Dragon Wok
Hey, I love this place!!! The food portions are always great, I always feel I get at least or more than what I pay for. The food is delicious! I highly recommend the Mongolian Beef with Scallions! I would also like to say the woman working upfront taking orders is so beautiful!!! Always a pleasure at Dragon Wok 10/10.
We ordered doordash from here for the first time. My bf got the Sriracha wings with shrimp fried rice, and our daughter and i shared a quart of shrimp fried rice. Boyfriend LOVES his wings. The rice is bland. But if you add soy sauce to it, its good. The shrimp seems like it was an afterthought, like it didnt get cooked with the rice. Overall, its okay.
Golden Dragon
The scallion chicken is absolutely delicious. Egg drop soup excellent! We were the only people in the restaurant. I am not sure why more people don’t be here. It was delicious!
Food was really good, best I've had since all of my favorite places closed. Really friendly people but the food was great especially since they use all white chicken meat for the chicken fried rice.
China Buffet
I literally just left this buffet but its the best i’ve tried in kannapolis/concord area Everything is seasoned well, the chicken wings are juicy and crispy, the lo mein wasn’t dry, the egg drop soup was flavorful!!
Food was soooo good lots of flavor! servers barely take your empty plates, and hardly ever refill your drink my server seemed to be having a conversion behind the server stand and stare at our table.
Hong Kong Restaurant
From a kannapolis resident beware eating here Some of the worst food I’ve ever tasted me and my wife each only took a couple bites before spitting it out and waisting almost $35 dollars the restaurant was dirty with trash all over the floors.we are currently hoping we don’t get food poisoning! See the lo mein below
I order vegetable lo mein!! What is this?? Spaghetti & Soy Sauce?? They feed us any damn thing!! Shama shame shame.. Hell I could have threw some spaghetti & soy sauce in a wok at the house and called it lo mein
Asian Garden
Amazingly good flavor, taste and portions. 2nd time ordering and I couldn't be happier with the consistency of the flavor & taste. Only ordered delivery. Thank you for tasty cuisine!
I spent over $20 on garbage. Fries were not cooked small plate of rice and general tso chicken had no taste. She said ten mins and that I never heard of any Chinese food taking ten mins. I believe they serve old frozen food. Don’t buy from them. I had the palest fries I ever seen. Worse Chinese I had in NC. They need to be investigated for what they serve folks. I can bet many violations.
Sun Sing Express Chinese Food
First time here (since most of the times I don't carry cash). The food is good. I ordered the House special lo mein. I was surprised to see how affordable it was, 11$ for it. In other places it's like 15$. After I left i realized that I forgot to ask for some hot oil because I prefer my lo mein to be spicy so I was kinda sad but then I opened the bag and to my surprise they had put a small cup of hot oil with my order. I appreciate little things like this since most Asian restaurants don't offer it. And it was really hot; other hot oils I've tasted are not spicy at all. Will definitely come back
Me and my friends and family have been eating from here for years and every single time it hits good, the people are nice and friendly and the food is always worth it
Jade Kitchen
So I would give this jade kitchen about three point five stars , so I went ahead and round it 24 since they have a lot of bad reviews. Today november 2024 i spent over $75 we bought mixed vegetables, crab rangoon, chicken lomaine, (forgive my spelling) sesame chicken, white rice, chicken fried rice, fried chicken, fries, and egg rolls .. Everything was hot and fresh however the Egg rolls as posted before tasted like vomit, I immediately had to spit it out and I think we purchased 4 of those and all 4 went in the trash.I do not recommend that at all. However , despite all the bad reviews , the food was hot and delicious thr lady was very friendly but a little hard to uunderstand but not once was she rude , she was happy to help and we got it figured out . The atmosphere has a bad smell and box's filled up but I would order again . The lomaine was the best I have ever tasted .. if you look i rate everything I have over 200 reviews Im not gonna lie about it and it's definitely not #2 in Monroe but this place definitely deserves a chance ..
When did Jades Kitchen in Wadesboro close down?
China Buffet II
Can't beat the food for the low price! It's standard buffet dishes and it's really good. Lunch for 2 was $28 which is pretty good. All the food was fresh and hot when we went, as well as attentive staff. Definitely coming back again.
If I could give ZERO stars I would Staff was rude to start, then acted like they didn’t understand what I was talking about when I explained my situation Table were sticky and dirty Some of the food was cold Drinks tasted funny When leaving after telling them to remove the drink that tasted funny is when they act like I was asking the impossible. I will never return to this establishment.
Wok & Roll
Service was quick and was extremely clean. Our food was hot, seasoned well and delicious. We will be back !!
My review is not particularly about the food. It is mainly about the service, the unfriendliness and the fact that I support this Chinese restaurant I order from this Chinese restaurant. I call in my order but I hate the experience every time. It's sad that they are very unfriendly, not polite and not helpful. They are very aggressive. When I have called every time to order they're always rushing and they have no manners or respect. This is not a place I would like to eat based off of the service. It does not matter how good the food is or if you're the only restaurant in the area. It's true. I can cook my own food at home, but also there is a Chinese restaurant in Southport which is way more friendlier helpful and in 2025 we need to let people know when they are just rude for no reason. Especially if you support them. Customer service is very important to me. It's more important than the food and if I don't feel like I can ask a question without being attacked about a food item I don't know about, I would prefer not to order here so this will not be my go-to Chinese anymore. And FYI if you order from here you better know exactly what you want, how you want it because if not they will rush you yell at you or even say they don't understand which they do or they will even just be rude. I did call the restaurant and I informed them and all I wanted was I am sorry I understand but instead she laughed and disregarded me and I am a black woman and I do go here and I'd like to try new things but she was very unfriendly.
Bamboo House
I went around 4 PM on Tuesday and got dinner for my family. I ordered a large beef with black bean sauce. The beef was tender and I really enjoyed all the vegetables that were included. The vegetables were broccoli, bamboo, shoots, carrots, green peppers, snow, peas, and baby corn. I also ordered the happy family and that was very delicious. I had a small vegetable lo mein, which was great. I also ordered a small, sweet and sour chicken. The chicken was very tender and moist and I really enjoyed the sauce that came on the side. It wasn’t overly sweet, just right. I’ve been reluctant to try this place because of the low star reviews but this place is excellent and I’m so glad I came here to try it. I will definitely be ordering from here again!
I went here with my husband and mother-in-law on a Sunday at noonish. It wasn't super busy. The food was delicious!! Very flavorful compared to some other Asian restaurants I've been to recently. We got 3 lunch specials for $35ish. I would love to go back the next time we are in Greensboro.
Asian Wok
The worst place to get food. They took a delivery order before me that I heard since they didn't put me on hold. Then told me I didn't have enough for delivery. They said minimum of $18 for delivery. I increased my order. Food arrived with a thick black hair in it. I called and they told me to have a nice night! I will be calling the health department as that is wrong. All they would had to do was replace the meal with hair in it!
The food is lovely - meat is well sauced, the eggroll was both delightfully crispy and soft on the inside, the rice isn't crunchy; but the bathroom is awful. The lighting is bad, the trash hasn't been touched, and the walls and floors are ... best left viewed in the bad lighting of the bathroom, we'll say. Per my partner, the restaurant and service are very clearly geared towards take-out and not dine in.
Lin's Kitchen
I made what I THOUGHT was gonna be a mistake when a great customer service gal told me the buffet was done at 4 but I could still eat at a discount. It turned out to be some very good food despite there not being much and it not being so fresh. It was still so good, better than FRESH Chinese I had just recently. I imagine coming here earlier when food is fresh would make this place even tastier to visit. I came away very comforted and full. Such good food even when they're no longer serving buffet when you arrived. And, the nice customer service gal did discount my food a bit anyway, but it was still cheap! $12.99 for lunch buffet?! No way! Very highly recommend!
Lin’s Kitchen - A Pleasant Buffet Experience I recently dined at Lin’s Kitchen, a Chinese buffet that offers a variety of dishes. While the price was a bit on the higher side at $15, it was understandable given the range of options available. The food was generally okay, but the standout for me was the broccoli chicken – it was delicious and definitely my favorite dish of the meal. Overall, Lin’s Kitchen provides a decent dining experience with some tasty highlights.
