to chew after a while - isn't too sweet and love that about kt ❤️Salt and pepper squid⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - perfect with rice King pow chicken ⭐⭐ - really did not like this one

The low star rating is because for decades this place was legendary, new owners did not do well but have improved. It isn't what it was, but it's far better than many places with higher reviews. I was disappointed that my seafood dish contained K-rab, intallian broccoli, and courgettes. To be fair the prices are good, but I'd rather pay a little more for better quality. All the people complaining about service-if you go to a good Chinese restaurant you should expect "bad" service. Complaining about service in a Chinese restaurant is like complaining your mc happy meal didn't come with a pedicure. Better asian restaurants don't fuss with atmosphere or fawning, they just produce great food.

Usually good food but the last couple of times the fried rice has been awful. Clumpy and mooshy like old rice that’s been microwaved. Check out the photos. Fix your fried rice, it’s so simple and easy and somehow it’s been a tasteless clump the last couple of times.

My dinner was inedible when I got home. I remember the days when my son and I would rally my parents to let us get panda express for whatever the occasion family dinner. Those days are long gone. The quality of food has drastically declined, not only was I given packets of teriyaki sauce for my plain teriyaki chicken, the chicken had an odd unidentified taste to it. I couldn't get past one bite of the chicken, and 1 bite of chow mein noodles. I am deeply saddened.. This was one of my most fav fast food spots. And last night was the 3rd time in 10 months that I knew I shouldn't go there, but yet was still in high hopes of it being like it used to be....... Well..... Nope...

On Christmas day a couple friends and I made our way in the blistering cold rainy day to warm up with Chinese food! 😋 We sat on the restaurant side since we had a 20 year old with us. It was very quiet, but that helped us pick out what to eat. We ordered Sesame Chicken, Curry Beef, Mongolian Chicken, Spring Rolls, and a full stack of pancakes. 😅 The look on our server's face was priceless! 😂 We didn't wait long for our food to come out, but while we waited we could hear Rocky Horror playing from the lounge. We wished it had been playing on our side too.🥺 All of our dishes came out piping hot and were so good! We had an idea to eat the sweet pancake with the savory protein. It slapped! The curry beef sauce with the pancake was incredible, for real.

The food is always good from this place and the people are nice. However, I ordered a sesame chicken, which out every other restaurant on the face of the earth comes with a sesame sweet sauce with a little bit of spicy pepper in it. When I got my meal which cost a total of $70 including a 20% tip for myself and my partner which included house fried rice and chow mein, my sesame chicken was nothing more than a glorified appetizer that came with some cocktail sauce to dip it in. Super disappointed most expensive Chinese food that I have ever ordered. Super disappointed, I literally had to get a jar of grocery store sweet-and-sour sauce out of my fridge and heat it up to put it on my chicken. All the bartender could tell me when I called and complained was out, this is how we served out here. Even though what I pointed out on the menu was listed in the dinner menu in the chicken section not the appetizer section.

Service here is great. Food and decor are a little rundown, but it's a solid cheap option. Nothing awful about, just not anything special either. I think they do most of their business on lotto slot machines.

I have been here in the past and had great service from a lady that was so kind and friendly, however I went back and parked in the parking lot and a man that work here came out and told me to park in another spot for an unknown reason, I was just finishing up a zoom meeting from work and decided to take my dog around the corner to pee before I went in and the same guy came out and was blowing a whistle at me, i told him I was in a meeting and was coming in for food when I'm done, he told me he was calling the police and went inside and turned on these alarms that were outside the building, it was so obnoxious and uncalled for, I decided to leave and not ever come back for how I was treated, I wasn't even in the parking lot 15 minutes and all I needed to do was fishing my work meeting, he lost a customer and some because I will tell every and anyone about his behavior, that is not how you treat people.also the food is over priced and not very good.

Very polite and fast service. I was the only one in the dining area which seemed pretty weird on a friday at 8pm. Food was really good. Pricing and portions were appropiate. I left feeling full with leftovers for work the next morning. Only issue i had was had to remind the lady waitress about the tea. But that definately wasn't a huge problem.

Spacious and clean restaurant we had attentive polite service. Big portions and tasty food! Found my new Chinese spot!

I have eat here a couple of times now. The food is very fresh tasting and full of flavor. The wait staff is very welcoming and friendly. I recommend trying this restaurant.

A great, low key place with good food, friendly people and generous portions. I’ve tried several dishes since they opened ( chicken fried rice, BBQ fried rice, a beef snowpea dish, and appetizers). All good, hot, and filling. Try it!

Title: 4.5 ⭐ Great Food and Service but Pricey I recently visited Panda Express and had a great experience overall. The welcoming environment and pleasant employees made my visit enjoyable from the moment I walked in. The dining area and restroom were both very clean, which is something I always appreciate in a restaurant. The food at Panda Express was delicious, and the portions were very generous. I left feeling satisfied and happy with my meal. Additionally, I was thrilled to see that they finally introduced a rewards program for customers. It's easy to use and definitely a nice added bonus for frequent visitors like myself. However, the only drawback for me was the prices. While the quality of the food and the service were excellent, I found the prices to be a bit on the higher side compared to other similar restaurants. If the prices were a bit more affordable, during these economical times. I would than gladly rate Panda Express a full 5 stars. Overall, Panda Express is a solid choice for a quick and satisfying meal, with great food, and great service.

It's 5 star for me because: Staff is on point and working hard and working well. It's a "fast food" restaurant with the same staff I saw more than a year ago. They must be treating employees well. The food is good. Mostly I appreciate the ethos of the company and the positive, polite, friendly staff.

5 stars for best value in Portland! You don't see many of these large to-go containers crammed full these days. This place also has a bunch of cheap lunch specials and American sandwich and burger options. My house fried rice was full of shrimp and steak and good for at least three meals. I love leftovers!

The teriyaki is absolutely disgusting!🤮 It was soy-based with no other flavoring (I.e. ginger or brown sugar). And it was more like a jello-thick consistency due to too much starch. My chicken was inconsistently hot as if it was microwaved. In the same bite, half the chicken would be cold while the other half was too hot! Same with my steamed-veggies, half were soggy while the other half were raw! White rice also had pockets of heat and pockets that were cold. The only pro is the pricing was cheap & portions were big. The crab puffs were unique to say the least. The pastry dough tasted heavily freezer-burnt. The sweet & sour tasted like chemicals. I noticed everyone who came in during my time were just gambling. We were the only ones sitting and eating in the dining area.

This place is very expensive and the delivery is just awful. Come here for beer and atmosphere, but I would never, ever come here for food. Service is fine, but it is very obvious that the kitchen has completely given up

This bar looks sooooo sketch from the outside but it is absolutely great inside. There were plenty of video lottery machines and the place was super clean and not crowded. The bartender was super friendly and every looked up how to make a drink for me and my friend! Will be returning.

Poor food quality. We eat here maybe once a month. It is a hit and miss with this location. Sometimes the food is good and most of the time’s below standards. I love noodles. But for some reason this location gives you more vegetables than the noodles. Tired of the crappy service as the employees remarks are, “that is how the food is made”…. If I wanted a salad I would order a salad but I want noodles! Why is it hard for Panda Express to accommodate the right amount of noodles? Very frustrating and disappointing. Waste of my hard earned money!

certain hours of day affect food quality, noticed. last time rice was dry, food wasn’t as tasty but this time it’s better. I can smile now.

Been to this location several times, and it’s never been this bad. We walked into a very dirty restaurant with all the tables covered in food crumbs, straws on the floor, & drink station an absolute mess. They were out of chow mein, which was alright. They told us we had to wait five minutes. After, paying for our food and taking a seat. We had to wipe our dirty table.. 10-15 minutes later we finally received our food. I ordered the chow main bowl with grilled chicken. As you can see in the photo the chicken was BURNT, I couldn’t even bite through it. Makes sense why they couldn’t cut through it.. DEFINITELY not worth the wait or the $10. I’m very disappointed by the lack of quality and cleanliness. The chicken was not fresh, had lots of fat. 👎🏼

Value. That’s what you’re getting from Panda over every other restaurant in town. I’ve ate at this Panda dozens of times and every time received good food, excellent service and the atmosphere is what you expect at this price point. The staff is friendly, professional, and quick. The amount and quality of the food you get for $10 is objectively better than a lot of other places and it re heats well. Staff is friendly, professional, and quick. They also advertise their pay for lower management employees as well as entry level employees in the restaurant in an effort to recruit new people which I commend. Not many fast food restaurants would do that for obvious reasons which helps me feel better about eating here.

I ordered the #6 Dinner combo. I eat here maybe once a month the past few. I dont wanna complain cuz its drunk food for me. But today was the last straw. The lady at the front is always very nice. But two or three times now the food is not good quality at all. See pictures. The pork should be pink, it's clearly discolored. The rice was stale, like day old. The fried shrimp was okay, but the smell is overly fishy. The general tsao chicken was sub par and tasted tough like it had been refried. Maybe I wasn't drunk enough to enjoy it! Lmao Just from the looks of the pork im worried about all the meat! I could barely eat anything for fear of food poisoning. If this was my restaurant I would not give disclored meat. So disappointed. I will probably doordash from somewhere else in the future. Was fun while it lasted Wu. Good luck.

I ordered a number 6 and a number 8 and everything that we had that was fried treated like it had been cooked in the oldest nastiest fry oil I've ever had the displeasure of tasting. Then when I called to ask about a refund I was told no and that they change their oil once a week and nobody else complained that day so it was "my problem". I'm upset and I will be going down there to get my money back. I'll update this review later so everyone can know how things went.
