Amazing how far Applebee’s is falling. Used to love going to the place, but the food is like eating cardboard with not enough seasoning on it. I when you’re at a restaurant you have one thing to do and that’s the serve food that your people will come back for not the case so much anymore.

Order our food was one other couple there. Food came and stuff wasn’t right my dish was very poorly made and had very little amount of food for a dinner entree took over 5 minutes for the server to come back for me to tell him. Then his manager says wow yeah that’s not right not only that was missing my bread stick as well. So they remake it my family was done eating and we had done paid for everything before my food was finally brought out. As I told them just to make it to go since my family and my parents was done eating and ready to go. So I had paid for a meal that wasn’t even right that I didn’t even eat and even when I got home go to open it and there was a long hair in it. My daughter wouldn’t even eat it. Now I’m making my dinner at home after having to spend over 1 1/2 hours at your establishment just to not eat. Also the 1 drink we ordered was nasty and tasted watered down. Over tall super bad experience. All for well I’m sorry.

My card was overcharged after I paid and left and when I called back for an explanation, I was told they guess one of their staff members did it. I was given my refund back in cash( no paper trail), no apology or real explanation. Food is decent, but be safe and pay in cash only. Very dishonest, and lady at the front has a terrible attitude.

Food is good, but I would recommend that you do not order the combo meals. The combo meal I picked up today was 90% rice. I counted 6 pieces of beef and there was very few onions for this Mongolian Beef meal. First time ordering the combo meal, so it was very disappointing, but my other previous orders that were not combo meals were great.

I have eaten there about 4 times and Everytime the food has been fantastic! They have the best hot and sour soup I have ever eaten. I enjoy eating in their restaurant.

This place is a rip off. We were charged dinner price when it was actually during lunch hours. When I asked, they just said I didn’t ask for lunch. I shouldn’t have to specify. Got home and they had forgotten one of the meals. The Mongolian beef was 90% onions and barely any beef. The sesame chicken was so thin and was mostly bread. The dumplings had absolutely no flavor. One and done. We won’t be back.

Food was old no customer service I watched the old lady take dirty plates off the table and take a rag and wipe the food off the dirty plate and restock it to the clean plates I called health department immediately and better business bureau will not be returning!!!!! Way over priced as well

Not a lot of food on buffet, actually wanted a salad and no lettuce was out , didn't ask for any either they didn't have enough customers in there that I felt as if it wasn't there because of being busy,food was cold , even the soup, and wonton noodles for the soup taste like yesterday's old oil ,garlic toast was so hard ,not edible,will I go back next time in the city : probably, because their crab salad was fantastic, macaroni salad was good and seasoned cucumbers were awesome, however their shrimp on the salad bar was like soggy,but we can skip the shrimp🙂

Look here now. I order two orders of lunch special Mongolian beef. I’ll tell you what it’s mostly the rice and onions. it is a disappointment. I paid $20 for this meal. I’m gonna tell you right now. It sure ain’t gonna berepeat again.

Restaurant is very run down. Tables were dirty, but young man playing on phone instead of cleaning. Food was horrible. I ordered garlic shrimp, they come with broccoli, pea pods, corn etc. you get the ideal. It had absolutely had no flavor. Horrible horrible food. Shrimp by themselves were good. I thru the rice away and most of the vegetables. The man cooking seems not to know how to cook. I won't go back and won't recommend.

Only Take Out at this location, and it was the WORST Chinese food I have EVER had!! I feel sorry for the people of Brooklyn having only this place for Chinese. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Pictures are from what was left…chicken was DRY & OVERCOOKED. Egg Roll was frozen. Beef Fried rice was fried rice. I picked all the beef out which was minimal. As you can tell by the picture it was ALL rice. Never again. They still have covid glass up, seems to be Take out only.

Nice little place for takeout. I got steamed dumplings and roast pork egg foo young ($15 and some change total). The dumpling sauce was slightly sweeter than most. While I prefer the traditional ones more, this was a nice change up. I liked the gravy for the egg foo young. The food itself is average when compared to the ones nearby in Jackson. Staff was friendly, the prices were nice, and the wait time was not bad at all.

My favorite Chinese place in Jackson. I’ve been a regular here for a decade and I can’t get enough. It’s the best sweet and sour chicken in town, and the only place around where you can get the giant puffy pan-fried dumplings. Stop on by sometime and maybe I’ll bump into you there ;)

Ordered via door dash. Door dash was quick, polite, and the food was hot. Unfortunately the food was also the most bland and tasteless Chinese food I've had in my adult life. Shockingly bland, like they didn't even use soy sauce in the veg fried rice. I do not recommend.

Disgusting! Eggrolls tasted freezer burnt and greasy, crab Rangoon was sour, prime rib, flavorless and sour, Singapore rice noodles, chewy and greasy, cheesy seafood, delight, not so delightful, dry and crunchy…. Absolutely disgusting even by Chinese buffet standards. We will definitely never be back.

By far, the worst buffet I have ever been to. The food had been sitting there you could tell for a long time, some of the trays they may have dumped fresh on top of the old, but they did not change out any pots, would never recommend this place.

UBER DRIVER AMAZING, PANDA EXPRESS research and development, you teaching your employees to scam people out of their food? We spend 50$ for one plate for UBER to deliver AND YOU SERIOUSLY give me all broccoli and no beef? If this is cutting cost, you guys do it well CHEAP! Re-write your SOPs!!!! Ridiculous!!!

I popped in on a regular Thursday. I wanted something spicy and to give this place a try because my daughters have given it so much praise. I ordered the Szechuan shrimp (no mushrooms) with fried rice and took it home. When I got home and opened the food I noticed that I did not get fried rice. Instead it was regular rice. No big deal. The rice was hot and fresh. I could eat it plain it was so good. I then opened up the szechuan shrimp and the vegetables were so crisp and fresh! The sauce had the perfect amount of spice and the food was still hot! There was plenty of shrimp and they left out the mushrooms (as requested). Definitely one of the best places I’ve ever gotten szechuan shrimp from. 💜

I ordered shrimp and chicken fried rice I always order my chicken white meat only. I called to the restaurant because my meat was not done and it was still pink. The lady said when you order white meat it comes like that, if was so bad I couldn’t put it in my mouth it was mushy and all. but I was trying to tell her it’s not done she said it comes like that and that was that and I was hungry for the rest of the night. I would not recommend going unless you like raw chicken and shrimp that is unknown. Below is a picture of the nonsense.

Got delivery. Everything was so good. They really make the rice spicy as asked. Which I appreciate. Got combination fried rice with egg, crab Rangoons which are the recipe from the 90s that I grew up on and fried chicken wings.

Got the general tso’s chicken and while the portion was very big, the chicken was just bad. It was soft and rubbery and didn’t even taste like chicken. Crab rangoons were good though.

Hey food connoisseur here. Food was Bussin! Just moved from 515. Decided to grab Chinese for New Year’s Eve. First time trying this place. Got shrimp fried rice with beef. Taste was on point, egg rolls and crab Rangoon delish.

Sad to say...this place changed. Used to eat here weekly/biweekly. The general tso being one of my favorite. But the sauce changed, it's like pure ketchup and very sweet. The worst part was the chicken. It was 95% breading...I literally had to search for a piece of actual chicken...and I'm not even sure it was chicken. Really disappointed on this one..won't be back... make king wok great again...
