Namaste Indo-Nepali Cuisine- Columbus
Food is great!! Atmosphere was nice as well. I order the lamb biryani every time and the quality is very consistent. My family and I love it here
Amazing service and phenomenally delicious food! Reasonably priced and generous portions. They even were willing to accommodate my child’s special request. The milk tea was perfect.
KOSHI - Korean food & Sushi
We've tried few dishes and all were phenomenal
It was my first time going and it was AMAZING no joke! The level of spice it fantastic! Not bland AT ALL. You’re definitely in for a treat! I tried the Kimchi fried rice, the tteokbokki and the dal-jeong chicken! Definitely recommend and will be going back! The one thing I do wish they carried is the Korean lemonade pouches! That would definitely be a nice compliment to some dishes!
KIRIN NOODLE SUSHI & BAR
Your friendly neighborhood ramena and sushi place! It's unassuming, but that's its charm. You get so much more than what you expect, and that is exactly what you want. The food is delicious, the service is nice, and the owner is usually always there.
I make it a point to try Ramen everywhere I travel. Who knew that the world's best was here in Columbus, OH? The price is reasonable. Although I ordered Kirin Noodle thru Uber Eats (which delivered rather quickly if I may add) the quality was fresh, the food was warm. The flavor was incredible! If the service is this delicious in delivery, I MUST try the dine-in experience at the restaurant. Kirin is now my go-to for Ramen.
Xin Wei Kitchen
Just walking in and I knew it was gonna be good. They don't waste money on decor. The staff were friendly and the food seemed authentic. Definitely different than most American knock offs. We got 3 dishes: The stir fry ramen was good. Perfect lunch fair and great for little mouths. The squid had great flavor and was pleasantly spicy. The tofu was very spicy but was missing something. Not sure what but seemed lacking. I appreciated my ice water but the husband got the walovi. It was pleasant and herbal. All of these dishes are easily shareable so a great place for a lunch date.
Asked for a recommendation for some pork belly… guy serving us said he liked the black bean egg pork belly dish in the pics here… absolutely delicious! And their hot chili oil is fire.
CJ's Soul Food
Food was really tasty especially the beef tips that had lots of meat on it. Overall the other food was a little salty. The way they take orders doesnt allow for hardly any modifications because it is electronic instead of written. Atmosphere was good except there was no soap in the ladies bathroom. They did have hand sanitizer outside the bathroom.
Partook in restaurant week 3 course meal to try more items and save a few bucks. The soul roll and crawfish etouffee were just okay but doubt I’d ever order those again. The peach cobbler was the standout of this meal. Would like to return to try some fish, chicken and dirty rice someday.
CHOP5 Salad Kitchen
This was a wonderful restaurant/ salad bar. I wish we had one in the city I live in. The food was healthy and delicious. There were a lot of options, and I enjoyed making myself a quinoa bowl with tofu and other fixings. I 100% recommend. This is a lovely space with very friendly staff and great energy.
It was my first time here. We ordered a BBQ chicken chop. Just the salad bowl. The Romaine lettuce was fresh and crunchy. The rotisserie chicken was soft and juicy. Overall, it was a good decent bowl. The bowl was kind of sweet with the standard sauces that came with it. Adding hot sauce made it right. Good place.
KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot
Everything about this place was great, my group was greeted promptly, the food is good, the drinks are amazing both the adult ones. The atmosphere is so chill there is low lighting with a blue theme and the sparkly tables add to the atmosphere as well. You choose a soup that you would like, once you choose the soup they will bring the big bowl to you with raw veggies and meats and you place the ingredients on the burner and let it cook. You can make your own sauce as well, I recommend cooking the raw meats and veggies together with your preferred sauce. There is also a burner for the soup bowl as well so if you wanted to add mushrooms, spinach or quail eggs to your soup you can boil it in there.
We had a great time @Kpot! The vibe was really nice—laid-back and welcoming. The unlimited samgyupsal was absolutely delicious, with good quality meat and plenty of variety. The appetizers were surprisingly tasty too—definitely more than just filler. Highly recommend for a fun and satisfying Korean BBQ experience!
Asian Taste
Went for Lunar New Year. Luckily we got there early. Things got really busy especially the to go orders. Service was attentive and we got food quickly. Food was flavorful and we will be going back. Not much to say about the dining area except it was clean and comfortable.
I ordered to go and the restaurant was very clean from what I could see and the customer service was really great. The lady was super nice. But I just didn’t like my food 😔 I ordered Generals Tso’s Chicken and it was wayyyyy too sweet for my liking. Not as spicy as I would’ve liked and it had a weird background flavor that I could taste with every bite. And the fried rice is just rice…. No veggies., for what i paid for I was very disappointed in my food.
Panda Wok
Been here a number of times over the last 2 years and the food always consistent and always phenomenal. Def our favorite local chinese place. We've liked every thing we've tried, there eggrolls and crab rangoon are my favorite that I've had. Always flavorful, never too greasy. And the prices can't be beat. It's got a fun quirky atmosphere inside and every employee I've interacted with has been super friendly. Will continue to order from here for a long time!
A lovely Chinese restaurant where there are many lovely fish tanks and decorations. The food was cheap with daily and lunch special. But the food tasted mediocre and a little bland.
House of Biryanis and Kebabs
Missing Indian food? Look no further than House of Biryanis and Kebabs near Polaris. My kid, his bestie, and I were excited to find an authentic Indian place - with loads of gluten free options. The giant Ghee Roasted Dosa is the bomb, the various chutneys are amazing, the mixed non-veg biryani fabulous - every meat more succulent than the last. With 3 of us, we had enough leftovers for 4 tins - each of us another lunch. The service, too, was top notch - checking in just enough to ensure it was the right level of spice, what we wanted, and provide plenty of water. ❤️
Never try Raju Gari Kodi Pulav here it was a complete disappointment—bland, lacking any real flavor, and made with poor-quality ingredients. Definitely not worth for that price. Wouldn’t recommend it at all taste like flavored rice
Laylas Kitchen Indian Restaurant | Indian Food in Columbus | Indian Curry
I recently dined at this gem of an Indian restaurant, and it was truly a memorable experience! From start to finish everything exceeded expectations. The food was absolutely phenomenal. The chicken tikka masala was rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced—an absolute comfort dish. The goat rogan josh was a standout, with tender, flavorful meat simmered in a wonderfully aromatic sauce. I also tried the chicken fried rice, which was an unexpected delight—perfectly cooked, with just the right balance of spices and textures. The service was just as impressive as the food. The servers were incredibly sweet and attentive, ensuring we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout the meal. They were quick to refill drinks, answer questions about the menu, and accommodate any special requests with a smile. We were even given a delightful desert to try. I believe it was called Gulab; best way to describe is in a donut drenched in a syrup. 10/10 Overall, this restaurant offers both exceptional food and warm hospitality. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their menu. Highly recommended!
Laylas kitchen has wonderful buffet. It’s 18-20 different items including 3 different deserts and also chicken soup as well as chai tea + 5 different sides chutneys, it’s really fresh and amazing taste, peoples who lives in this area my recommendation is visit in this place once’s. Them location is 6152 Cleveland ave Columbus Ohio 43231.
Ying's Teahouse & Yum-Yum
Such a low key Chantonese restaurant!! I was dealing some person stuffs in the neighborhood and got attracted by their authentic Beijing food 8 years ago. They don’t make Beijing food anymore since the ownership changed. So I ordered Beef Chow Ho Fun and it was so authentic and so delicious. I talked to the owner and asked where he is from and it turns out he is from Guangdon and that’s why the Beef Chow Ho Fun is so delicious!! The fried chicken is also crispy and juicy! I am so satisfied and happy to find this little hidden authentic Chinese restaurant! Definitely recommend everybody to try!!
I ordered online and picked up. My food was amazing but the thai tea was not good; it was really bitter. I had gotten the vegetable and tofu dumplings which were just spinach; those were good but more was needed in them. I also got the tofu pad thai which was good but had a different taste than traditional pad thai here in columbus. Lastly I got the sweet sesame balls which were filled with red bean, those are a MUST!! Portions were generous. Overall I liked it. 2 entrees, a drink, and dessert was about $40.
